I prefer independent shops with donuts made right there, rather than the chain donuts. Sure, Dunkin are uniform as you go place to place, but a locally made donut is charming. And K-May is good. I really enjoyed their apple fritters, and their donuts are nice, too. I think it's great, and it may be the best thing about Ardmore. Nice work.

If you're looking for a speedy donut, keep driving. If you want a delicious snack and aren't in a rush, this is the place for you. Wonderful confections fill the racks, and the vivacious owner is quick to offer suggestions. Savory breakfast sandwiches and sweet desserts may be purchased individually or by the dozen. This was a welcome stop on a Nashville to Huntsville day trip. Bavarian cream and apple fritters recommended!

They offer a good variety of donuts and breads and they are delicious! My Mom is a huge fan of Krispy Kreme donuts and I think she was a little apprehensive about trying something else, but after one bite she fell in love! If you're in the area and have a sweet tooth go check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent glazed, chocolate and cruller donuts! Coming from a heritage of a German baker family - these pastries are the real deal! Scrumptious indeed!

Tasty doughnuts. We went at 10 and they still had fresh tasting doughnuts. Parked a 34 ft camper in the lot with no problem. Worth the three miles off the interstate.

First off their donuts are not made from scratch. They are loaded with chemicals and dyes and are made from mixes. Krispy Kreme is full of garbage, too! Have you read a package? The donuts at K-may taste like chemicals, too. When we lived in Atlanta, McDonough had a donut shop, near our home, that made from SCRATCH donuts and they sold out before noon every day because of that. These donuts taste like the processed garbage you get in a super market. Why waste your money?! I make better from scratch donuts at home with a toddler interrupting my work...lol. The lady is rude, too. We went there last year. My family and I came in, and there were dirty dishes and plates on all of the tables and the woman behind the counter looked like she was going to start cussing you out for entering her restaurant. There were no clear prices listed and so we had to ask about prices. It was like prying teeth to get any help from the young man and older woman. We were very friendly, smiled at them and were very nice to them. But they didn't say hello, how are you, or anything cordial or professional when we entered or walked up to the counter. We ordered three different donuts. One was stale. And they all tasted like processed foods and chemicals. Very disappointing. If you do not like homemade food and simply love processed garbage you will like this place. If you have destroyed your taste buds by eating and drinking sodas, splenda, chicken nuggets that don't even look like chicken, and think Krispy Kreme is all naturale then you will love this place. But if you are like me and like homemade bread (not publix's frozen chemical loaves that they throw on a pan and bake), cookies made from scratch (not out of a chub or tube or box), and enjoy beef from a local farmer, then by all means contact me and you can come over some day and I'll show you what a REAL DONUT is all about. I use 1970 and 1950 Betty Crocker cookbooks and make the dough from scratch and make the glaze from scratch, too. This is ridiculous how people think garbage is good real food.
