Pals is a local chain burger place that also serves breakfast, they have these cheddar rounds that are a huge hit for the area. Breakfast is served until 10am I would recommend the cheddar rounds and biscuit and gravy which costs about 4.50 and fills me up. Service is quick usually under 4 minutes in and out. Service is always friendly.

I have been waiting to get by one of these for a little over a year now. I had read a list of the top fast food burgers in the U.S. and this place was on the list. I have already had the big boys like In-N-Out, Whataburger and Five Guys so i had some high expectations. I was not disappointed. This place is a funky looking plastic food exterior of a drive through joint. Odd looking to say the least. But the food was solid. Had the double burger and fries and was not let down. The fries had some type of season salt on them which was great. Probably the fastest service I have ever had. I can't wait to get by here again and try the other items on the menu.

Had to try Pal's on my first visit to TN. Read the Yelp comments and saw pretty good reviews. The establishment definitely stood out on the road! Had to take a picture of it. The girl taking our order had that southern sweetness and was really friendly. She told us of the popular orders. I went with a hot dog and jr burger, frenchie fries and peachie sweet tea. The hot dog was delish! Was totally surprised that a dog WITH chilli, mustard, and onions was less than $2!! The burger was tasty too. Loved having a thick white onion on it. Wasn't too keen on the fries. It was a bit salty, with its season salt, for my liking. The peachie sweet tea won points with me too.

I stumbled upon this fast food drive-thru on accident on a cross country road trip with my son and niece. It was a long day and the sight of Pals made us all upbeat. The food tasted fresher than typical McDonalds fare and the servers were not your usual angsty teenagers. We try to make this a regular stop when we pass through the Bristol area.

Pal's is my happy place. The fries and tea are amazing. Missed Pal's the most when I moved away for a while.

Great burger and fries. Drive through only but that was easy for us heading to the race. Yum!

Not as good as In N Out on the West Coast, but great burgers and sweet tea.
