Not sure what else to say other than A+. We got ribs, a chicken sandwich, and a sampler. Everything was amazing. Our 8 year old couldn't stop eating the green beans! Service couldn't be friendlier, and the whole restaurant was spotless. Will definitely be back here if we pass through the area again. Thanks yelp!!!

Amazing local BBQ place. Tried the sampler platter which had three runs and pulled pork plus several sides. It was all absolutely delicious. The restaurant was also extremely clean and pleasant.

Excellent food and service. Stopped here on the drive up to New York. Was staying at a hotel nearby and found it on yelp. Everyone was friendly and the food was delicious. Great option when normally there is only fast food type restaurants around. I would love to return when driving the i95 corridor again.

Fantastic. 2 days ago, 4 of us stopped in on our road trip and ordered family style (full rack of ribs, pound of pulled pork, fried chicken legs/thighs, green beans and sweet potato fries) for $30. We can't stop talking about how the amazing food was. I recommend stopping at this gem!

Very nice rib joint we stopped at on our way home back from Florida. Worth the few mile detour from I 95. It isn't easy to satisfy everyone in a family of six traveling along i95. Over the past ten years making this trip we found a few gems and many more disappointments. This is our new favorite Carolina BBQ place. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The food is awesome. We got two full slabs of ribs and sides. The ribs were cooked perfectly with just the right flavor. Sauce had a bit of a kick but was not too spicy for the little ones. Clean place with clean bathrooms. Will be back. Closed Mon, Tue and Sunday.

If you're traveling on I-95 like we were, this is definitely a nice alternative to the monotony of fast food choices while traveling. They're less than 10 minutes from the highway. They feature very adequate parking. Their food was delicious and reasonably priced. We got a sample platter so we could check out a few things. Friendly service was a plus. Definitely worth a pit stop!

excellent rib joint well worth a detour if you are on 95 the ribs were smokey and the sauce just the right amount of spicy. the baked beans were a little too sweet for my taste but delicious my friends had a sampler platter which was heavy on the sides light on the meat. Id stop here anytime for ribs all rib lovers should do the same

Stopped here for lunch on our way back to Florida from North Carolina. Thanks for the recommendation, Yelp! We both got pulled pork sandwiches, which were tasty - crispy bits mixed with lean pork perfectly smoked, which is just the way I like it. The mustard-based barbecue sauce was extremely tasty, with a hit of heat at the end. It was a bit hotter than my husband likes, but even he enjoyed it. They also sprinkle some Cajun seasoning on their fries and their cole slaw has a lot of pepper in it, so be forewarned if you don't like a bit of heat. It makes for a very tasty meal, though! The restaurant is clean, decorated nicely and the service was polite, friendly and quick! A great departure from I-95 chain restaurants- well worth the detour.

BBQ was amazing- ribs had a delicious smoky flavor! We got two sampler platters and two orders of wings for our family of five and everyone was a clean-plater! (This is rare for all 3 boys at the same time!) restrooms were clean, staff was very friendly, cute place- thanks again Yelpers, for the recommendation- never would have found if just passing through on 95 otherwise!

Stopped here when we spent the night in Manning heading back to New England. FANTASTIC! It's about 3 miles off of 95 but worth the trip! Riblets are the BOMB!

Heading North on 95 and hankering for some soul hugging barbeque, we found this amazing gem in Manning. Absolutely worth the very short jump off the highway! We had the fantastic fried chicken and a half rack of ribs, which were incredibly succulent, tender and delicious. Also, by far the best green beans we've ever had in our lives. My husband said, "I will remember these green beans for the rest of my life. If you don't see these things when you get to heaven, then you will know you aren't really there." The dining room and restrooms are impeccably clean, the service is great and we couldn't believe how affordable everything was. The perfect pit stop for our family and will be on our list from now on! Thanks JK's!

The ribs were nicely smoked, meaty and tender. The sides of green beans and coleslaw were delicious. Well worth tbe short drive off the interstate. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean. We will return.

I can't say enough about this restaurant. Less than 10 minutes off I-95 and well worth the short drive. The building seems brand new and has picnic tables outside for the good weather. The bathrooms are clean and roomy! Order at the counter and pick out your table. The food will come out very shortly. Our party ordered the pulled pork sandwich, Philly cheesesteak and 3-piece fried chicken. The chicken took a few extra minutes to come out because it's made to order! Golden-fried deliciousness, light and crispy and not too much breading at all. Hot and not dry in the least. I would also highly recommend the philly cheesestake. Soft bread roll and tender steak mixed with green peppers and cheese. Two people could possibly split this sandwich but once it comes out you won't want to! Order your own! But if you really want a smokey treat order the pulled pork sandwich. The smoke flavor was infused so well into the meat which was tender and delicious. It was served with French fries that were well-seasoned and ready for some ketchup. You will not be disappointed in the least if you come to this restaurant! The staff are so helpful and friendly and ready to serve up amazing food.

