WORST McDonald's around. From the person in the drive through with her nails SO long that she cannot get the orders right and has to ask 4 times what the order is on a very simple order, to the person who delivers your food KNOWING that she didn't get your order right. Please...Get it together! Very frustrating!!

Horrible service. Girl behind cash register had her left arm slung over cash register & only greeted us with a sullen stare, no words. We told her what we wanted & she then asked if it was here or to go. She told us how much, took our money & then looked the other way for our dismissal. What appeared to be management based on her shirt served our food in a to go bag. We told her it was for here & she turned around and pulled it from the bag, put it on a tray & slid it to us with the same attitude as the cashier. They were not even busy. Southern hospitality? I think not. Never seen staff so miserable & I am at McDonald's back home daily & they are always packed inside &; drive thru. This McDonald's was horrible. Wish we had not wasted time there.

If I could rate zero stars I would....worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to in my life. Waited 25minutes in the drive thru. We would have gone somewhere else if it weren't so late and other places were actually open. We waited 10mins based on our receipt, just to go from the pay window to the window to get our food. The girl at the main window was clueless. We even witnessed her take a sip of a drink before putting it by the other drinks to be handed out. I could not believe it! She kept saying our order wasn't showing up on the screen and how she couldn't find our order. We told her multiple times what we had...even showed her our receipt. She couldn't even get our drink order right. We only had two drinks! The manager finally came up after about 10mins of this girl trying to figure out where our order was. During all of this the girls phone rang and she told the manager she was going to have to take the call. All while there's an issue with our order! Turns out our food was sitting right in front of her the whole time. Horrible experience! And after all of that, the food was yuck!

I wanted this to be my go to place for coffee in the morning side it is right off 26 and near my job. But after my last visit, I found a new place. The manager is an older woman a but ornery, butt that bothers me none. What did bother me is the differential treatment I received versus another patron. And as we were both spending our greenbacks, and being one of us was begging or receiving free goods/services... I tend to take such things personal! So now as I'm exiting off exit 91... I don't even look at McDonald's. I rather go somewhere my money will be appreciated, the service is quick and I get exactly what I want!

Okay we know fast food never hits a five star rating but if they had negative stars this place would get a ton! Kendra the young lady who helped us was extremely rude! I asked if we could please get our cups and she snapped " they will give them to you down there!" Then when I said something to my wife she got us our cups. The parking lot is poorly designed as well as the lobby. I over heard a guest complaining to the manager about his sons's order and an allergy he had. The manager gave an attitude! I do not frequent fast food restaurants but we were grabbing a light bite for lunch. I do know I will never return. Don't get me started on how disgusting and filthy the tables were.

F this place. The worst food restaurant I have ever been to out of my 39 years of existence on this planet. We drove 15 min for a milk shake and the damn thing was broken

See picture: Part McMuffin part charcoal! Third time for me. Worst McDonalds ever. I am torn between thinking they just don't care or that they do this on purpose! I am leaning towards the latter! Avoid this one unless you're just looking for clean restrooms!

This is for store #15778 on Columbia Ave in Chapin, SC. Let me start off by saying I love McDonalds and all of its supersize me glory. I have also frequented many across the nation with much success and appreciation. That being said the store mentioned above was the worst I have been to yet. Minute 1: The person behind the counter was too busy helping ring up an employee and flirt with him to be bothered by us lowly travelers. She hollered across the restaurant for her manager to enter her number for the meal discount, meanwhile we are still waiting to place an order (2 min have elapsed) Finally after another 30 seconds or so she decided to get our order, as we order she realizes that the previous order is still on the screen...oh whoops the aforementioned employee never paid! Chalk up another 2 min because he didn't have the $1.27 and had to scrounge up some change. 6 minutes in we place our order. I had ordered a meal and asked for my drink cup, and the girl snapped at me something about having to scan my receipt, to get the cup, to go get my own self service drink. I mean come on...really? Ok so we are at 7 minutes now , employee in front of us gets his food, while standing at the counter is another customer waiting for her food. She gives a dirty look and states she has been waiting 15 min for her order. Great we are only on minute 9. Now I could continue this narrative of what happened and how completely unorganized and portly managed this store was, but I'm afraid I just don't have any more time to waste on this McDonalds. Oh, 18 minutes from start to getting our food, and we were the only people in line. Not what I consider fast food. We will definitely be avoiding this one in particular, as it left a poor "taste" in our mouth... I am a digital marketing manager, so reputation management is a big deal to me, and a large portion of my job. I hope this review nudges you to analyze and hold accountable your current employees, and to set higher standards for everyone involved.

Awful just awful they will forget what you order and won't give it to you even though it's on the receipt

Sandwich was good. Fries were fresh and salt free as requested. All was good until the manager yelled at me when i asked for a tray. He seemed to be yelling at employees as well so it was not just the patrons.
