My son and I were out working in Camden and decided to stop in here for a bite of lunch. Everything was very good, we especially liked the pimento cheese fries. The owner, Mr. Blackmon, was very friendly and took a few minutes to speak with us. We highly recommend it if you like good sandwiches, burgers and hotdogs.

1:00 on a Friday and the seemed a little over whelmed. My wife did not enjoy her BBQ sandwich. She equated to the stuff in the frozen section at Kroger. My bun was soaked from the slaw dog and fell apart. It has potential. I may give it another try

The best find on Yelp ever! Teriyaki Chicken Sub/onion rings were delicious, as was Bacon Cheeseburger(my 13 year old son ) and Pimento Cheese Burger(husband). Fast, Friendly Service. Loved the decor. This place has been in business since 1958, and they have what it takes to be around for another 50 years.

This is by far the best hotdogs and chicken salad you will ever find. Absolutely LOVE this food and the people are fantastic as well. ;)

Friendly, clean, and quaint atmosphere! Hamburger steak was great but onion rings were very greasy. I will be going back to try chicken salad and pimento cheese that are homemade!

Glad I finally went and tried this neat little place. I had heard from a friend that the sandwiches were good and I sure wish I had gone with that instead of the salad. The salads are not the greatest choice. Iceberg, and several dots of other salad veggies. I added grilled chicken to mine since I was pretty hungry. I had no idea this salad would come with bacon and cheese(which kinda defeats having a salad in the first place). The weirdest thing were the two dill pickle spears. Maybe the ingredients should be listed or I should have been more vigilant about asking...idk. The chicken was good. The salad was meh. I do like the slightly dive atmosphere. I watched a couple of older ladies in summer seersucker making there life altering food decisions at the counter. After picking the meals up and finally getting settled, one walked to the counter for a plastic knife to cut her burger in half. A slightly frowning but friendly woman pointed to a 4 drawer plastic organizer on the end of the counter and said "Everything you need is in there." This poor lady had a time figuring out how to open the seemingly hidden drawer and with assistance from the counter worker finally got a plastic knife. She did return in minutes though asking for additional condiments. The counter lady was not happy as she pointed to the same organizer. I truly had a desire to get up and help these poor women prepare their meals before they got cold but...it was more fun to watch. To sum up, I enjoyed the people watching more than I enjoyed the salad (or the blob of dirty ketchup along the window ledge at my elbow). I think next time I might get a hot dog. Yeah. A hot dog.

A great place for lunch in Camden. Many of the locals eat here. Very friendly staff. Say hello to Allen! I recommend the grilled chicken club. Delicious!

Stopped in for lunch and such a treat! Charming place and enjoyed the food! We had hamburgers, hotdogs and the philly cheese steak sub. All of it was delicious and so glad we checked it out! Would definitely come back if we are ever in the area!

Camden is my hometown and the Little Midget is truly Camden's Gem. Delaney Blackmon, the lovely lady who owns the spot and works at the counter, makes her chili and catfish stew (VERY comforting, stick to you ribs awesome) in house regularly. All of her menu items are very reasonably priced and are always just amazing. I love that with this burger spot, everything tastes homemade and is hands down everyone's favorite lunch spot here. I usually make it a point to stop in for a hot dog, some refreshing ice cold sweet tea, and to say hello whenever I'm in town. I just LOVE this place!

Finally went here, it's well worth checking out. Prices are decent and the portions are generous. One thing, they have weird hours

Born and raised in Camden. This was one of my favorite places to go and eat as a child. Remembering the hot summer days sitting outside, my cousin and I with our families, eating a hot dog with the best chili always brings a smile to my face. Today it is still the same. No matter if it's with friends or family the food is still great and service is always with a smile.

My grandmother lived in Camden most of her life and my mom was born and grew up there. One consistently amazing place was Little Midget. I have been coming here pretty much my whole life. I think it has been owned by the same family for over sixty years. They are mostly known for their hot dogs. I am not a huge hot dog fan so I mainly left the hot dog eating to my dad, mom and grandmother. They do have a great steak sandwich that I usually eat. I got one again this week and it was as good as I remember. The fries are different now I think but are still good and crinkly. In the old days (late 80s/early 90s) they only had outdoor seating and the building was only a kitchen with a few screened windows to order through. You picked up your order and ate at a picnic table outside or took it home. Several years back they built an entire new building complete with an inside eating area. It lost its old time feel, but I do appreciate air condition. Plus the owners are the same and so is the food, so I cannot complain. Only downside is they close at six on weekdays, three on Saturdays, and are closed on Sundays. If you are driving through South Carolina on I-20, get off at exit 98 and check this place out, you will not be disappointed!

Another one of my weekly lunch places. Drive-in type food, plenty of it and quite tasty to boot. They only take cash and they close early. There is a drive thru if you pull up to the right side of the building.
