Love the consistency that McAlisters has. Tonight I had the orange cranberry turkey sandwich with mixed veggies, really good. In fact, the veggies were some of the best I've had including 5 star restaurants.

Quality of food seems to have gone down. Really disappointed in a new specialty sandwich they have called "Big Nasty." Both meat and sauce tasted like they were straight from a can.

McAlisters Deli is a good option to grab some lunch. Sweet tea, sandwiches, soups, & baked potatoes. I choose McAlisters before a flight out of Knoxville's airport. Have you ever been to a Corner Bakery? It's kind of the same idea, where you order at the counter and bring your number to whichever table you choose, so that a server can bring you over your food. I usually go with the half sandwich and half soup options. At this particular location I went with the California Rueben, which was a lighter take on your traditional Rueben by using turkey meat. Yum. I, of course, went with a sweet tea to wash it all down. When in the South!

please stay away. I tried the new sandwich the New Orleans Muffuletta sandwich. I had three bites out of sandwich when bit down on a olive pit. I took it up to the counter and told the girl that is training someone. I showed here the pit and she said OK!!!. did not ask how I was or could she get me something else. She did not even tell the Manger!!!. The quality of the location is degraded and they need to get some experience Mangers back in there it looks like Hooters girls wearing short shorts and no order in the store total lack of professionalism in the staff!!!!!!!!!

I believe this to be one of the best Mcalister's. The general manager is prior military and runs a very clean operation. Every employee treated us extremely well and went the extra mile. The food is very good but can be pretty expensive. Two people cost $20 for lunch so that's my only complaint.

I liked going here for lunch when I lived in Maryville. I couldn't go all that often because the food is a bit pricey. However, sometimes it was worth it because the food was so good.

I keep forgetting this place is here because it's tucked into the corner of a small strip mall that's across the street from everything else. But I like the chain so I gave this location a shot. First thing I notice is that it's huge inside. From the outside it looks small. Second thing I noticed is how super nice everyone was. I felt like I was at Disney, where every smiles and greets you. At first I didn't trust them because of this but eventually I learned to like it. They made me a little happier by being happy. What do you know - it's catchy! I like that they have outside seating. You could even bring a well-behaved pet. The food is on par with other franchise locations, which is to say consistently excellent for this type of restaurant. If I remember it's here, I'll be back.

McAlister's is always a great spot for lunch. I highly recommend the Spud Ole with vegetarian Chili. They also have awesome cookies, although about half the time I get one they are burnt. Customer service is awesome sometimes and nothing to talk about other times. I eat here a lot just to get a big glass of their awesome tea! They also have large lemons to go along with those large glasses! Overall great lunchtime value!

I love this place so much!. The food has great portions and is delicious! I was upset before that they discontinued Mashed potatoes, but they brought them back! I have now tried 7 different menu items for a variety and they all come out wonderful! So much to choose from and so much goodness!

My husband and I went to McAlister's Deli shortly after it opened and were just not that impressed.A week or so ago, we were in a time crunch, and McAlister's was the closest and fastest choice for lunch. Wow! Their menu has expanded and I believe there is something there for everyone. I had a hard time choosing because of the many good options. We will be going there again soon. I got the reuben (they also have the turkey reuben), and my husband got the french dip. He got potato salad with his. I got potato chips. All was wonderful! I can't wait to go back!
