My first experience was not one you would expect from the owner. She was rude because I asked for a menu just to see what was on it and wasn't ordering food. Was just there for a cocktail after dinner. She gave another customer a hard time because he wanted a coke and not a beer. The second time I went I wasn't crazy about my chicken sandwich but my husband liked his turkey club. I think he was more thrilled with the size of the club sandwich. The third and last time I went I called in a order, two salads. A chicken Ceasars (no dressing was on the salad or put in the bag)which my son who would eat anything spit the chicken out because it was so dry and taste like nothing. Those were his words. I ordered a steak tips on a toss salad..the steak was all fat and the salad was a toss salad. It was discusting. It wouldn't have bothered me to throw it out if I didn't pay 28$ for the the salads. They charge $8.50 for a toss salad witch consist of lettuce tomatoes, cucumbers and black olives. I live 2 blocks away and wouldn't step foot in that place again. The only good thing was the young girl working was a sweetheart. The owner...she needs a lot of work!

The wings were really hot and cooked well done just the way I like! The bartender was very nice and attentive to her guests. She had a very difficult customer but she handled him very professionally. I gave her allot of credit! The bar is clean bright and has a very warm rustic feel to it. I have a new place to hang out. The burgers looked really good. I'll try that next!

Let me start by saying this place has a lot of potential. They just don't have it together. The drinks and appetizer were good. The dinner meals were just so-so. I had fish and chips and it was very greasy and the fish seemed like it was frozen and then fried. I like it fresh, especially on Friday. Also tried the Portuguese steak, just so-so. Service was friendly, but very inexperienced. Took a long time to get our food and the place was not that busy. Place is also lacking decor. We were seated in a small side room. There were 2 tv's on the wall and that's it. No pictures on the wall's and the tables were just plain too, salt pepper and ketchup. I hope it gets better so I can leave a better review. I don't like leaving just 2 stars, but that's where they are at this point. Hope it gets better. I would go back for a drink at the bar but that's about it.

I've been here a few times since it has opened and I've been very pleased every time. The food is surprisingly good for a sports bar and the burgers are outstanding; in the top 3 I've ever had. The service has been good, if a bit slow, but not annoyingly so. The draft selection is good and the atmosphere is what you'd expect for a sports bar with a rustic look. Free wifi is a nice bonus for watching the game, especially if you're into fantasy sports. The staff was always friendly and pleasant. The only thing I would improve is the speed of service, but they definitely are better than the 2 star reviews suggest.

After driving the coast for a couple hours my wife and I stumbled across Wally's Tap House on Sunday 7/1. It looked inviting from the outside and just our style for a casual meal and a couple beers. Our impression was quickly changed after observing the expressions of the other customers both at the bar and in the bar area. The restaurant was not busy yet the bartender/server seemed disheveled, stressed and only concerned about when her shift was ending. We were finally acknowledged and asked what we wanted after a long period of siting at the bar again observing the frustrated expressions on several other patrons. At this point we decided to just order a couple of beers and forgo any meal. Frozen mugs and a decent selection on tap. That was the highlight of our experience there......."One and run" I didn't mind some of the quirky decorations. They had the Sox game on the TV and also had Keno. I don't know how long they've been in business but the building seemed recently built with all new equipment at the bar. I think we'd give it another shot once they get their legs under them. I think the place has a lot of potential but just needs time to find it' s stride

Went here with another couple last night. Food was delicious and came out promptly. For calling itself a "tap house" I expected that there would be more than standard beers. There was Bud, Blue Moon, Sam Adams, etc. I would have given it a higher remark if there were different beers on tap. Also, everyone around us got popcorn but our table didnt which was a little disappointing. Overall, it was good food, good service, not enough beer choices.

Wonderful atmosphere!!! Reasonably priced food, BEST burgers in RI!!! Bring your appetite though these suckers are HUGE! My fave is the veggie wrap with sweet potato fries and a glass of Pinot Grigio!!! Best meal ever!

My family and I decided to try Wallys for the first, and most likely the last time, best part? We didn't even get to try anything!! We were told if we could "find a table" our waitress would "follow us"...ok...so we sat at one of two tables that were empty in a small dining area...about 15 minutes after sitting, the same waitress that was supposed to "follow us" came up to us and said "oh...I forgot to tell you it's going to be about a 45 minute wait" I said wait for WHAT, we're already sitting! I immediately stood up and walked out. Horrible service. Inexcusable even.

we ended up at this place by chance, it was late an it was the only place around us that was open. Good selection of beer and a nice size menu. Studies and very very good and my panini was excellent. food was definitely better than expected. We may have found our new bar

We love to go to Wally's for trivia on Tuesdays. They don't really have much when it comes to vegetarian options, so I usually get the focaccia pizza which is pretty good, so no complaints there! That's not why I wrote a review though.. I know this sounds strange, but their diet coke is really good! I'm saying this only because I think that has to be a sign of a place that is clean and taken care of. Check them out, good food, fun trivia and perfect diet coke - you can't go wrong!

This place is great for a beer and appetizers and watching the game, the food portions are good but the food is just ok, I would say it's basically the quality of the food... It's poor quality frozen foods nothing localy fresh.

Went in last night for a night cap. They were obviously cleaning up and they still let us in anyways. Didn't eat, just had a couple of beers and a couple of games of bingo/keno. They were very nice to us considering they were probably irritated that two people showed up as they were about to close.

If you want to sit at the bar and get apps., this is a good place. If you want to sit and eat, good luck. The service continues on a downward slide. The food is good. Wish the service was better.

I have been here a few times and have really enjoyed myself.. I sat at the bar and had a excellent bowl of chower and burger. The bartendar was a nice guy who created a friendly atmosphere and made a great margarita!!! It was worth the trip

Great ambience. Friendly wait staff. I had a Pepperoni pizza and wasn't overly impressed. Also had the nachos which were good. All and all I would recommend checking out this place.
