What's with the parents who sit by the rest rooms and then let their unsupervised heathens play in the playground alone with the well behaved, supervised children? Pff! Anyway-food is always on point and hot. There has not been one thing that I have ordered-from salads to sandwiches to nuggets-that has been less than great. Service is always far above and beyond. I wish everyone in the world had the manners of chick-fil-a employees. It would be a much happier place! Less road rage what other fast food place has employees that will come to your table, refill your drinks, or clear away any mess/trash that you're finished with? I cannot think of a single one. And they always seem so happy to do it. "My pleasure". They always put in the extra effort to appeal to children-from balloons to free ice cream to hand sanitizer wipes. This is one of the only, if not the only, place that I feel comfortable letting my kids play on the playground. It's cleaned weekly and has only one entrance and exit for safety reasons. Next time you go in, take advantage of their free kitchen tours. Seriously. It's super cool!

I went to the drive thru to get lunch for my family& they forgot to put the kids meal nuggets, in the bag for my neice. My mother in law called, and told them& the manager made a special delivery to our house to get my neices nuggets. Awesome customer service!

Just like the majority (if not all) Chick-fil-a locations, it's clean, the people are extremely nice, and the food is always hot and tasty. Clean on the inside, and they move you through the drive-thru quickly.

I stopped by this Chick Fila for a late lunch on a trip to Charleston this past weekend. I always love Chick Fila for the food, clean locations and great service but this location really stood out. Everyone was polite, helpful and genuine. I ended up spending awhile finishing up some emails/work that popped up and the service couldn't have been better.Periodically different team members checked in on me but never made me feel like I was in the way or being rushed. Great work!

I go to Chic-fila atleast 3 days a week . My family loves everything about it . The service and and everyone that works there is incredible . I would probably say as far as I have found This is a Top Notch run business . And cant even think about anything to complain about .

Super fast service even at lunch time. I think they can service more cars in one hour than Arby's can do in 2 days. I have yet to receive an incorrect order. I wish they were open on Sundays, but i respect the owners wishes

It's not a place for a non-meat eater like my self, but I do go for breakfast for my coworkers and I get an egg and cheese biscuit for myself. The service is always quick, even with long lines and the 5 stars are for the cheery people that work there - they never mess an order up, always ask if I want sauces and creamers, and they are very nice and smiley. I thank them for not making morning commutes worse than needed.

My introduction to the lowcountry? - Maybe it was that first whiff of pluff mud as the tide rolls out. - Maybe it was that explosion of azaleas iln Summerville in the spring. - That first kayak run out to Capers? Or, maybe it just was that first crisp fall morning escaping from my cube-nation with the top down to get some chick-fil-a biscuits... Yeah, that was it for sure. I remember growing up in Texas & all I knew about Chick-fil-a was that place in the mall I never ate at. But I live and learn and hopefully will not pass on those sins to the next generation. ;) If you have never had Chick-fil-a for breakfast then you need to grab life by the horns and try this place. The biscuits are so flavorful and moist. The chicken is seasoned perfectly, just the right amount of "crisp" and not a hint of greasyness. Let's get off the food for a sec. The service in Summerville is outstanding. "How may I serve you" are the 1st words you'll hear and it's not lip service. If you've been in Charleston for long then you know that alone is a reason to drop your other fast food fave like a bad habit... unless you prefer a biscuit topped with ineptitude, indifference, and inedibility. Maybe I'm just a big sap now that I'm a dad, but it's the other little things at Chick-fil-a, too. Little dishes of cheerios for the wee ones. A schedule of special events (e.g. daddy-daughter night once a month with linen tablecloths, candles and flowers... yes... and they still serve chick-fil-a). 2nds on Josh's comment about the milkshakes. I happened in during an employee training day and they were just handing them out. Thick and flavorful. The seasonal peppermint was excellent. Mark on your calendar for when they hit banana pudding. I was never a banana pudding guy. I roundly despised it. Chick fil a single-handedly changed a deeply-rooted issue my therapist believed could only be removed with years of talking about my mother and heavy doses of lithium. Chick-fil-a should get 5 stars for just the cost savings of ^, but let's give you a reason to like it. Texture changes. Firm & crisp cookie pieces that somehow can be sucked up through a straw? Magic, folks. Banana pieces that are also fresh - you know... that perfect day of the bananas on your little plastic or metal banana tree? The day when you wish you could just freeze time & eat them all? Yeah. They did that. Magic as well. Throw in some frothy cream and their usual shaky-goodness and it's a big win. Deliciously simple food, lightning fast, right the 1st time, served with a smile. Need another reason?

However, with the service I receive each and every time I enter the store, you would think it is a five star restaurant! They are courteous, kind and always ready to help with a smile. I also love that you can trade an unopened kids meal toy for a free ice cream. I can't get enough of this place!
