Heading is spelled wrong. Should have two Bs. All I have to say about Carrabba's is don't get the baked ravioli parmesan. Our server told us not to get it, but we got it anyhow. It is first deep fried then baked. So it is dry, hard, and chewy when you get it. Presented terribly. Not enough sauce. Everything else we've had on the menu has been very good. Atmosphere is nice. This is the best of the chains in Chattanooga. It does not compare to Il Primo and especially not to Portobello's. But it is very good.

Never a bad meal. That simple. I've eaten here dozens of times and not one time have I had a bad meal. Take your pick on the menu. It's great. The only con is that sometimes the wait is lengthy. Get there early 5p or late 8p to avoid long waits. Great place!

Zach was an excellent waiter! The food was exceptional, from the appetizer to the entree's. Would be hard to expect better than this meal experience.

Not bad for a chain restaurant. Service was fine as well as most of the food. I had to send the meat balls back but was informed by the head cook that "that is how we make them" . Don't order the meat balls. Would still go here rather than the olive garden.

I can't believe Americans support a restaurant like this which serves nothing but mass-produced garbage. It's a chain and it tastes like it. Please, let's support real restaurants! Plus, the atmosphere is not a good date destination, unless you like the loud screeching, high-chair-congested, spaghetti-throwing scene. Save some money and go to, um, Taco Bell?

We've just come back from dining out at A Great Place Called CARRABA'S ITALIAN GRILL, let me say this first, even if we've never been to Italy, I know today {we had a sneak peak, and Taste} meaning we came close!! It was like "MAMA MIA GOOD" If you're searching for a place to take your Taste Buds on tour, don't look any further, right here's the Spot, no, no, naaha, just take my word for it !!!!!... The place, the decor, the service, was just out of this world!!! I know what it takes to be a good waiter, because I've been one, and I was exceptional at it. {MEANING, when I leave a TIP. I leave a Grand TIP. "TIP. STANDS FOR, TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE." Well, getting back to CARRABA'S, We had yet another great Experience, I mean don't get me wrong, Olive Garden is Good', but CARRABA'S is Great, and we're looking foward to our next dining experience ...

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
