Good food. I had the ribs - excellent. House salad with house dressing is great. Service is a little slow for drinks so don't wait until you are empty!

First I will state the bad..We ordered the danish ribs which were overcooked and the sauce wasn't the best we've ever had. We had a choice of a house salad or mashed potatoes...we chose the house salad which was pretty good, however, if you wanted other sides you were charged for them. Most restaurants we have eaten at offer at least two sides. I would have given them one star except the atmosphere was very nice and the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. We do not recommend Percy and Willies and don't intend to dine there in the future....

Funny out they shut down the previous Yelp reviews page b/c they moved buildings. Still won't save them from bad reviews. Friend and I went in to eat lunch. My pasta dish had way too much oil and it ruined the flavor. The hostesses must not have a dress code and it shows. Not impressed per usual. Way over priced! You aren't 5 star dining, therefore your prices shouldn't reflect that. Back in the day this was an awesome place. Who remembers how huge the burgers used to be? The owner got greedy and cut quality!

I traveled to Florence for work this week. For dinner, I wanted something close to my hotel since there was a bit of snow and a little ice on the road. I hadn't been to P&W in a few years and not since they moved to the new location, so I decided to give it a shot. I sat at the bar, where a few TVs played NCAA basketball and I was promptly taken care of. Skyler and Kayla were the bar servers that night and they were great- very personable and nice and made sure all my needs were met. P&W's has added a few new options to the menu since moving to their new location, but it's hard to find their menu online as they don't seem to have a website or an active Facebook page. I know P&W appeals to the locals, but I think an active presence online or on social media could really help bring tourists or business travelers in (or even locals who are new in town or haven't been to P&Ws in awhile). I decided on one of the new entrees, the crab cakes, and I also had a honey butter croissant. The croissants have not changed in years, thankfully, as that's one of the best items on the menu. Not healthy, but they melt in your mouth and are worth the extra treadmill time. All salads come with a croissant, or you can purchase them as an app for the table or add one to your meal. You really can't eat at P&W's and not have a croissant, so just try one! My crab cakes came out quickly, on a huge bed of wild rice and a side of broccoli. The crab cakes were good without a lot of filler, but they were a little salty. I drank several glasses of water (fortunately the bartenders kept my water full). The breading to crab cake ratio was good, and the broccoli was seasoned well (it wasn't too salty). The rice wasn't bad, but the portion was huge (I honestly would've rather had a bit more broccoli!). The crab cakes are $16.99 and not a bad deal since you get two sides with it. You could easily have leftovers. I didn't have any issues with the food or service, but several others at the bar did. Another guy's appetizer, salad, and steak all came out within just a few minutes (he remarked that he felt pressured to eat quickly). All in all, I don't think P&W's is the best restaurant in town, and I think they could improve with bringing the food out as scheduled and having their menus prominent online, but I'd still recommend it as a solid dining option in Florence. It's one of the best restaurants that's close to the interstate and hotels.

I absolutely love the marinated rib eye! It is tender and packed with flavor. The appetizer Mr. Potato Head Skins are delicious...far better than their baked potato. I have had both although I do get them without any bacon/or pork product. The grilled salmon is lovely and flakey but still juicy. Pricing ranges from moderate to high. Food is good. Serving size is good. Service can be slow at times but they are very accommodating and polite. Atmosphere is nice. My steak has been over cooked a few times and they have quickly redone the order without issue.

Tried to spend money here. Been cooped up in a meeting room all day long indoors and asked to sit outside. Hostessed hemmed and hawed and said only drinks and appetizers outside after four. Now I'm not the most intelligent person in the world but since only two tables were being used outside and there was plenty a room, seems logical that they could probably serve me a sandwich. Actually smelled very nice, but they kind of pissed me off so I left..............

Was in Florence yesterday and wanted a place to have lunch the Outback Steak house didn't open to 4pm spotted Percy&Willies and went to yelp app.but there were no previous reviews so we decided to take a chance. I am so glad we did the decor was great and it had an open style kitchen. Our waitress Heidi was knowledgeable and pleasant, she described how everything was made fresh daily. My wife had the special half a sandwich and soup (loaded potato )she was very pleased. I had a po boy flounder fish sandwich, absolutely best i have ever had i also had a side of pasta with marinara sauce wich i took home and just now finished for dinner. The manager stopped at our table and asked if Heidi was giving us good service. Glad we stopped thumbs up.

Went at lunchtime on a Saturday. The service was prompt and excellent. The manager checked on us halfway through our meal. The food was delicious. It was a very good experience. We had the prime rib sandwich with loaded baked potato and the half a club sandwich and potato soup combo. Finished off with the apple pie topped with vanilla ice cream for dessert. I would definitely go back.

Came to PW with my family. 30 minutes to get app then another 20 min for salad. That's 50 min for salads. 1 hour 30 min and still waiting on dinner. Service all around us getting the wrong meals. Bad decision to come here tonight. Not sure if it's simply overly busy however it needs improving.

Great bartender, ok food, but I was most disturbed about how they barked at their staff. All I heard the whole time was cooks and managers yelling. Ladies and gentlemen, go visit a real steakhouse and you will never hear that type of yelling. Take care of your people and maybe you won't have to yell so much.

First time guest. Hostess friendly and responsive. Waitress excellent. Knew menu, responsive and friendly. Food "so-so". My husband and I both ordered the tossed salad- includes tomatoes, bacon, egg, and we had blue cheese dressing. Salad very good and big. Entrees were plentiful but just not exciting. Good place for families, small groups - they have a nice large group area. With the "spirits" you might expect more upscale food but we didn't find that. I had salmon and my husband had flounder and pasta. The pasta was seasoned in such a way that it was not at all what he expected for Pasta Marinara. That might have been noted on the menu, but if so, he missed it. Open kitchen is popular these days but it is noisy. We arrived late (9 PM) so things were slowing down but the kitchen and staff were still loud, nevertheless, service was still very good and the food very hot. Lovely, well appointed restaurant and noticed that it has a nice looking outside dining area. Clearly a family restaurant because even at that time of night there were lots of little ones dining. Found it to be a bit pricey - my entree was a small piece of salmon with one side - approx. $16 (didn't include salad).
