Your choice at Yoshi's is pretty much Hibachi or Teriyaki-style meat or shrimp with either rice or stir-fry noodles. With chicken, steak, vegetables, shrimp and pork, there are lots of combinations. Teriyaki is sweeter; hibachi is more soy-based. Most dishes come with a 4-oz container of "shrimp sauce" which tastes very much like thousand island dressing. They also come with sweet carrots. There are a couple of specials that look mildly interesting. Flavors and cooking are average, and made pretty neutral for this small town setting. Vegetables in the dishes were fresh. Yoshi's also serves a 16oz Bubble tea (really more like a bubble smoothie) for $3.50. You can choose from coconut, taro, strawberry, honeydew, blueberry and maybe one more. The "bubbles" of course take a few minutes to thaw before serving, so you'll have to wait for your shake. Prices for menu items are very reasonable.
