Nice warm building a 0 degrees tonight. Since I was by myself I sat at one of the bar tables. Comfortable as such. For some reason the happy hour only covers draft beers. In my opinion if you are going to have a happy hour then have a happy hour. Unfortunately there was only one mediocre IPA from Colorado offered. Everything else was just the run of the mill beer. Nothing special. With all the great micro brews out there it does not take much effort to offer a better selection. One star for beer selection I ordered the Beef Tip Gorgonzola Salad and was very disappointed. The iceberg lettuce mixed with some other greens was just fair, no thought process here. Some of the Lettuce had a funny smell, too close to fish or something. The beef tips were inconsistent some tough some tender. I have included a link to a great salad so easy to make a good one. kitchenelly.com/2011/05/… The bread, what little I received must have come from a grocery store. White and boring. Bottom line is that this restaurant needs to step up its game.

We really enjoyed this place. We ended up staying at the Best Western one night and were starved but didn't really want to go anywhere. So, we walked about 400 ft and were at MINERVA'S! We came just before closing and were kindly accomodated. Seated in a booth in the bar section, we joined about three other tables. The decor was very nice and the service was fast and friendly. They had some sweet happy hour specials going on. I ordered a plate of nachos for 5 dollars and my husband ordered a ton of wings for around 8 dollars. The food was pretty good. Not amazing, but far from bad. Overall, I'd recommend this place. We'd come here again if were were in town.

Really good food, beer selection is really good. Draft beer from Cali, PA, pretty impressive. TV set up for the bar is stupid as hell. you would think with a nice bar and how expensive everything is they could do something there. Wifi is crap which isnt a big deal. Service is really good, very nice place. I dont eat here very often when I stay in Yankton even though its right in the hotel I always stay at just because the dinners are so pricey. Burgers and sammys are decent priced though

The food was good. However, this address location on maps does not seem to be correct. There is not Minerva's at this location pinpointed on the map. We had to drive to the east end of Yankton on Hwy 50 to eat here.

Minerva's is an excellent choice for a healthy lunch in Yankton. This is my hometown and over the years I've never had much luck in finding good vegetarian options that aren't fried or tasteless. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with Cranberry Pecan Spinach salad. The cheese was rich and creamy and tasted absolutely incredible. The salad was also really good and had just the right amount of everything. Danny had the Canadian Walleye and loved it although he said the mashed potatoes tastes like instant boxed ones, good, but not from scratch. Our son was super happy about the ice cream included in his kids meal and the server was very friendly and put up with his shenanigans with a smile on her face the whole time. The atmosphere is mellow and has a classic boating motif. All in all it's a great place to eat. This will be a place we visit each time I come home in the future and I'm looking forward to trying the Sunday Brunch on our next trip!

Pretty solid restaurant for Yankton. Nice decor, food is good, service is decent. Prices are a little high for Yankton...and they don't really provide specials or coupons. Best place for a business lunch in town...

This is a restaurant which tries to be a fancy, upscale place in a mostly working class town. I went there with my parents for Dad's birthday. He didn't much care for his sirloin tips and I thought maybe he was picky. When I tried them, they were a bit tough. I had a fish dinner (I'm thinking it was walleye). It was ok though nothing spectacular. A neighbor said their "build a burger" night was decent but I wasn't around long enough to try it. Even for the small town of Yankton, it could be better.

Perhaps it was because we had been traveling all day, but our experience at Minerva's was excellent. My wife had the magi magi sandwich with chips while I had champagne chicken. Flavors were full and the seasonings did not mask the taste of the entree. For dessert we split tiramisu upon the recommendation of our waiter, Gabe. It was very light but full of rich coffee flavor! The portions were generous throughout our meal. Gabe was busy, but very attentive to our table and did not seem rushed. I would recommend Minerva's if you are ever in Yankton!

Amazing drinks! The mixologist has created a stunning number of intriguing combinations. I cannot believe I'm not in San Francisco.

The atmosphere was nice. The service was great. Our waitress even remembered our daughters name throughout the meal. Unfortunately the burger wasn't cooked very well. Way overdone. The fries that we had were very good especially the sweet potato fries. Overall this was one of the better places to take your family in Yankton but I still was a little disappointed with the quality of food.

This place is killer! Hands down 5 stars. I spent a few nights here working and love this place. They even have a couple IPA's on tap. Get the hunters ribeye and you won't go wrong. Monday night is burger night!!!

Food was delicious and the service was great. The bar manager even made blue cheese stuffed olives for my dirty martini. Highly recommended if you are going to be in town for business. The Best Western is attached.

The food is good, but a little pricey. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. Mondays they have $6 burgers, the best deal around. Nice staff, and the place seems clean.
