I gotta say this place is a hidden gem! Hercules (owner's name) makes the best grinders I have ever had in my entire life. Anyone who is a fan of Italian grinders NEEDS to go here!!! This is what you call a true diamond in the rough.

This is my favorite pizza place! It's not noticeable on the outside and seems lackluster- but once you find this diamond-in-the-rough you'll keep coming back! Great pizza, delicious subs, love the spinach pies. You really can't go wrong and prices very reasonable. This place is low-key. Great for takeout but there are a couple booths and a counter for dining in. I find myself driving out of my way to get my fix!

I've lived in Warwick over 20 years and George's Pizza has consistently delivered the best pizza, salads, grinders and buffalo chicken wings around. Male yourself a meat lovers or a veggie or any other classic style pizza! The cold grinders are stuffed and the hot meatballs and the steak and cheese are superb! antipasto salads, spinach pies and so much more! Just be sure to bring cash, no credit cards, keeps his prices very reasonable! Never had a bad bite of anything there. Mostly take out, and has a counter with swivel stools and a wall of booths. Quiet and very clean.

Love George's! BEST SPINACH PIE IN RI! Yes, THE BEST. I've only had one other thing being their steak sandwich.. Not bad, meat was a little fatty but overall good. George and his wife are warm and friendly and always remember you by name, love that personal touch.

I have tried this spot a few times while at my in law's but I have mixed experiences to report. I Love LOVE his spinach pie, absolutely amazing! But the cheese pizza, way to cheesy - I like the crust but I am chewing cheese for 5 minutes after each bite! I like the fact that the people who run the place are old-world greek and the crust is great but less is more- I don't expect a pound of mozzarella on my pie. I think I will have to try their Italian next, I mean it does say "hot oven grinders" on the sign and we are running out of old-school joints like this. Cash only BTW
