Came for the free breakfast which was great since I'm hungry lol. I have come here a couple times and always had a good experience. This building has had multiple restaurants here that never lasted but so far I think this place has done well. Great customer service my only downside is frozen butter but overall it's good food.

This place reminds me of a Panera Bread. It's fresh and quick. I like that they open later than Panera Bread on Sunday nights. I tried the Vietnamese style sandwich and tuna on wheat and they are delectable.

Two words for this place: Not Impressed! Had a disappointing experience today. Ordered two salads with grilled chicken. The woman confirmed my order when handing me the to-go bag. Got all the way back to work to find out the salads didn't have chicken. Back I went and returned the goods. They told me the chicken was under the croutons. Lo and behold...no dice! No chicken as suspected! The preparer argued with the girl behind the counter for a few seconds in front of me as she too indicated it was under the croutons. Her hands went into the salad to inspect (with gloves) but still a turn off. They finally put a couple of containers of chicken in my bag and sent me on my way. Talk about customer service. Nothing for my inconvenience just a "have a nice day". Well "have a nice day" to you. I won't be returning.

Not too shabby! The Asian Pulled pork sandwich I grabbed was oozing with delightful sauce. The downside to the sandwich was the roll it sat upon. It was simply too flimsy for the mound of meat and sauce that was put onto it. It left a horrible mess on my shirt as I was eating it. I love how they have unsweetened ice tea up for the taking if you order a tea, and the hibiscus lemonade was really good too-- ( I technically wasn't supposed to have, but I tried it anyway. Honor system? pfftt... ) My only complaint about this place was that when you order a sandwich it comes with the option of carrot sticks or chips. They don't however ask you what you want, instead if you don't say something to them they automatically assume you want chips. Now, why would I want potato chips when my sandwich is too heavy as is? Oh well. The girl working the register seemed to try her hardest not to smile. Least the food was good, and the girl who brought it out to me was pleasant.

So the location on bald hill is great. the shop is really nice on the inside. I found the service to be friendly. it is not really a 'bakery' in the Rhode Island fashion. it does have some baked goods that are very tasty. The prices though are a bit on the high side as mentioned. Their main focus is on sandwiches and salads. we did not try them on this trip, mainly because of the price tags. All of that being said, they are new a deserve a try.

This was so good. My second visit in one weekend. First one was at Garden City location, where I got the farmers scrambler.Second one was here where my sister got a scrambler, all the while moaning over its' deliciosity. This time I had the yummy oatmeal with raisins, almonds, cranberries, walnuts and brown sugar. It comes with a crisp on the side that is wonderful. The coffee is perfect! Big props to Crystal, a staff person, who was so accommodating and pleasant. I am a definite fan!!

Very Panera like but a bit more upscale. The bagel was the best I ever had. Very delicious. It had a nice crunch on the outside but soft on the inside. I never had a bagel with the hint baking soda at the end. Very tasty. Coffee is great too.

My wife has fond memories of Corner Bakery Cafe from living in Washington, DC, but when you don't have such a wonderful man in your life sometimes you find joy in the most dismal of places -- The Corner Bakery Cafe is clearly one such misstep. This place is a total bummer. The food was flavourless, the service was almost too efficient and provided by people far too keen to be working at this cafe. "Just greet people extra special today, Diane, and maybe you won't have dismember and eat your beloved cats," said the many voices in Diane's head. To be fair, the sandwich was edible, and the chicken soup was OK, but just the whole vibe, lack of charm, and general mediocrity makes me wish this place was still a multi-ethnic burrito restaurant.

This is a nice little lunch spot in the middle of all the Bald Hill Road craziness. It's very similar of course to Panera in terms of quality and price. You order at the counter and receive a number to identify the table when they bring out the food. There is a lot of variety in the menu that consists of salads, sandwiches, soups and pastas. You can pick 2 items for a combo. I liked the fact that they have the salads available in 2 sizes and they list the calories right on the menu so you can make a healthier choice. We ordered a salad, sandwich and a couple kids meals. Here the kids meals come with cookies. Personally, I prefer Panera's kids meals which come with yogurt and apple with the option to add on a cookie. The food was good. My salad was fresh and my husband enjoyed his sandwich. What made it a 4 star experience for me was the service. When we got the food there was a mistake. My younger son received a full size order of Mac and Cheese, not the kids meal with a cookie. Of course this was a problem because his older brother had received a cookie. I was certain that I had been clear when we ordered and the kids were standing with me. When I explained it to the server she said she'd take care of it. A couple minutes later she came back with a refund and the cookie plus an extra for the trouble. Nice! This little cafe is probably a solid 3 stars but I added on an extra due to the service received.

Much like Panera bread, but a lot better! Service is lot more friendly, the panini and pasta were delicious and the portion was decent too. What I liked the most was the self drink bar that had variety of different drinks. The hibiscus lemonade was sooooo good. Very refreshing and tasty. I wouldn't call it a bakery though. Just a few baked goods were displayed but didn't look that appetizing.

This place is kinda like Panera. Sandwiches are tasty....but are very small for the prices they charge....I can think of a lot of other sandwich shops that have bigger sandwiches for the same price....don't think I'll be going back

Despite the hair in my orange carrot ginger smoothie, I am giving this place a 3 for their pretzel sandwhich. It was delicious. Their pickles are very good, too. I really loved the smoothie until I saw the hair. Too bad, because now I will never be able to have one from there.

