Was very impressed with the food, and the owner let me finish my meal, even though I finished it long after closing time. The chicken on a salad base was top notch, and service was professional. I also loved the bread. This place would be a favorite of mine if I lived in Greenville. But I live in Lexington, SC. When I am in Greenville, I will return.

I had a gyro, pretty good. Friend had a chicken parm sub, it was ok. Service was generally unfriendly and uncaring.

BEST PIZZA AROUND. We always do takeout because it's easy, but the pizza is great as well as salad. Pizza is perfectly crafted with pepperoni under, yeAh UNDER the layer of fresh mozzarella cheese. Highly reccomend.

Went at peak dinner time. Average rating overall. Decor a little dated. Very busy server but nice. Large portions.

Got a house pizza. Crust and toppings were very good, sauce & cheese were average. Overall I liked the pizza and would go back to try more! Would like to try the cannoli (they were out) and strombolis for sure! Owner was very nice and offered good suggestions!

This is a wonderful place! Great service and the food is really good. The Greek food and the pizza are winners!

This is my first trip to Paisanos Pizzeria. I had the chicken pita with tzatziki sauce and a side of pasta salad. Both were delicious. Others in my party had the calzone, spaghetti and pizza and reported they were good as well .

My husband and I enjoy trying different Italian restaurants and this was our first time visiting here. We were looking forward to a quiet and intimate evening out. It was disappointing to say the least. The interior has many dust covered artificial greenery. The salad was brought out with the plastic containers and packaged saltines sitting on top - which is a huge no-no. I ordered the Seafood Ravioli and left half of it due to the excessive salt content. My husband tried the Italian Sampler and it was ok. He did ask for a takeout container to take the remainder home. The server gave us coffee refills but the coffee was weak. He never asked if we wanted dessert. We probably would have said yes since we both love tiramisu and would have been willing to try theirs considering we had plenty of room left. Older children were loud and running rampant through out the restaurant. When they started to play Rover Red Rover, we thought it best to leave. Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible. Server was great but food lacked quality of previous visits. Ordered veal with spaghetti. Veal was burned and sauce was over bearing.

This is a great family place, and sort of a "best kept secret" in Greenville. All my friends who've been here a long time know Paisano's - "oh Paisanos, yeah" they say with a knowing nod. But the real reason why I am writing this review is CANNOLIS. Try and find a cannoli in Greenville. Not that easy. I had a friend who - isn't this crazy- not only never had a cannoli but didn't even know what one was. I could not allow this. I ran all over town trying to find an Italian place that serves cannolis. Supposedly Luna Rosa downtown has them, but I couldn't get there when it was open. Also a recent find, Sciortino's Trattorio has them, but I haven't tried them there yet. The cannolis at Paisano's are great and they were quick with the to-go service with this little desert. I am not in love with the decor, but it does have the Italian vibe and the wait staff is really friendly. Where I'm from up north, the waitstaff isn't so typically so chatty, so service here is a little slower, which frustrates me, but what can you do? The wait staff likes to chat with their long time customers, who they know by name, which is kind of sweet. A good place for kids, if you have them. I went here with my mother and we had a nice meal, I can't remember what it was though I remember feeling satisfied. Not far from Greer or Simpsonville, but might be a bit of a drive from downtown Greenville.

These people are soooo nice! The owner is so accommodating. I ordered the special last time I was there, and he said he would absolutely accommodate my requests for no peppers since it is made fresh when you order. I appreciate a business who values their customers.
