Good friendly service, nice clean, well lit space with plenty of seating. Grilled chicken salad has a bit too much cheese and dressing for my taste. Substantial helpings.

McAlister's Deli is a tasty, cheap lunch. It's a chain restaurant, so you know what to expect, but they do a good job of catering to different groups. They have plenty of vegetarian options and combinations, as well as the Pick 2. They also have a vegetarian chili, which I haven't seen at any other deli. You can eat healthily here, or not- it's all up to you. McAlister's is known for the sweet tea, and one of my bosses at work loves it. You can actually buy gallons of the tea. If you sign up for their email list, they send you a coupon for $5 off for 2 weeks around your birthday, too. I have to take off some stars for slow service. I went in today and ordered a veggie club and side of macaroni and cheese (again, cool items I haven't seen at similar restaurants). I had time to clean out my purse and go to the bathroom while waiting on my food, then still had to wait longer. McAlister's is tasty, but if you are crunched on time, it may not be for you.

McAlister's is a chain and their food tastes like it. Their salads and their potatoes are delicious, but their sandwiches lack fillings (meat, cheese, toppings). They are not very full and they are always soggy if they are a panini. They lack flavor, too. The service is always top notch, though. That is why I give them three stars, otherwise I'd give them a two.

I love Mcalisters!! It had such a wide array of delicious options I feel overwhelmed when I'm at the counter. They are fast and friendly and always wrap up your food securely so there is never any spills on the way home. My favorite is the California Reuben and their ice teas are ah-mazing! Their spuds are HUGE ... Enough for two meals. If you are feeling really sassy you should get a cookie...softest ones you can get for a buck!

Food is good, tea is great. Saturdays and Sundays kid eat "For Free". Great place for family to eat cheap. Always clean and staff is friendly!

Tried this place again hoping for the best. The loaded nachos were not very good. The chips were a bit stale and I didn't think they were worth the price. Great tea though, and nice staff. Just not worth the money in my opinion.

Disclaimer I am a McAlister's fan. It is one of my go to places for food. Can't say I go once a week as more like once a month. If you haven't been to McAlister's you must give it a try. They have great sandwiches and you can always do combo choices too. I haven't found someone who hasn't found a sandwich or combo (soup, 1/2 sand., salad, stuffed potato) to love there. This I visited during the lunch hour and even though there was a decent line they had quick and prompt service.

I've been here three or four times now and I would have given it a 4 out of 5 except for the last visit. I and some co-workers arrived and it took awhile to get the food. When we did get it, the baked potatoes did not seem well cooked, and a friend remarked that his wrap was more fit for a rabbit than a carnivore. However, most times this is a good place to get a quick sandwich and unsweet tea (I know southerners, say what you will). The staff is always friendly and attentive and seems to understand that people there for lunch probably want to get in and out and back to work.

Service was slow and the employees are loud.., but the food was pretty good . and the price was okay to. The salad was fresh n the soup was hot. They give you good portion so I took desert to go! Try it

It has been forever since I was last at a McAlister's Deli. In fact, I think it may have been at least 7 yrs since I last set foot in one. Maybe 7 is truly a lucky number because my numerous visits here have been nothing but great. Food - This is an excellent place for a sandwich or a salad (they do offer soups here, but I have never tried them). In my many recent visits I have had numerous variations of the grilled chicken sandwich, all of which have been good. But of these I think the basic Grilled Chicken (chicken breast, lettuce, tomatoes, Swiss, honey mustard on a toasted croissant) is the tastiest of the bunch. McAlister's has even surprised me with the quality and flavor of something I thought would be "blah" turning out to be pretty good. Case in point...The Veggie sandwich. It was so good I barely realized the absence of meat!! Service - On my visits, the service here is always on point. Everyone is smiling and friendly, which makes for a great atmosphere. Overall - Great food, great service, and large refillable ice teas have me coming back again and again. Tip - If you like iced tea, while here grab their ice tea punch card and before you know it...free tea!!

I give this restaurant a 2 mostly because it a light lunch chain business. It's pretty lack luster. However, I have been coming here since college. 4 or more years now. I stick with the Italian sandwich and clubs. I leave full. But this is just a deli. Don't expect a lot. You can have soup and salad here. Pretty lame interior. I usually come for a late lunch. And leave with leftovers. If you like an Italian sandwich I am pretty faithful to theirs.

Ehh, this is a decent lunch stop, but nothing special. I had half a Muffaletta (the whole is massive) and it was pretty good, but it wasn't warm on the inside, and the tapenade was made with mostly whole green olives, rather than the diced oil cured black olives I'm used to on these types of sandwiches. It was pretty good, but again, nothing special. I'll go back when my coworkers want to go there for lunch, but I won't go of my own volition.

Went here on a recommendation. Service was good and food was alright. I felt their menu was a bit limited. It's like Panera Bread or other delis, but not quite as good. I'd go here if you just want a different deli at reasonable prices.

McAlister's has a HUGE menu!!! They have so much to offer it's great, especially now that they have their choose 2 menu it makes things even better and allows for more variation. This place gets crazy busy real quick but the workers are great about making sure you are able to get in and out if necessary. Always have great service when I am! & Sunday's are kids eat free day which is great deal. Great low key family place and all kinds of different food to offer.

The place is clean and for a deli, the menu is the same. McAlister's has all the basic deli favorites on its menu, though they are select. I ordered a French Dip sandwich w/ potato salad side. The French dip could have been slightly better...but it was not bad. The bun was fresh, but could have added a little bite to the dish were it lightly toasted. The meat was nicely cooked, but a tad salty for me. The au jus was perfect! Prices were not overinflated for the amount of food and tea served. Overall it's a nice little place to grab some lunch or a quick bite without spending a fortune. Staff was friendly.

I had the turkey melt with a side of macaroni and sweet tea. Pretty decent food.
