It's not amazing, but good for an occasional lunch as it's not too pricey and the buffet had a decent variety. The waitstaff are usually ditzy girls who spend more time looking in the mirror than taking care of customers. Still looking for better bbq, suggestions??

The brisket is the best thing I've had on the menu, but everything else I ordered was subpar at best. Chicken was incredibly dry and flavorless, the fried okra wasn't fresh and very bland, the bread roll was yummy but it just seemed like fast food to me. I won't be back, sorry.

We went to Hudson's for dinner and ordered the BBQ nachos first. They were very good , maybe could have had a little less cheese but still good. For dinner we shared the surf and turf. The BBQ pork and brisket were very tasty,the fish was seems to always be good, the chicken and ribs were not great. They were dry and tasted like they were from the day before. The sides....French fries, they were good , cooked fresh, Cabbage, again it always seems to be good,Mac & cheese was very dry and bland. We had great service from our waitress, Morgan. We never had an empty glass and she was very friendly. We will definitely go again.

Not sure if we were eating at the same place as everyone else that reviews. Best BBQ I have had in a while and my husband is from Texas. We came from out of town for a wedding and Hudson's was recommended by someone that worked at the airport. We didn't know there was more than one location so we went to this one because it came up on the GPS right away. Food was amazing, HUGE portions, and the prices we so low I can't find out how they could stay in business. We paid $8.95 for a meat and 3 sides. My husband had the ribs you could see the smoke ring. I had the fried cat fish and it tasted as if the caught it that same morning. We are here for the weekend and WILL be going back before we head home.
