Just moved to the area and Went through the drive-thru and had the worst Chick Fil-A experience I have ever had. And I've lived in several different states and have been to several different Chick-Fil-a locations. I don't usually make yelp reviews but I felt the need to make an account just to review this place. First off, the guy taking the order was purposefully asking annoying questions like .. "Do you want your chicken well done or slightly done?" And then laughing while he was doing so. He had an attitude the whole time and was basically being the biggest a**hole. Second, the girl at the window had an attitude as well when we told her that our order was not correct (of course it wasn't correct). She basically didn't care and seem bothered when we asked her to fix it. The only reason I gave this place two stars is because the food wasn't bad.

I had flames! Flames on the side of my face! Ok, not really, I just love any excuse to quote one of my favorite movies. Seriously though, why was the chicken so spicy? It's been years since I've had Chick-Fil-A and I really do not remember it being so spicy. My mom and I had the basic grilled chicken. My mom found it so spicy she couldn't eat it. My dad ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and he was sweating. My favorite part of Chick-Fil-A are the waffle fries! Yummy!

Heresy I know, but Chick-fil-a is like a frickin' daycare with chicken tenders. Then you have to put up with a huge line. Is the chicken and fries better than any other fast food joint? Yeah, its alright/pretty good chicken, but the price point puts you nearly at a nicer local joint to get your chicken and waffle (fries) fix. I seriously have to think all these people obsessed with CF literally drank some creepy childhood kool-aid somewhere along the line to put up with how torrentially busy they are at all times. Just call McDougals, Sam's or Otters and get it to go, then if you have a tot, head to a nice outdoor playground. Done. The only cool thing about this place is those rad ketchup packets for dippin' or squirting. Extra star ;)

How do they do it!?? Seriously how can there be two lines for ordering and I am in and out in like 5-7 min even when it's backed up. So fast!!! Clean and spotless inside, fast and organized line outside. I'm a big fan of this location and even with my health conscious lifestyle, every girl needs a treat now and then. It's Friday ya'll time for some chicken and biscuits! That is my staple, chicken biscuit, always "fresh from the oven" warm, melt in your mouth biscuits and chicken so delicious I may or may dream about it. It's my one and only fast food guilty pleasure...well that and sonic mott sticks after a long night (but don't tell anyone). Love this place.

CHICK-FIL-A IS THE BOMBNESS. This location was really busy during mealtime (no surprise since most Chick-fil-a's are) but the employees were friendly and fast with their service. The place was clean and the food was totally up to the standards of Chick-fil-a food! Yes! If you haven't tried their Chick-fil-a Sauce, YOU GOTTA...delicious and I use it with my WAFFLE FRIES! I appreciated that they had someone coming around asking if you needed refills or anything. It made me feel very taken care of as I always am at this restaurant! Hands down, my favorite fast food place!

I stopped here at 3:30 in the afternoon to get some nuggets as a late lunch and this place was a damn zoo! Wait, can I say damn when talking about chick-fil-a or is that against the law? Oh well, the place was a damn zoo! They have two lines in the drive thru, which isn't uncommon in Atlanta, but instead of two windows the two lanes just merge into one at this location. Weird, but once I got past ordering it was surprisingly quick (before that it took for-freaking-ever). They were friendly and got my order right, which is all that really matters. I can't fault them for being busy.

This is quite possibly the busiest Chick-Fil-A on the face of the planet. I have never been here when it wasn't packed inside, or 2 lines stacked at the drive thru. For as busy as they are, the service is pretty fast. I've never had an order be wrong, and the people are super nice. I love the food here. Chick-Fil-A is a lot like Krispy Kreme... one day they could tell you that they put crack in the recipe and you'd be like, "I KNEW IT!! It makes so much sense now!" Speaking of craving... I think that my body likes to mess with me and crave Chick-Fil-A on Sundays. Of course, it's the only day you can't have it. Damn it man! They recently added a camera and monitor at the outside drive thru lane. It was a little shocking at first. Anyways, go here, try the CFA sauce on your waffle fries and try not to ask yourself how old the girls are that work the drive thru line. That is all.