The best southern food I've ever had -- absolutely no contest. I had (over the course of two visits and one to-go order) the ribs, field peas, green beans (best vegetable dish I've ever had in my life), cole slaw, fries, pulled pork, and rib tips. Everything was on-point, fresh, and delicious. It didn't hurt that the place is spotless and the people were incredibly friendly. This is a place you NEED to go if you're on 95 going to Florida or somewhere else warm

BBQ was absolutely amazing. We were on our was down to Florida and stopped here for dinner after reading the reviews. It was a few miles off 95 but not a big deal. The detour was well worth it!! We got the sample platter which fed both of us. The place is super clean. They even had signs in the men's room instructing you to not pee on the floor which was awesome. You order at the counter and food is brought right to you and served on disposable trays. Plastic silverware. Ribs were amazing. Seriously, cleanest place I have ever seen and amazing food. Don't miss this one! Hours were a bit strange and they are closed 3 days... I think Sunday, Monday and Tuesday... But I don't know if I remembered that right so just call before you go to make sure they are open.

We found this place on yelp and based on the reviews we decided to try it! It certainly lived up to the hype. We spilt the sampler platter which fed my husband, son, and I. The ribs were excellent, the sauce was fantastic (even my picky three year old loved it), and the pulled pork was tender and yummy. The sides were also very flavorful. We highly recommend this place. It was totally worth the brief excursion from 95. Also, just a heads up: the sign on the building said they were only open Wednesday thru Saturday. Oh and this was by far the cleanest bbq joint I have ever eaten in.

This place was a little off 95, but I was sorry to take my last bite of BBQ Rib! The best ribs and baked beans I have ever had! The green beans even had a spicy bite to them. The only thing missing was corn bread/muffins. This is a GPS memory destination on our travel north and south on 95 in Manning, SC. You won't be disappointed and that's a promise!!!

The ribs and fries were amazing. The service was great and the restaurant was welcoming and clean. If you are near there on I-95 plan on stopping.

The 1/4 slab of Ribs with sauce added was pretty damn good. I had it with the bag of fries which were also awesome because it was seasoned, crinkled, & perfectly fried. The mac&cheese I ordered wasn't all that great for my pallet so I only had 2 small bites of it. The place was very clean & it seemed family oriented, even the staff replied to each other with "yes ma'am" "no ma'am". I was impressed.

Delicious food, very clean place, and super nice people!!!! It's definitely not too far off the interstate and I suggest that you take the time to stop. Every single thing that we ate was wonderful...Brunswick stew, ribs, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, and green beans. YUM!!! Stop in and see these wonderful ladies that will treat you like home folk.

What an amazing find! The food was the best! We stopped in with my family of 7 and didn't break the bank. My picky dad said the green beans were the only ones he would order at a restaurant! My burger loving expert nephew said his burger was the best he's ever had! If we or anyone we know is traveling this way again, we will be back! The owners made the food that much better. Smiles all around! Thank you!

2 WORDS, AWESOME AND FANTASTIC... As LaShuntala H. said hands down best BBQ in South Carolina. There portions and price are fantastic compared to most places. I got a there Pull Pork Po Boy Basket and ate off of that twice and my wive got there 6 awesome carolina gold wings and fries. My twin football player, that usually eat more than all of use, could only eat half of the delicious riblet platter and my daughter are obsessed with there bacon cheeseburgers. Plus there restroom are extra clean and the staff are all family oriented.

Great little detour from I-95! Delicious food, sweet and wonderful service. Clean too. We bought two sampler platters, two chicken legs, and a side of green beans and easily fed two adults and two kids. My husband can put away a lot of BBQ too. There was plenty!

Lets start off with I'm a Yankee in a southern world. Me trying to find a BBQ place I like is hard. This place was amazing. The family that runs this place are super nice. The place is very clean and well decored. and the food has been good to great every time we have gone. I go there for lunch and eat in and take out for dinner. The pulled pork was the best I have had. The Beef Brisket was extremely tender with great flavor. The world famous ribs was not one of my favorites, it was good just not great. I come here at least once a month sometimes three times. I will be coming back again and again.