I decided to try this place out for breakfast. Ordered a bacon & egg sandwich and ended up with a spinach avocado egg sandwich which according to the manager was supposed to have bacon on it. Then after calling to complain about that big fail I tasted the oatmeal that was an add on for $1. It was supposed to be steal cut oats and brown sugar. It tasted like a salty hot mess. Supposed to get a $5 gift card in the mail for my trouble. Not sure I even want to take another chance on this place after this experience.

I have been a few times at this location. Here are the positives. The staff has been professional and attentive. The restroom and dining room has been very clean each time. The prices are fine for the food offerings. Although this is a counter service restaurant, food which takes time to be prepared is brought to your table so you don't have to listen for your name or stand waiting for the item. Now the negatives. Although this is a bakery to me the muffins and coffee cake taste very processed. The American Scrambler which I had last time was a disappointment. The eggs were bland, the bacon not crisp enough and the side fruit cup a bit mushy. The coffee has been good each time except for this morning. Both the Cafe blend and the Hazelnut Creme were extremely bitter ( which lowered my ratings from 3 stars to 2)I didn't finish my second cup. In fact, I brought the half filled cup to the clerk who apologized and stated he would tell someone. I was hoping new coffee would be brought out or a refund be offered but I did not want to press the issue. The lunch and dinner items look good and may be better than what I have had there. Just one caution, while parking is plentiful in the morning in the afternoon the lot may get crowed as Corner Bakery shares (or their lot is adjacent) with both Olive Garden and Smokey Bones.

I gave the Corner Bakery 4 stars instead of 5 since it is obviously not a five star restaurant. However, it is really good food. I only ate there for breakfast, so I don't know about their other food, but I had some of the best pancakes of my life (and I know pancakes!). Their all day breakfast was far superior to Panera's breakfast and with a lot more variety. I will definitely be back for more!

Went to Corner Bakery and Cafe for the first time last week. The choices were good, the wait staff very helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was OK. I like the numerous combo options on the menu and the portions are very generous. It seems to be a great place to go for a casual lunch with friends.

My experience dining at The Corner Bakery Cafe in Warwick was a positive one. I was greeted by a friendly host who directed me to the ordering counter where I viewed delectable pastries. I however was there to try their breakfast and did not indulge in the high calories! The ambiance in the cafe is quite lovely and more peaceful and open than other similar venues. My order was taken and delivered to my outside table within a reasonable amount of time. Their pancakes were light and fluffy. The scrambled eggs were a bit heavy and were not warm enough for me. My dining partner enjoyed the same breakfast and seemed to like the coffee as well. I would definitely return to try lunch and a sweet goodie to share, of course!!

I was so surprised to see The Corner Bakery in Warwick. This chain is typically found in Virginia, DC, and Maryland. This is a nice little chain. The restaurant had plenty of seating and is kept clean. Staff are nice and friendly. My go to item is th e chicken pomadori panini and lemonade. Both are extremely tasty. My only complaint is the service was a bit slower than anticipated, but I also came at a strange hour.

The most straight-forward way to describe The Corner Bakery Cafe, is to compare it to something you already have been to: Panera Bread. The menu offerings are similar, the prices are similar, and the taste of the food is similar. However, I usually struggle to find a table at a Panera, which was not the case here. The food is also brought to your table so you don't need to wait by the counter. The noise level is preferable here as well. If I was in the mood for a Panera-like experience and was on Bald Hill Road, I would likely come here versus the Panera further down the road.

I love when new places open! Corner Bakery is almost a Panera Bread/Cosi hybrid, but dare I say...better. Like, much better. Similar to most fast-casual dining restaurants, you find yourself walking up to a counter to place your order. The menu is pretty extensive, and really has a great variety that's sure to please almost anyone who walks in. Couple that with the "Under 600 calories" combo list, it's very easy to pick a meal option that's super tasty and not terrible for you! Once your order is placed, you sit and the food is brought to you by one of the servers. I had no expectations other than what I'd typically expect from a Panera, but boy was I wrong. The California Grille on Harvest Bread panini was nothing short of delicious, with fresh tasting grilled veggies and amazing pesto to boot. The bread....oh the bread! Amazing. Possibly my favorite part (aside from the ample seating) was that the restaurant takes your plates from your table. Certainly a nice perk from the standard "clean up after yourself" model most of these restaurants have. CBC is A-OK in my book!

I'm giving it four stars. It fixes all the problems I seem to have with a panera bread style "Bistro" in general. You leave your plates in place. They send out your food via waitserver. The waitserver checks on you. The prices are reasonable. However the food which is pretty good just seems very pre packaged and corporate. Sadly this is why it only received 4 stars. The staff and management were great and service was pretty quick. I will return here and there. However it wil never make the elite eat and study spot.

I dunno, I enjoyed the salad but there's not much room to maneuver so after I ordered I felt like I was blocking the staff and others waiting for their order. I know I'm 6'5" but come on, you could have designed the front a little better. They have an interesting menu of salads and sandwiches and I was hoping that this would be a new "go to" spot for me as I work just down the road, but eh, I wasn't wowed so I dunno if I'll be back anytime soon. Maybe I should have just wrote "you could do better, you could do worse" for this review.

Staff here are professional and efficient. Delivery of your order is very refined and not rushed unlike Panera.

There was a hair in my egg scramble!!! Definitely ruined my appetite. Not coming back!! I see another review also reported a hair problem so clearly this is a systemic issue.
