Okay, let me update this. Bruster's has been a lot better with their accuracy as of late. The staff are really nice, and they might ask what your order was 100 times but who cares as long as it's correct. Just last night I had an awesome chocolate milkshake! Kudos Bruster's for stepping up your game!

Came across Chattanooga to this location after Hixson Rd closed early and ignored us. Staff was awesome, still served us even though they had finished most of their cleaning, and did so with a smile! Plus, Bruster's ice cream is amazing! Not at all surprised this location won Best of the Best...Thank You!!

The ice cream is just fantastic! Very reasonably priced, with lots for your money. Wide range of sizes and cones, and lots of different flavor a, including frozen yogurt, sugar free and Italian ice. Was busy but people helping were very fast and polite. Great for kids and adults alike.

Our favorite ice cream store. The ice cream tastes great, they have a promotion every day of the week and they always give you heaping scoops of ice cream. They have benches outside for you to sit and eat your ice cream along with a water fountain if you get thirsty. They also have a piunch card where every tenth ice cream is free.

We went here because my mom had a gift card to this place. It's a small little place that you can walk up and order ice cream and sit outside or there is a drive through. We went through the drive through in the middle of the day during the middle of the week, so there weren't too many people there. I had the cheesecake ice cream and it was AMAZING!! So yummy and delicious. This is real ice cream and is probably very high in calories but it's a great treat. I would give this place 5 stars but I am not because the day we went was buy one cone get one cone free and the lady charged us for 2 cones. I asked her about the special and she corrected the price.
