Stopped at the Turtle Creek Saloon on our bike trip cross country. Decided to try the local beef. I had a 10 ounce steak. It was amazing. I had asked for steak sauce and got a dirty look because there was no reason in the least to have anything on that steak it was tremendous. My pescegetarian son really enjoyed the fresh Walleye.
Went here for breakfast ( served till 10.45am). Omelets, eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, etc. everything tasted fantastic. Service was a little slow but very friendly and personal. This seems to be a meeting point for farmers n all locals. Very nice cafe worth stopping for.
