This is the place for lunch in Aberdeen. Order anything on a focaccia and prepare to get rocked. The dude in the back is like a fourth generation baker. His baguettes are some of the best in the Midwest. A baguette and a bottle of wine, best thing ever! A gem in the rough.

Palm Garden is my favorite restaurant in town. I have never had any dish here that wasn't amazing. It's got a great, cozy atmosphere and a really cool gift shop too. My kids love it because of the chocolates and cookies, and also because they can get pop in glass bottles. I recommend this restaurant to everyone!

So, the reviews on here don't give this place justice...it should be 5 stars all the way. Fresh, inventive flavors!! I ordered the pork tacos with a side of tomato basil soup (weird combo, I know) first, let me say the tomato basil soup was so good I didn't want to breathe for fear that the flavor particles would leave my mouth... Just incredible!!! Then on to the tacos, perfectly seasoned shredded pork with cilantro lime crema and feta cheese with lime squeezed on top. Let's just say,"omg, I die!" In the words of Rachel Zoe. The flavor combos and fresh sensation in my mouth were just indescribable. Needless to say, may favorite place this far in Aberdeen!!! Can't wait to try more!

The chicken wild rice soup was fantastic. I'd deff stop here again when or if I'm in the area. They have an array of drinks, with patio seating. The chicken florentine was lovely! Recommended!

The best place to eat in Aberdeen. We visit every summer for two weeks and I've been everywhere. The Palm Garden is the only restaurant I look forward to eating at. Try it all.

My dad found this place off of Yelp, so we decided to try it out. The place was pretty full. You could tell the servers were swamped, but service was quick and prompt throughout the whole meal! :) The tomato basil soup was yummy (not creamy which I liked). The turkey club panini was great too. I loved the herb mayo they had (I assume they mix it in house). It looked pretty pathetic without chips or fries on the plate. (The pickle slice was too thin for my liking as well.) I came away with a great impression! I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town! Bonus: The women's bathroom was really nice. It's one big room that's nicely furnished and very clean!

Had the 6 shot hamburger today with my grandfather, he had the no frills hamburger. The girl who seated us was really sweet, she dropped a few things but our food got brought out real fast and I thought it was really tasty. The jalapeño was good and the barbecue sauce was amazing!

When you ask the locals for suggestions on where to eat in Aberdeen, you hear "Well it's good, for Aberdeen, I guess" a lot. Well this place is good for Aberdeen. It's good for Rapid City. Hell, it's good for the Twin Cities. Hands down, Palm Garden is the best lunch join on the northern plains. So if you're in Aberdeen, skip the fast food joints and mediocre diners and head here.

Made from scratch Pot pie and the cheesy bread. It was amazing! Try the caramel/sea salt dark/chocolate morsel. Yummy.

Visiting Aberdeen for the first time, I was a little nervous for where I would eat for dinner. I'm a foodie and honestly get upset if my dinner is sub par, especially when traveling. Thank goodness I found this place. Hole in the wall, random chocolatier turned into restaurant was awesome. I ended up there on St Patricks day and sat at their tiny bar enjoying a Guinness and listening to an authentic Irish band. They had cabbage, corned beef and Jameson bread pudding for the holiday. I didn't try the cabbage and corned beef (not really my thing), but had the pesto grilled cheese and basil tomato soup. Simple and great taste for the price. However, I did indulge in the Jameson bread pudding and ate every bit of it. I'm not the biggest bread pudding fan, but this stuff was like heaven. Price is right, food is great, and wait staff is very friendly with a family atmosphere. I'll wait until my second visit to give them a full 5 stars, but overall it is great! I've already recommended it to fellow work travelers.

Pretty good. The tomato basil soup was amazing. The stroganoff lacked depth, but was good. I'm not sure what depth means, but that's what comes to mind.

A cute restaurant with delicious and unique food. I love coming here when I'm in Aberdeen. And they have tons of homemade chocolate treats for dessert!!

Pretty solid restraunt for Aberdeen. Quite loud and a bit on the slow side the day we were there. Good food though.

This place was awesome. Fantastic little restaurant hidden away. Nice to get away from the chains and find a clean friendly environment. The staff was very friendly and enjoyable. The food was well prepared and a little chocolate for dessert is always nice.

Food is great. Concept wonderful. Decor inviting. I love their fried chicken. It's especially nice because the other food offerings in Aberdeen are so mediocre. What keeps me from giving it 5 stars is how arbitrary they are with their hours. Tonight, I arrived at 7 and waited to be seated. I was told that they had decided to lose early and that they would feed me but I could not order burgers, steaks or chicken. They could make me a sandwich. I left. Posted hours are until 10, It doesn't matter how good your food is if your customers cannot depend on you to be there. Do not act like you are doing me a favor by serving me either. It was handled really poorly. Not sure I'll be back. Seems like they have more pressing matters anyway.
