I was really impressed by this location. Stopped in to grab lunch. I saw two delivery cars in the 5 minutes I was waiting in the parking lot, so I would assume their delivery would be quick if you wanted it. The place is brand new, so it's very clean inside. The person at the front was pretty friendly. I just wish they talked to you more about the options. For example, I ordered a number 9, which I learned could come on a sub roll or more traditional bread. I wanted a sub roll, which is what I ended up getting, but it wasn't until after I ordered that I realized it said on the board to specify what you wanted. Either way, I didn't have to wait long, and my sub was ready. They have a standard soda (coke products) machine, as well as sweetened and unsweetened tea. The ice is semi-crushed in consistency, which I like. The sub was pretty good too, it had good flavor, and was very filling. The best part was a sub and soda for about $7. Pretty cheap, and pretty fast. I would definitely come back.

With all the hype you hear about Jimmy Johns, I honestly expected more. The location itself is really cool, very clean. And they offer delivery service, which is a nice plus if you like their subs. First thing we noticed is that there are no hot subs at all. Odd. Second, I noticed that there were no options for a kids menu. I really found that to be odd. We bought 2 subs, they were both good. plenty of meat and toppings on there to make it tasty. But there isnt much diversity in the way of the sandwich combos. We decided when we left it would pretty much be the last time we went there.

I was refused service because whoever picked up my call was "bound by corporate policy" to not deliver to my apartment, which is 1.5 miles away from the store. When I asked where they do deliver to if my home (being a 7 minute drive with traffic) was too far, and I was told his cut off is the driveway before my apartment complex. Rude, lazy, and inconsiderate. Don't advertise delivery services if your employees aren't willing to do their job, or go above and beyond to satisfy a customer.

I really love Jimmy Johns, yet I never really see ANYONE there...like ever. The staff even seems surprised when you walk in. Place is super clean, their fast there and so is delivery. A bit pricey imo; a couple dollars cheaper it would be just right. Will be returning!

I tried to get delivery to my home, less than 4 miles away through their web site. I was informed that I was not in Jim's range. I went and picked up our Sammy's and asked why we were unable to get delivery? I was told that "Jimmy" sets the boundary by driving 5 minutes , at the busiest traffic time of the day, and that is the delivery area! I proceeded to eat my supper and went to their web site to offer my opinion of Jim's "freaky fast delivery" such as, I could be fast to if all I had to do is deliver next door. I also stated they should throw a baseball to set their boundary it would be farther. They base their advertising on being fast, that's like being smarter than a rock or faster than a snail. So after taking the time to offer my astute opinion and clicking submit.......... it says error 404 page cannot be found. I will be going back to Larry's subs.

Friendly staff with a great atmosphere. The music wasn't too loud so I could still have a normal volume conversation. Parking was easy with plenty of space. My sandwiches were made faster than many of the other Jimmy Johns that I've been to and with the quality that I expect for the price.

Was told I was out of their area for delivery.... I'm 2.9 miles away!!!! Best part about it is that they had delivered to my house more than 3 times in the past year. I guess they don't want the business.