Chick Fil A...oh how I love thee, especially this location! It's very convenient for me to go here on my lunch break. The employees are always amazingly nice and it makes my day when one of them says they like my crazy hair color, haha. If you go here from about 12:30-2 ish on a Saturday, it will be PACKED. I've walked in and walked right back out when I saw how many people were inside. They are pretty fast with getting orders and getting your food to you, but when you only have 30 minutes for lunch, every minute counts, haha. The food here is always wonderful! I tried their new "Chicken Torilla Soup" today and it was DELICIOUS. I don't know anything about the nutritional content, but the soup was purty darn good. I love getting their Grilled Chicken Sandwich here with a fruit cup instead of the fries; trying to be healthier, you know? And their honey mustard sauce is so tasty, YUM. If you're trying to stay away from kids, I wouldn't recommend going here as there are kids EVERYWHERE, not to mention they have the kids play place in the front of the building, haha.

Love Chick-Fil-A. There's just nothing like it around. Yes, there are times when I would love to have some nuggets on a Sunday, but ultimately, I have the utmost respect for Truett Cathy and his family for not caving on this one. It's so incredibly rare in this day and age, to come across anyone who refuses to compromise their beliefs, especially when a whole lot of dollars are waving and taunting them in the face. They stand strong...huge props to them for this. I will continue to survive without those delectable nuggets on Sundays. This location is pretty much always packed. I hit the drive thru last night, late...nearly 10:00 (late for a dinner, and definitely late in Brentwood). I was behind one person in line, and it moved quickly enough, but what I was surprised by was the crowd inside at that time of night! It was packed in there. They just always do well. Having two lines helps quite a bit. And, I have placed large orders at the drive thru (for a high school football team) and had it come out FAST. I was very impressed. Friendly service, hot and fresh food accurately delivered...to me it's worth a few extra minutes in the drive-thru line.

Best Chic-Fil-A store anywhere. Where do they find all these nice folks to work here? They are great and the food is consistently good. They keep the place clean, including the restrooms (extra important for families). Don't be put off by the long lines at lunch-hour. This is the fastest place ever. You can be 8th in line, with six or seven lines going at once, and I promise you won't wait in line longer than 2 or 3 minutes. It's amazing.

I don't necessarily agree with their politics, but these guys still know great fast food and friendly customer service. The drive-through has two lines so it's relatively fast. Check in on FourSquare for a free Ice Dream cone. I never go inside because the line can get ridonkulous. Don't forget: they're not open on Sundays.

I love going here for lunch for a few reasons. First if you hit the drive thru it's normally a fast experience even if the line looks long. Additionally the employees at the window are very friendly and will call you by name if you pay with your credit card, they ask if you need extras like mayo, ketchup, etc and they say good bye every time you go. I have never had a poor experience at this place. They do one heck of a job serving the customers. Additionally the food is always fresh, never old and stale.

I LOVE going to this Chick-Fil-A! This was the first Chick-Fil-A I visited when I first moved to Nashville about three years ago. Every employee here has been great and they always greet each customer with a smile. As with the previous review, this place is always busy, especially on Tuesday nights when they have their Kid's meal deals. The only problem I have with this place is that it is DIFFICULT to find parking. Especially when the Kid's meal deals on Tuesdays have to be bought inside and not through the drive-thru. And well, this isn't a problem, but more of a nuisance, but Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sundays. Often I find myself craving Chick-Fil-A after church, and I always forget it's closed on Sundays. Otherwise, visit this Chick-Fil-A in Brentwood or even the one in Cool Springs! Both deliver great customer service, and top notch Chick-Fil-A cuisine!

