Warning: No drive through at this location and the parking lot is a little annoying to get into during the morning commute. As a New Englander I love Dunkin Donuts. Unlike at this location, though, I'm usually disappointed with the consistency of the coffee flavor. This Dunkins is consistent and the coffee is always the spectacular Dunkin's coffee you're hoping for. The customer service isn't great but I think that's just a trend - somewhere along the line we stopped exclusively hiring people persons for customer facing positions. This isn't to say that the service is bad, it's just remarkably non-spectacular in any way.

Avoid this location at all costs. Arrived when they opened at 6am. No bagels, no pretzel buns for sandwiches. And the coffee was gross. The bottom of my cup ended up being over an inch deep of grinds! Extremely frustrating and the employees were totally unapologetic. Dunkin corporate should close this place

OK enough. Variety of donuts shifts during the week and they have little of no ability to make more or adjust. Basically, if you want something specific, call ahead prior to wasting your drive. Otherwise, staff is nice, friendly and polite.

The service was grumpy. The wait for food was long. When we got our food, it was greasier than any other DD's. We're not picky, but we had to pat it down. And I like to eat 5 pound burgers, for perspective. Though a nice man did come up to let us know he had a ton of flavors to choose from if we wanted iced coffee and that he was surprised we didn't get coffee. Took pride in his work. We'll call him "Maurice" for now. Didn't get his name. You'll know him when you see him.

As this is in my immediate area, I am always here. The regular workers know me and my boyfriend pretty well and will chat with us or joke. Sometimes they get a hard time from some of the OLDER more ornery patrons, but they tend to be thick skinned. I enjoy this location because it has a Baskin Robbins attached and a small seating area. They know how to make coffee, and will correct if quickly if its not up to your expectations. And they are always quick about it. Its busy during morning and they keep up with the demand. and with the new Ice Coffee flavors I'm hooked.

I think that Dunkin' has good donuts and coffee that are on par with any other major donut chain. My main problem is that I have been in this location twice and it is pretty icky. I wanted to sit at a table one afternoon with my husband, but they all looked so dirty that we went and sat in his truck. Also, they seem to have a fly problem. Finally, the staff was not that friendly and by no means did this place make me want to come back.

This branch of Dunkin Donuts always has fresh ones. We got a dozen from the new store on Lake Murray Blvd today and several were stale. Looks like we will go back to the one on Broad River Rd. if we want ones worth eating.

Great Coffee! The Dunkin Donuts Box O Joe with a dozen of donuts- the set back, about twenty bucks! The coffee is very good, nice and smooth- doesn't seem as bitter as other popular coffee places?? IMHO~ The Box o Joe is a nice way to get coffee for the office- It's about 12 cups of coffee and it stays hot for a long time! This is a nice clean shop, the people are very nice. You can get in and out in about ten minutes and be the hero of the day in your little work world :) PS the "Box" comes with cups, lids, sugar, and cream

The first thing you notice is the lack of cleanliness. The workers don't care. The doughnuts are open to any number of airborne issues including bugs. The coffee is only decent and the iced coffee is horrible. This is after a few visits before heading into work. Trust me. Stick to Krispy Kreme when the hot and ready sign is on. In Columbia Dunkin' isn't worth touching.
