Stopped in this morning for breakfast. Huge pancakes, eggs and biscuits were cooked perfectly. This place is an old school diner with the grill right behind the counter, the food comes out fast and delicious. Service was excellent and the other clientele were regulars. The restaurant is spotless and decorated in vintage Dr. Pepper décor. We will definitely be back often. The owner told us that they are expanding their hours into Friday night southern style dinners. They are mainly open 7am to 3pm.

Funny to see a review for this place on the same day I was there. I first went here five years ago. Really nice guy was behind the counter and could really cook. New ownership now, but everything still very good. Good value. Support these kinds of places. P.S.: I'm wondering: Is it still called Christie's?

Good people, and good food. You could sit and talk for a while. I personally know the owner and family and wouldn't trade them for the world! She sure knows how to make biscuits and gravy! And that's a southern favorite of mine.
