This DD location never disappoints. The staff is friendly for the most part and they always get my order right. I only go to this location as the Devine location always seems to be slow and mess up my order.

We came here a week or two ago to get some breakfast after my doctor's visit. I ordered a chicken biscuit with some hashbrowns on the side and my mom bought a box of donuts for us to share. Our cashier was named Jerry, and he made our visit even better. He was extremely charismatic and fun throughout our entire order. If you want great service, ask for this guy! Anyway, we sat down with our meal and got started. The hashbrowns were surprisingly good, with spice and herbs flavors to them. The biscuit was nice and hot with some fantastic fall-apart chicken. The only reason I'm subtracting a star is because I was in the mood for soda that morning instead of coffee, and they didn't have a soda machine, only a fridge with bottles of drink. Otherwise, this place is great!

I have given this Dunkin donuts numerous chances and every time they somehow screw up my order. The store is not run well at all and needs some sort of management overhaul. I have to repeat my order 3-4 times before I even give the cashier my money. Look at the process and then I might return

Coffee is constantly made wrong... the Customer Service through the drive thru is horrendous! Sometimes they act like you are never there. We have complained in person to the manager, complained to corporate when that didn't change anything, now, after this past visit... We realize somethings can not change... So a different location may be better at a simple coffee order and service with a smile.

I love DD coffee! However, this location has a few employees that need customer service training. I go there often and most times I can't understand the drive thru bc they talk muffled and act like I'm a nuisance. Since the DD has opened on millwood I choose to drive the extra 7 min for their respectful and great customer service.

I read the negative reviews but took my family anyways because we wanted a sweet morning treat and I'm pleased to say we had a good time. Service was great and the biscuits and doughnuts were fresh and yummy. Maybe management/employees have changed. Really liked the free doughnut holes they handed us as we came up to the register to order. The store was busy but the workers were attentive and professional. Biscuits are warm with a buttery flavor. Pumpkin muffin is outstanding and pairs well with a hot beverage or milk. Doughnuts have right amount of sweetness unlike Krispy Kreme which I find overly sweetly (but enjoy). One server forgot to include an extra biscuit I ordered and when I brought it to her attention she profusely apologized and quickly went to work on getting me another.

I visit this location every Sunday morning, I order the same thing all the time. Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, they were out of the pre packaged cream cheese so they had to put it on the bagel. When I opened it, I had hair on the bagel. I had to take my baby out of the car to go in because of that... When back the following Sunday ordered the same thing, this time plain bagel had cheese on it. Again had to take my son out of the car.. I will never go back to this location, not only is the food bad so is the customer service.
