I used to be a regular. They even knew my first name. Went down hill with their new staff that work in the evening hours. Left on hold for more than 10 mins 2 times. Received wrong sandwich/messed up order numerous times. Calling in an order is supposed to move things along... not anymore. Sooo disappointed. Not going back!!

I have been a jersey mikes sub lover for year now. I love the crew here, I have never had a problem but since new ownership it made me bring the 5 star I would have gave it to a 3. The new owner does not do delivery which kills me. When I heard that they would deliver but only for a large order, I dunno wtf but hey I'm gonna have to deal with it. When ever I go I usually get the number 13, the cancro special or turkey with bacon. Be sure to become a jersey mike subs card holder for points that add up to free subs, a bday sub and also sign up online for discounts.

Not a bad place, but nothing to rave about either. Pros: really tasty meats. Had the Italian and you could taste all the meats. Definitely not bland like some chains. Staff seemed nice, and there was more seating than most sun shops. Cons: portions. I got the regular, and items the same size as a 6" sub from a rival chain sub shop up the road. I know because my dining companion got a sub from said chain and we put them side by side. For that along with a 22 oz. drink and chips I paid $12 and change. If I'm paying that much, I should get a footling sub especially from a chain restaurant. Not impressed, but the sandwich tastes good.

Jersey Mike's: Always fresh and tasty, always good service although a bit slower during lunch and dinner times, but always created to your whim. Their daily specials are really great deals! And, when you are part of the Jersey Mike's Subs Email Club, you will be rewarded with a free sub & drink coupon valid for your birthday. It does not get any better than this!

I'm not sure why I haven't stopped here before - I have been in every other shop in this odd little strip mall in the center of Apponaug. Just thinking now, if I were willing to sleep in my car, I could have all of my needs met just shopping here - the liquor store, coffee, sandwiches - and a nail set. What more do I need? After coming in here for a bite, I realize I really don't need to go anywhere else when I am craving a sub. Our drawn out kitchen renovation has resulted in me searching out good take out joints - all the better if they are within a mile of my home. I had zero expectations when walking in here which is maybe why I was so tickled pink when the fellow behind the counter started slicing my meats to order for my italian sub. I order a "mini" and glad I didn't go for the regular. It was close to a foot long and brimming with tasty sliced goodness. A good selection of custom toppings, crusty-on-the-outside-soft-on-the-inside bread, and dressing made this italian sub a freaking masterpiece. They use FRESH shredded lettuce which I feel is a must for a great italian sub. The taste? A symphony of high fat goodness on crisp bread with just enough dressing tang to get the party started. All this for just over $5? Makes it tastes even better when it's a bargain, right? I got my husband a chicken parm grinder. This was not a skimpy frozen quasi-chicken creation, but a real-deal tender chicken cutlet with just the right crispness, cheese and sauce. A stingy shared bite was all I got, but enough to affirm that he got a winner, too. A goodly size regular satisfied my man - even slowing him down with the last couple of bites. A $6 slam dunk . I took our sandwiches home, but there is ample table seating in here. The off-street parking is shared by two other stores and can get short. I came here late night and had no problem finding a spot. If you head over here during peak time, there is additional parking right behind the store. Only downside is getting in and out of this little shopping center located smack in the middle of the Appponaug rotary. That details shaves off a star for lack of convenience. But with multiple entry/exit points to get in here, I definitely think the small amount of aggravation is worth the reward of a great sub at this place.

I stopped in tonight for a quick bite to eat, as it was convenient. I have been here several times before, but for some reason I always forget about this place. In my opinion, it is better than a Subway or D'angelos. I like the fact that the meats are not just sitting out in a container (I always wonder how long they've been sitting there collecting bacteria). Instead, it is more "deli" style, so whatever meat that will be used in your sandwich is sliced upon ordering. I really like that I can see the employees preparing the food right in front of you in their ample work space that is always impeccably clean! The regular size subs are about 6 inches and the large is around 12. Prices are comparable to Subway.

This is my second time eating here and it was a good experience. The Italian sub is definately worth while - watch out if you order a large as it is HUGE! The service was a little weak on both visits, you order and pick-up your food at the counter and they seem to have a hard time keeping things flowing. Most importantly, the bathrooms were clean, yeahhh!
