You can't beat b&j on a hot summer day. If I had thought of it before we started ordering I would of just gotten the Vermonster Mini for my family of 4. It would've saved us about $4. Next time.

Can't go wrong with ice cream! Good service and delicious flavors made the wait in the line worth it. Yes, watch out, it is very busy on a Saturday night! RESTROOM CHECK: Kinda trashed up when I went but I can't blame them since it was right after a TON of college students had an ice cream eating contest and decided to clean themselves there. Whew-wee. =P

I don't think I've ever been to an actual Ben & Jerry's store, and this was as much fun as I thought it would be. They had a plethora of flavors, including many I hadn't ever seen in a grocery store so I tried lots of samples. They give you samples on a popsicle stick, and give you a very generous portion. So much so it was hard to keep it from falling off the popsicle stick! I ended up with the toffee flavor ice cream, but am still kicking myself that I didn't try the margarita sorbet! They have a lot of people working, many of them just milling about not doing much, but we were still promptly served, if a little absentmindedly. The store has a few tables set up inside to enjoy your scoop in house and there is plenty of parking in the area, but most of it is in paid lots or paid street parking. I would definitely go back when in the area as a fun stop in downtown Chattanooga.

Typical of the chain with good ice cream and decent service, but very busy and crowded and so much noise that conversation was nigh impossible.

I'm more of a salty over sweet girl, but when I do get my tooth on it is usually for ice cream (or gummy bears, but not together like a 7 year old!). Last night, after my salad dinner, I got An. Immediate. Need. It was quite specific, too - ice cream in a flavor I'd never had. Boom! B&J was next door. The stars aligned and my hankering for something with vanilla, maybe chocolate, definitely waffle and/or cookie pieces was satisfied with this, the Americone: benjerry.com/flavors/ame… Please try this flavor. Just trust me here. This particular store is (esp during day and/or summer) is usually very crowded with tourists, mainly families with young children. Kids are great and all but they make for tedious lines and messiness and all that jazz at an ice cream place. Be patient if you go then, or go at 730pm on a Jan weeknight. nice staff and clean, bright store. I was surprised that my large cup was under $2. A waffle cone to take with, to create my own little creation and savor in parts, was around $0.50 (note-the small size is pretty teeny and the large like I got was definitely what Dr Oz would call 2-ish portions). Good selection of pre-packaged flavors in the pint cooler. Craving satisfied, and I didn't even make a mess.

My favorite ice cream served in a tiny standalone store, with lots of flavor choices and malts and shakes too...so what is there not to love? They have a nice spot to sit outside with the kids if you have to bring them along! Seats inside too...

just like the ice cream you buy at the store, but additional flavors. Went there twice over the course of two days and it was packed both times. Friendly staff that's willing to give samples, just don't ask for a sample of everything because they won;t find it nearly as funny as you do.

This store closes early to the public. We drove by at 10 'till 11 and it was closed. Walked up at 5 .till.. The employees were cleaning the main room.

Always a long line so they are doing something right! Even with 4 or more people working behind the counter it's still hard for them to keep up with the demand! They have all of the newest flavours and they don't care how many you sample. They are open late and the staff is very friendly. Whenever we go to Chattanooga we always go to B & J's once if not twice!

It's a typical Ben & Jerrys. Good ice cream. Packed on a Saturday night.
