On January 18, 2015 at approximately 1500 hours Natalie D. and I, Dante G., responded to Zoe's Kitchen located at 5166 Sunset Boulevard, which is in the city of Lexington, in reference to lunch. Upon arrival we made entry through the doorway centered on the A side of the building. The actual business occupied the A-B end of the strip mall. The line follows the interior of the B side of the building to the counter. We were greeted and ordered. I went with the Spinach Wrap Ups and roasted vegetables. I thoroughly enjoyed my food. Kind of plain, but good. The roasted vegetables were the star of this meal. Natalie D. went with a Chicken Salad Sandwich and Potato Salad. She was not impressed with the food. Something about not enough mayo. What I found most interesting is there was some girl, one I had never seen before, giving me dirty looks. I wonder if she knew me. End of Report.

Food is pretty good. Customer service is horrible! There was a problem and the assistant manager, spent more time telling me he was the assistant manager (clearly a title he was proud of) than he did fixing the problem. He also continued to place blame on his staff. The issue was never resolved. I also left a message for the manager on his cell, never got a phone call back. Not convenient for catering at all.

Just the wife & I this time. One of the best Greek tossed salad I've had. Very fresh & lots of it. Took half home & my daughter finished it up with a smile. Wife had the chicken kabobs, not bad. Would exchange the rice pilaf for anther side The place is very clean with bright color. Fast food chain restaurant. We will be back & try the family meal for 4. Open daily 11 - 9. Download their App & earn goodies.

Cool menu, lots of choices. Food is tasty. Same menu for lunch and dinner, and I believe same menu at all locations. The property on 378 in Lexington is well managed, clean, with some outdoor seating as well. Parking is ok (the strip mall it's in can get full in a hurry). I'd like to see them add coffee to their menu, as it would go will with the cookies and cake.

Nice addition to Lexington. You are able to order deli sandwiches or hot dishes. Either way - both are made to order. The atmosphere is new and fresh with ample seating either inside or outside (and yes - there are fans outside for when the weather permits). Like that they had artwork by one of the local elementary schools on display. The only disappointments was the pricing ($9+ for a sandwich, drink, and a side) where you could go to a local sub shop cheaper and at least for sandwiches - they had a limited selection of sandwich meats.

Super fresh. Lots of variety. Not too expensive. A chain but done like a local restaurant should. All fresh ingredients prepared daily from scratch. Amazing service and little touches like real plates bowls and silverware make it well worth a visit.

I do appreciate that they have vegan menu items noted on the menu (and this is the reason why I keep coming back). I enjoy the veggie kabobs with a side of the braised white beans. They never seem to get our carry out order right, but the quality of the food is very good. For fast food, this is a fairly good healthy option.

I love the atmosphere, the staff and the food! Its always tasty and fresh. My toddler loves going here and enjoys the food as well. I haven't had anything from here that I didn't just love and the hummus is just DELISH!

The food is delicious and the customer service is on point. Despite being super busy, this Zoe's Kitchen gets your food out quickly. I went with a group of friends and one friend never received his order. After waiting a little while, someone came over to apologize and have him a refund, even though he hadn't even complained. Thank you Zoe!

I went to this new Lexington location on it's first day and was impressed that it was full inside but there wasn't a long line at all. It looks like a typical Zoes, and has a great outdoor patio space with covered and open air seats. I am always impressed by the wide range of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, so this is certainly the kind of place you'd want to take a mixed bag dietary restriction group. I ordered the veggie pita pizza that comes with a Cesar salad, and enjoyed both. It's nothing to write home about, but it's fresh and healthy feeling. They have great sweet tea at this location too. The workers there were friendly and helpful. I think this will be a great and healthier addition to Lexington, which is being overrun by Bojangle's lately.

Yummy yummy! Chicken salad sampler is yum! I don't care for potatoes, so I always sub pasta salad or slaw for potato salad. I've enjoyed everything I've tried from here, except med. tuna which I was already ify about

Marinara was way too watered down and way too many onions on everything I got the Greek marinara and couldn't get passed the onions I tried picking them out and was left with some tomato water that tasted like onions. My wife who likes onions couldn't even eat her Greek salad because of the amount of onions. We left with more food on the table than in our stomachs. Waste of 20 bucks for lunch. Booths were pretty nasty as well you could see where Greek dressing has been everywhere. We left hungry, disappointed, and smelling like onions. Gross

Good food once we finally got it but a 45-minute wait for essentially a fast-food restaurant is unacceptable. We were told several times by the waitress"I'm so sorry" but were never given an explanation. Note to Zoe's: if you want repeat customers, at least tell them why it's taking so long or offer a free cookie. Since you pay when you order, there's not much you can do but wait. While we waited, we saw numerous cars go through the drive-thru and lots of take-out orders filled. It was pretty clear that their priority is with to-go, not with the people sitting in their dining room. I would not recommend this place on a busy day or at a busy time or if you want to dine inside. Good food- not excellent or great- is not worth a 45-minute wait even in a regular sit-down restaurant. This was a big disappointment. I doubt we will ever go back.

First time visiting Zoes. I ordered the Greek salad over potato salad to go. I was surprised at how good it was. There was a variety of lettuce including dark greens and plenty of feta cheese... Not too little, not too much. There was a lot of salad in my to go box. I was only able to eat half. The potato salad hidden under the greens was delicious. The service was great especially given that this is a fairly new establishment. Overall, I had a great experience !

I've been here three times and two of those three times have been a disappointment. On the positive side their hummus is amazing as is their potato salad. Their slaw is also very good and I love the chocolate cake. On the negative side they never give you enough pita bread to go with the hummus. On one of my visits the pita bread was hard like it had been sitting out all day exposed to the air. On a different occasion I ordered the hummus and salad plate and was disappointed to find only 6 small pieces of pita bread that wasn't nearly enough to finish the hummus with. In addition the salad consisted of nothing but lettuce, feta cheese, and ONE cherry tomato cut in half. I'm so in love with their hummus and potato salad that I might give this place one more shot but a third strike and they will be out.

The chicken kabob was A-ok and the white beans were so good. Pretty decent gluten-free options so I would go back for sure.

The food was really good. Only complaint is that it was a bit salty but still very good. A refreshing change to all the fast food chains around.