This Chick-Fil-A is ALWAYS slammed busy. So much so I hated going here. Even if I REALLY wanted one of their delicious sandwiches - I avoided it anyway because many times I couldn't even get in the parking lot as it was already packed bumper to bumper with cars. They have tried to figure out how to best balance the issue of being really busy and getting people through the line in a timely manner. Previously they had people in the parking lot taking your order if the line got too long. That's right - people coming out to your car to take your order because the line was way too long. In order to solve this long standing issue - they have come up with, what I think, is a unique solution. They have added a second order line and it merges into one. So, there are two lines - and they keep track of which car is which by going back and forth with ordering and telling you which car to follow (they have a camera pointed at the order boxes). Of course the Chick-Fil-A here is the same as about anywhere else - except the level of business they do is ridiculous. Yesterday I had their new Spicy Chicken Sandwich (a number 3 I think) and it was very hot and spicy - which I love - and the waffle cut fries were delicious as well. This spicy chicken sandwich is just like the regular chicken sandwich - juicy, crispy and flavorful. Except its kicked up a few notches! One thing I have to compliment them on is I have never been to Chick-Fil-A and had them get my order wrong. Which is just a testament to how well this business is operated. In the last month I have eaten fast food - maybe 4 or 5 times. 1 of them being Chick-Fil-A . And ONLY at Chick-Fil-A were they able to get my entire order correct. I have never been to a Chick-Fil-A in all my years and had them get my order wrong. I know I don't speak for everyone - but I have always been impressed by that. One place I went to put everything on my sandwich - even though I asked for it plain. One gave me two sandwiches but no fries (even though I only ordered 1 sandwich WITH fries). Another gave me the wrong drink. And yet another gave me my drink WITH ice when I specifically asked for no ice. Chick-Fil-A gave me my spicy chicken sandwich with the waffle fries and a diet dr pepper - no ice. Perfect. The line was still long. But it is going a lot smoother there now I must say. I can at least get in and get out now. Before this change it was nearly impossible. Chick-Fil-A knows how to get you good food, quickly. Just stay away from the carrot and raisin salad. Yuck!

I've been going to this place for years. The staff is always friendly, the store clean, the food good...what's not to like? The one downside, which I almost deducted a star for is that there are certain nights where they have certain promotions and this place will be PACKED with kids. I mean standing room only and both drive through a filled. Still, I'm not sure how but they tend to get to everyone fairly quickly.

I've been here before, the registers on the left are quicker. Adults may ask to get a kid's meal and substitute the toy, and upgrade the waffle fries to larger size, or sub a ice cream cone. Chicken strips offer the most chicken. I like a spicy chicken with pepperjack. A crowd pleasure for sure.

Great food at a very low price, I eat here a few times a week. Took my daughters to their daddy daughter date night and they had a blast. The best part was they charged nothing for the event! Can't beat this great company.

It's probably time I write a review about this place considering I've frequented this location recently. I typically roll through the drive-thru to grab a bite on my way home, or to supply dinner to two of my dear friends that are practically living at VCH with their son. The drive-thru offers two lanes, my order has never been wrong, and the employees are always pleasant. (Hehe..."My pleasure!" What's up with that anyway...?) I don't eat a lot of meat, and am VERY finicky when it comes to fast food. However, their chicken sandwich is pretty good, but ultimately...it's the waffle fries that is my fave. Not to mention the cool ketchup packs, selection of sauces, and crushed ice! Of course, the craving for those waffle fries often hits on a Sunday... On a more recent trip, I was asked if I wanted my sandwich on a white or wheat bun. Whaaaaat? YES! "Wheat please!" Coolness. And the wheat bun was really good. Unfortunately, I later discovered there is a 20 cent up-charge for wheat over white. I feel that should have been mentioned while giving the option. Boooooo. As I stated above, I typically roll through the drive-thru (either solo, or with my best friend when she's in town). Although recently, my husband and I opted to bring a large order over to VCH, and decided we should split up the orders and go inside to place them. I then understood what other Yelpers meant when they said "daycare" in their reviews... The place was crawling with kids, which is fine by me, but it was a total madhouse. I felt hurried when placing my half of the orders, and then stood back waiting for them to be filled. As they came up - SLOWLY one-by-one, I would grab the bag, and take it to the condiment counter. Of course, I was in the way of a bazillion other families trying to get their condiments, all while wrangling their kids. Unfortunately, I had nowhere else to go since all the tables were filled, and the side counter had people lined up to request things forgotten during their initial order. The line my husband was in had moved faster than mine, so naturally I assumed his orders would come up first. Unfortunately, they didn't, and 20 minutes later we were still waiting on his last order. Needless to say, thank goodness VCH has a microwave we could use, and I'll just stick with the drive-thru going forward.

