I'm not a frequenter of Wendy's, but if this one is any indication of the quality of food and service, call me a convert! The guy behind the counter was probably the happiest person I've met in a while and treated our order like he would being asked to be a king's royal jester. This Wendy's features one of those awesome new Coke soda machines with 120 options which made my day to have a DDP and my husband's to get a cherry DDP, who knew they still even made that! I had a #1 and my husband ordered off their 0.99 cent menu and got a spicy chicken and some chipotle burger. Both were delicious, but my husband wished the spicy chicken had a little more kick. Too bad it's 2.5 hours from where I live, because I think I'd consider going back...

So I have tried to give this place the benefit of doubt for too long. Today, for the 5th time, they screwed me out of my purchase by leaving items out. Yeah, I should have checked before leaving, but it was raining, kids were at home waiting, and I couldn't think they would screw up AGAIN. This doesn't even mention the fact that 2 out of 3 times, this place doesn't have baked potatoes or Frostys or menu specials. I wi now just order online from a Supreme Pizza and eat better food without the fear that my Baconator won't be sitting here without the rest of the meal. Thanks Wendys. Is it really that hard to check what you are handing out the window after TAKING MY MONEY!!! You can count the money, but not what I paid for? And these people think they deserve $15/hr?

I have been there in the past and don't think much about fast food service UNTIL it's totally ignorant. The girl at the window didn't put the cap on the drink right and it went all down my arm. No apology no nothing. The fries were beyond salted and the ketchup I asked for was no where to be found. It only takes me once to get service and food like this and I never return.

Tough visit to Wendy's. The food we ordered (burger, nuggets and a few frostys was good. But the boys ahead of us has been waiting 15 minutes for their order. The ice machine at the drive thru was broken and it seemed to be confusing the 12 employees behind the counter. They gave us the wrong frostys. They gave the woman behind us different burgers than she ordered. And they acted like the customers ordering were speaking in Greek... However we were all speaking English! We were a party of 4 and there were 10 other people in the restaurant at 5pm on a Sunday. So not crowded. The tables were filthy and there were a bunch of flies flying around the one we picked - which had seemed to be the best of the bunch. Would not go back. Harvey... Step it up and get some managers on duty.

The service here has greatly improved since the opening. I took me like 20 minutes to get my order the first couple of times. The bread would be cold and cheese wouldn't melt. Now every thing is good . They have the coke remix machine which is awesome. But newbs take forever to decide. Mike the cashier guy is super friendly, helpful and efficient. He would make killer money working at a tipping position This is the only fast good joint in Westerly that DOES NOT mess up orders

Usually, Wendy's is the best of the "burger and fries" fast food restaurants. This Wendy's food is good, but the service is spotty at best. Some employees do their job, which is all I expect, but lately I have been receiving my orders with a lot of mistakes. I just added a star based purely on the soda machine. They have one of those new Coke machines that lets you choose from over a hundred different drink options. You just select which brand of soda you want (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr.Pepper), and then you can choose from a multitude of options (regular, cherry, vanilla, orange). It's pretty amazing! Since the Taco Bell left, we have had the worst late night dining options here in Westerly. Over the summer, Wendy's dining room is open until 2AM, and their drive through is open until 3AM. Overall, the Wendy's brand is pretty good. My rating would have been higher if the service was consistent.
