Thirty foot ceilings. Nicely redone old town building. Excellent Mexican. Relaxed and attentive wait staff. Good prices. If I lived near it would be a frequent event. Did I mention that the food was great?

This restaurant provides a great atmosphere. The bar has a good selection and the menu is relatively diverse. The food is consistent. The food also is inline with mainstream Hispanic cuisine, regarding quality.

We go to Pancho's in Liberty often. By far the best one out of the 3 in our area! The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is open, spacious and bright and we never have to wait long to be seated. What keeps us coming back though is the great food and affordable prices!
