Nestled in a small plaza, the inside is quite roomy and welcoming. The hostess was very warm and friendly talking to us as she walked us to our table. We dined as a table of 8 and all the food looked fantastic! After taking our order, the waiter brought out bread and butter as well as pita and humus. We all got the 3 course early bird meal and it didn't disappoint. The first course of salads and soups tasted fresh and light. My entrée of almond flounder was amazing and the prime rib at the table looked absolutely mouth watering. Topping it all off was some delicious apple pie. The apples were harder than expected, but that didn't detract from the sweet ending to a great meal. For the price of the early bird menu, this is a steal. Will definitely be back here next year when we make out annual trip down south!

The food here is delicious and high quality. Our server, Graham, was wonderful. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The decor is also very charming. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Came up for the weekend from Gainesville, Fl for the Seafood festival. Has to be right at the top of eating experiences I've had.

What a great time we had. Service was outstanding, food was delicious, owner and chef stopped by the table to chat. It was truly a great place to spend the evening. Prime rib was the best I've ever had. Make sure to get the bananas foster dessert.

Waiter was arrogant slow with an attitude, food was excellent and hostess was superior. When this server is taught the importance of a customer one or two stars could be added. People are to be served from left not across the table in front of the face of other diners and B/S lets food get cold tipping should be with held then the message will be clear, even if this is owner.

While visiting Hilton Head this fall, we found that Siglers's was featuring an Octoberfest menu so we had to give it a try. From the outside, it looks like a small non-assuming strip mall place but walk inside to a warm welcome and charming old-world decor. Service is outstanding (thanks Lea!) and the food was really good. Two of my dinner companions had the pork schnitzel and a third and the German "sampler" with rotisserie chicken, pork, two types of sausages, spatzel and red cabbage. Since so much food was being ordered, I had a Manhattan style seafood chowder and a grilled romaine summer salad. Everyone raved about there food. The best was still to come, however. We ordered two desserts, a banana foster bread pudding with fresh fruit and home made vanilla ice cream and the best ice cream, black walnut, that I have ever had. That is high praise from a girl from Wisconsin! (They offered at least 4 favors of ice cream.) Siglers is certainly worth the trip.

I rarely if ever give 5 stars to a place but this location has everything packed into it. Its located in a little business park behind a Sonic's and KFC, but don't let that fool you. Once you go inside, you know you're in a really nice place even though you may feel underdressed for it. But don't worry about it, the hostess (I believe to be the wife of the chef) makes you feel like you're at their home. She is just so sweet. This was the first place my husband and I dined at when we moved here from the west coast. Luckily, we were in time to make it for their early dinner menu. For about $17 for the each of us, we get an appetizer, main course, and dessert. The menu is the same is posted on their website, but everything on there still makes my tummy very happy every time we go. You cannot go wrong for the price. I love their soups the most. The desserts are usually different as the chef makes them daily. Even though we felt like the only young people there, their usual diners seem to be more senior level (with the area being more of a retirement location), I don't care. The food and service is just too wonderful to pass up. This is a great place to for locals and tourists. =)

Great German food and more. Their mussels and osso bucco are really outstanding. There is only one issue I have with this supposedly German place at October Fest, they don't know what schweinshaxe is! Terrible oversight. It is a traditional October Fest treat. Had to settle for osso busco which is similar. Otherwise great for dinner. Seniors from Sun City get special treatment.. They have a private room for groups. Service is very good, staff is knowledgeable about food, specials and beer and wine. Friendly owner greets you at the door. But don't ask her about schweinshaxe.

With the help of Yelp, and a few local friends who recommended Siglers, we decided to give it a whirl. We called ahead and made a reservation (a must on Friday nights and during their peak season.) We arrived a little earlier than our seating, so we grabbed a drink from the bar. As soon as our table was available, we were whisked to our seats. We were quickly greeted by our waiter for the evening, Darryl, who filled us in on any specials that they were having. (All of which sounded divine!) While I was sipping a local brew at the bar, I had spotted a plate that came out...and I knew at that second that it what I was going to order. It was the Osso Bucco...A delicious pork cut that was cooked with a glaze, and sat on top of smashed potatoes and winter vegetables. The presentation, on all of the plates that were served at our table were top notch. We had a variety of selections: Prime Rib, Bluffton Seafood Broil, Mussels and Beef Roladen. We topped of the night with the Banans Foster with bread pudding. This didn't disappoint either. Was probably the best bread pudding that I have ever had. If you are looking for a place for a great meal, and a casual atmosphere....Sigler's is your place. I can't wait to get back there in the spring to visit again.

So sad to say this place went downhill :( On my last visit we had the prixe fixe menu and the entire thing was awful - except the cheesecake which was amazing. that's why I give it 2 stars not 1. I mean, my seafood pasta was not even edible. So I am just turned off by this restaurant and probably wont go back.
