We came here for Fathers Day because my dad is a wing ding obsessed nut! When we sat down I was very impressed by the amount of flavors they had for their wings. Our server was also very very nice and offered us tastings of any of the sauces before we made the commitment! About the wings... The wing crispiness was good but the sauce was lacking in the extra ummpph factor. It just needed a little more spice to push it to greatness. Maybe next time I will go with a flavor that will pack more of a punch. There is nothing wrong with this place great theme, good wings, and nice service but I was hoping for some serious kick in the pants!

Best wings period. Love this place, theme is on point and mighty music bingo is fun as hell. Tried the new amber sauce, and it is great. Good been selection as well. Can't go wrong with Boneheads!

Awesome food as always. Tried the Cajun rub on the fries, definitely recommended. Cowboys from hell still remains the best wing sauce ever created. Our server Johanna was excellent as well.

Food is great but service is horrendous. The wings are the best I've found in the area since moving here from NY but with that being said, the service is horrible. I have been to the establishment 5 times at various times during the week and weekend. The staff is un-organized, lazy, and in-efficient. I have worked in the industry many years and must say that they really need to get it together. The food might be fantastic but poor service will drive customers away.

We did not like the lemon wings. They tasted like chemicals. Ambiance was wanna-be rock 'n roll club. My husbands hamburger was good. Service was slow.

I've been waiting for Boneheads to open since September, and following their progress on their Facebook page. I missed the opening weekend, but I finally got in there last night (May 29th) for some take-out. I opted for the boneless wings with the "Shouting At the Devil" sauce, which is slightly hotter than the normal "Hot for Teacher" variety. I took the box home, opened it up and dug in. The wings were phenomenal. While I was waiting for my wings, I chatted with Matt, the owner, and took in the decor. The tables are all decorated differently and all music themed (The owners have a local cover band and just won Best of RI!) All in all this place lived up to the hype, and I'll definitely be going back. I can't wait to get back and try some of the burgers!

I have been here twice since they opened a couple weeks ago, speed of service had greatly improved by my second visit. Wings both times( I did boneless and regular) were cooked perfectly and so scrumptious... the sauce choices are so original there is definatly somthing for everyone on this menu!! I have yet to try the burgers or sandwiches( how can you with so many wing sauces to try!!) but the appitizers are different from the same old same old... mac and cheese bites with a buffalo dipping sauce?? yes please ( there were so good) The decor inside looks like the owners put alot of thought into it as other reviews said if you like music in anyway you will love the tables, walls and memorabilia it makes for a great atmosphere and the staff was freindly, smiling and seemed happy to be working which is always a plus! 5 stars all the way if you have yet to venture here you are missing out!

Food is great. I had the "hi-hat" appetizer, "Hot For teacher" wings, a "Truckin" shot and a couple tall beers. Great people, great ambiance. Awesome experience all around.

The wings that I had were okay. I definitely want to give it another shot though since everyone talks about how good they are.

Wait staff stated it would be a 40 minute wait due to how busy it was. Went back inside after 25 minutes and got put back to the back of the line because she said she called our name and we did not answer. Then, we ordered "every breath you take" flavored wings which is a mild buffalo garlic sauce. When we received our order, it was "hells bells" sauce which is one of the hottest ones they serve. Manager did take off $7 for the mix up. Overall good place to eat! Just make sure you taste the sauce before you bite the wing!

This place was AMAZING... My boyfriend and I visited on a Sunday night after traveling all day back from Maine. We simply looked up wing places on our way home and this place popped up, so we decided to check it out. It had a great feel inside, was well lit and staff was super friendly and helpful with the menu. SO many choices for wings! They had a special of two flavors of wings and bucket of bud light for $25... couldn't pass that up. We tried their award winning Wrong Side of the Road and then a classic BuffaQ... The wrong side of the road proved why it's won an award! SO flavorful and delicious. For a girl who typically loves smothering wings in Blue Cheese... these flavors were too good to tarnish no matter the temp! Highly recommend!

Great wing bar Came on a Wednesday for the wing tour, Its the best way to try as many flavors you can. Restaurant is a decent size got there around 7ish place was pretty full we had to wait about 15mins before we were seated. Its open good lighting and clean. Wing Tour Wednesday is when you get 25 wings with 5 different flavors and i cant remember the price, but its the best way to get a taste considering usally you can only mix up to 2 flavors normally which i think is kind of lame. I mean if im ordering 25 wings id like to be able to try more than 2 flavors *shrugs* continuing I went with my buddy so we both got the special i did all wet sauces while he did all dry. Now I cant remember exactly what we got but i can say it was all very good. There wasn't any of the flavors i didn't like or wouldn't order again. But i do have to say i did prefer the sauces better. The dry rubs just dried out my mouth. They were good but i just wasn't expecting that, i literally need to drink after every wing with dry rub. because of that I'd probably stick to the sauce for now on, maybe just one set dry but not much more than that. other than that i thought everything else about the place was great. definitely get there early if you can if you decide to go on wing tour wednesday by the time we left there was a decent line waiting to get in.

Not many good choices for burgers and wings in rhode island. But I have to say that boneheads has done it for me, I'm not a fan of pj's pub in cranston small wings and a smaller building especially on Mondays when it's packed for wing night. The wings at boneheads are awesome sauce my wife loves her garlic wings, I love the burgers and the cheese fries. I also have to say that the onion rings are yummy. The plus side is they have my favorite soda mountain dew. If your new to the area give it a go.