Stopped here on vacation. Clean restaurant with friendly, quick and courteous service. Seriously impressed, as not like the normal fast food experience. I wish we had this exact Chick-fil-A in our state!

Came for some dinner on a Tuesday night around 8:30. This is the first time in my life I've had less than an excellent experience at a Chick-fil-A, and it was pretty disappointing. I ordered an original chicken sandwich, and an 8 piece chicken nugget. The guy that took my order managed to execute Chick-fil-A's trademark politeness...but only in words. He looked like he wanted to be anywhere else in the world but there, and looked me right in the eye and asked if I wanted sauce immediately after I told him I wanted Polynesian sauce. Totally going thru the motions. My food arrived, quickly and everything correct, but the food quality was poor. My nuggets were one step away from burnt, as was my chicken sandwich...the chicken all tasted ok, but was tough, crunchy and a little stringy. I was going to go up and ask for new items, but by this time the line was out the door...so I just drowned the chicken in sauce and finished. Everyone has an off day, so this definitely won't turn me off to Chick-fil-A...but this visit wasn't at all up to their usual standards. Bummer.

This place and these employees are amazing!! I live in Fairview and work very close to this Chick-fil-A. I go thru the drive thru all the time and have never been to a place that makes you feel this good and the food is always great. The manager needs to go to other businesses and train their employees because this place is on point. I am sorry to Jazz for her bad experience (see review below). I can tell you that it is not the normal thing and I hate she had a bad time. Go back, I bet you will be surprised. Brentwood Chick-fil-A ROCKS!!!

I don't think I've ever ran across a "bad" Chick-fil-a, but this is our regular location. Always pretty busy, but staff are always warm and welcome and the food is always delicious.

I have never had better customer service! Seriously, whoever owns or manages this place knows how to do it right. Friendly employees who come around and check on everyone asking if they can take trays or trash from your table and if they can get you a refill of your drink. There's a great indoor playground so parents can visit while watching their kids play. The food is Chick-fil-A which is better than most any other fast food place.

We got first class customer service support from the management! They helped when our boy hurt his arm in the playland. They even helped us book a hotel after our other reservations got cancelled. How cool is that !

I have been to Chick-fil-a's all over this country, and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. I tell people I go to Chick-fil-a just for the customer service alone. They hire the best of the best.. When I visited this location it put a BIG damper on my outlook. The reps are rude do not speak. The manager or head in charge isn't paying attention to what the customer is saying because he is so busy trying to accuse us for not paying for an item. The Rep that took our order was polite and attentive. He was trying to tell him we did pay for the item but he kept repeating you have to pay for it. Never again will I return.

It amazes me how every single time I ever visit a Chick-fil-A literally every single employee is so nice and pleasant I feel like I just stand in line watching everyone work to see if anyone has a second of non smiling or politeness and it just doesn't happen. Every single employee at Chick-fil-A deserves a huge pat on the back for how well they do every single day. Sure its fast food but it goes to show it doesn't matter what job you are doing or how glamorous it may/may not be, there's not reason you can't be friendly. For those of you that haven't been to a chick-fil-a before...first of all, welcome to planet earth. Second, if its morning, you can't go wrong with chicken mini's and im always the weirdo that wants fries, never hash browns so for a few extra minutes to wait they will make some up for you. Always go for chick-fil-a sauce, just do it. If it's not morning then honestly the regular chicken sandwich (minus pickles) is my go-to but everything I have tried has been tasty.
