Yummy biscuits. I've only ever had breakfast and it has always been good food. I agree with other reviewer about the small dining room. Be sure to sit in main dining room

Service was slow. Had someone scream at me while I was trying to calm my daughter & she showed out, left restaurant without paying. Staff said she does this once a week. If she is doing this that frequently to other customers who pay...why would you let her come back? Staff lied said they would not allow her back. I saw her car there the next week. Needless to say I will not be returning. Food wasn't worth all the stress! Didn't even offer me anything for what I went through.

Betty's has been a staple around Seneca every since I can remember, had great food for great prices. However after building the new building this place just isn't what it used to be. The food is ok price is ok. Sometimes building bigger doesn't make it better.

This place is wonderful as long as you sit in the main dining area. The little room in the back has an exit door which at first glance looks like an emergency exit, but is often used by customers to enter/ exit the place. If the weather is cold outside (and it was when we went to BHBC the first time), everytime somebody opened that door, we had wind chill in the room. To say the least, it was very uncomfortable. Furthermore, some people just keep the door open standing in front of it waiting for their company to arrive to the door so that they do not have to open the door themselves. They do it when they are wrapped in their thick winter coats and scarves just when they are leaving the building and of course without thinking about those sitting in without their coats on trying to have breakfast. There certainly are several incredibly inconsiderate people in the clientele of this place. That being said, there were several very friendly and helpful customers too (who helped us pick up the toys our 7 month old dropped and etc.). The food was delicious and about half the price of Cracker Barrel - much tastier. The waitress was very helpful - she allowed us to move from the little room at the back (we were sitting right in front of the exit door) to the main dining area. She got a big tip for that. Our drinks were refilled constantly, and our table was cleaned rapidly after we were done with our food. It was a good experience from service point of view. The place was very crowded, so I am surprised there are not many more yelp reviews about this place already.

Only had one breakfast so far, but will definitely be going back. Perfect grits, generous servings, fair pricing, and enough room to not have to wait. (Unlike most Waffle Houses).