You should just get in your car and go. Today. Right now...really... Just got lunch here with my lady. General consensus seems to be that this place has the best wings and well...I agree. Here's the low down. Wings are $8 for 7 pieces, one sauce. You can get an order of 7, 14, 24 or 50, bone-in or out. You can get one sauce per 7 or 14, two sauces per 24 or 50, no sauce w/dry rubs, no sauce with any sauce you'd like at $.50 per sauce on the side. My gf got an order of three 7 piece boneless wings. Someone had said these were the best boneless wings? They ain't lyin. The boneless were awesome and my only regret is that I didn't get them. Actually my other regret was that I got the brown sugar and maple syrup (aka pour some sugar on me). It was too sweet for me, but Rachael loved them. Moving on, Rachael ordered the mild buffalo (welcome to the jungle), strawberry teriyaki (strawberry fields forever) and buffalo ranch (down on the farm). I ordered the brown sugar and medium buffalo (hard to handle). Rachael's favorite was the strawberry. And I'm just going to put this out there, idk what they put in it, but this is some of the best buffalo sauce I have ever had. And my favorite sauce was the buffalo ranch. Sooo good. I even got some to go to pour on my maple sugar wings. I am now wondering if they sell their buffalo ranch because I would buy it... Bone-in wings were super crunchy and cooked perfectly, but I enjoyed my gfs boneless better because they're not lame round stupid boneless balls. The place was very clean and rock n roll. Our waiter Tom was very attentive and it made for a joyful experience. We went for lunch on a Thursday, not crowded at all which we very much enjoyed. 5% off if you check in via yelp and I sooo used it. What a great phenomena: they don't also charge you for dipping sauces. How nice. Would have loved them to come with carrots and celery, but it doesn't. We also ordered the steak and cheese egg rolls, which come on, who doesn't want a fried steak and cheese? It came with BBQ sauce and we enjoyed them. It was about $6 for 4 pieces. Soda is $2, free refills. They also offer beer and a few specials. Overall, love this place. A tad on the pricey side, so this is more of a treat vs being a regular. There isn't a parking lot? You have to park on the street. So worth the trip. Go try this place. I'd say I'd be back if I weren't moving. But I still might go back...

Went there with my husband and son yesterday. The greeter showed us to a tall table and since it was not crowded I asked not to sit at the tall table he brought us to and he seemed annoyed but gave us a booth. When my husband went to use the restroom he walked by the guy who was apparently mimicking me not wanting to sit at a tall table. What a jerk and a bad way to run a business. We spent almost $100 there. I should be comfortable where I sit and eat. Not going there again and telling everyone I know what happened. And...hire a cleaning crew while you are at it because it is dirty in there. Too bad cuz the food was good.

Here's what I learned at Boneheads Wing Bar: Fried Mac'n'Cheese bites are a GOOD thing. No, they're not healthy -- in all likeliness, they're one of the least-healthy things I have ever eaten -- but they're scrumptious, they're fun and they're a must-have item on Bonehead's huuuuuuuuge menu. But I got a little ahead of myself. I should have first told you that Boneheads, tucked away on West Warwick far from the hustle-bustle of Providence is totally worth the trek and the track down. With a menu of rubs, sauces, combos and cuts that will any wing aficionado or lover's breath away, this place is not to be missed. Add in the frickles, a great beer list and the aforementioned mac'n'cheese bites and you're a downright fool not to go. The theme of the place is rock'n'roll -- the real stuff. Great decor and vibe all around, and an impressive incorporation on the theme into their menu. Very cute. The service was also warm and wonderful. In fact, our sweet server told us right up front that it was her first day, and aside from having to go ask what beers were on tap, I never would have known had she not told us. We got our food fast and well-paced, and were aloud to linger and chit chat for as long we wanted without being scooted out the door. In short, I love this place. I love their approach to food, that they have fun with it and that it's delicious. You can hang out here, get a great meal or just throw back a few beers with a plate of succulent wings. Well done, Boneheads. I'll be seeing you a agin very, very soon.

Haven't had a bad experience or a lousy meal yet. And you get enough for leftovers the next day. You won't be disappointed.

This is my favorite restaurant in the area. I'm always happy with the service- waitresses are very accommodating, fast and attentive. The food is AMAZING. I don't think you can go wrong with anything you order. I mean anything. My boyfriends favorite wing sauce is dazed and confused- which is an excellent flavor. Some of mine include: breakfast at Tiffany's (maple bacon), smells like teen spirit (balsamic and honey mustardy type flavor), holy smokes (smoky BBQ + bacon), sweet child o mine (sweet Thai chili), and little red corvette (cherry BBQ). (And I'm rather certain I've forgotten a couple). Fries with Mac and cheese dry rub are absolutely addicting as well as pulled pork nachos! We go here probably once a week. Thursdays they have live music and trivia! Love boneheads! Keep up the good work and those new sauces coming!

I love to atmosphere and the decor of this restaurant. the staff are super friendly and the prices are fare. the only downside is that if you go during a busy time you may have to wait a while to be seated, but the wait is worth it. trust!
