    I love their huge beer selection. Has good seating inside and outside. Food was ok, had the hamburger steak. Probably won't have it again, onions that came on it were not cooked well. Fries were great though. Wife had the salmon wrap and loved it. Overall service was friendly.

    Decent food, above average beer selection but the locals here aren't very friendly. It feels "cliquey" in here and not terribly friendly. I've been here several times and always got the same vibe.

    Place is always solid. Great beer, wine, and drinks. It is bar food so you can't be too picky but they will try their best to accommodate your needs. Service is good and you normally have some people who have been working there for decades which is nice. This place can service many different generations from lunch til close. A true Florence institution.

    Always have a good meal here. They usually have the game I am trying to watch as well. The bblt was really tasty, The salads are also really good. suggest the fried chips rather than the French fries when ordering a sandwich. They have a drink special of some sort every single day. They have the best beer selection so far that I have found in Florence. Mandy has been my waitress a few times and she is always on point.

    We stopped in here after the Tough Mudder looking for a place to booze while watching the last of the games that were on. They had a very decent bar, great beer specials and the bartender was a cool guy. There were TV's all over the place, all tuned to various games. The place was jumping, but is there really all that much to do in Florence? No offense, guys. I thought Apple Annie's was doing a good job handling the crowd. Everyone seemed to have a drink in hand and having a good time. They had a three-piece band doing decent covers of good songs, and although I thought they were WAY too loud given the size of the place, that seems to be universal in bars. The background music during set breaks was set to a good level, and they were playing good tunes.

    Good beer selection, patio is nice. The food could be worse, but not much. Eat elsewhere, though Florence options are admittedly limited. I'd recommend drinking here based on selection of beer, but the venue sucks, especially when crowded--no booths or dark corners for drinkers. Recommended for fraternity bros, sorority sisses, and faux hippies.

    While the outside patio was busy, it wasn't slammed. I felt as if my waitress kept running off to take care of everyone else first. She dropped off my drink order, and whie I was ready to order, she was not. "I'll be right back" she said as she rushed off to collect another tables' check. A few minutes later I had to stop her again just to place my order, as I was in a hurry to start the three hour drive to Savannah ahead of me. I liked my sandwich, but would have liked it a lot better if it contained more than a few small pieces of meat on the soft roll. Perhaps I just hit Apple Annies at a bad time. Either way, I'm certainly not in a rush to stop by again.

    Love the BBLT with a Son of a Peach draft. No one was smoking inside and noticed patrons were stepping outside if they wanted a smoke. It took a little long to place the order but came with a smile.

    I can't figure out why the people who I work with are so in love with this place. I have been here several times over the years and find this place to be barely adequate for a bar/pub. They have a wide selection of beers which doesn't really interest me but would be a big selling point for anyway looking for a little beer diversity in the FLO. The inside isn't all that expansive and they have a deck outside that usually gets filled up fast. Service is spotty at times. I have had a smattering of their different sandwiches (burgers and chicken sandwiches) which have all just been ok. Never really had any of them that I would consider bad. The sides and fries are also just average. I don't mind ordering food here when out on social gatherings but I wouldn't eat here for any other reason. Head here for the beer and bar atmosphere but get your food elsewhere.

    You know that friend's house that your Mom wouldn't let you go to because she knew there was to much fun to be had? This is it! From the food early in the day to great local music from bands like "Taste Like Chicken" and the "Cameron Allen Trio" there truly is a great deal of fun packed into this place.
