I'm not no picky when it comes to fast food but this was by far the worst food I've gotten, maybe ever. These chicken tenders are literally 5 full sized breasts dipped in unseasoned breadcrumbs. No flavor at all. The sweet potato fries are soggy but I'm still going to eat them because I'm hungry and lazy. Honestly just look at the picture of the "tenders" for yourself. The delivery driver was nice though so he get's a star.

Again, I am antisocial. Again, if I find myself wanting pizza I probably shouldn't be driving or its snowing. Again, its hard to find delivery places where the drivers actually pay attention to your special instructions. I have ordered several pizzas from here and haven't been disappointed. I cannot attest to the quality of other menu items. The driver always pays attention to my notes and several times has remembered where in the yard I will be emerging from to get my order.

Why I keep ordering food from here is beyond me. I've been a customer of the convenience store for years and I have no complaints there. Just recently, I've started to order from here because it's close by. Everytime I come in there seems to be one problem or another. Usually, I have to wait an extra 15 minutes more than quoted to pick up/have my food delivered. Sometimes they forget a detail or two, but today I'm completely over Milano's. I ordered a simple sandwich and fries, waited one hour and fifteen minutes for the delivery (keep in mind I live 5 minutes up the street), paid the driver, and sat down to eat. My "hot" sandwich was cold, the bread was chewy, and of course, no French fries. I called the store to complain and they put me on hold for about 3-5 minutes. The manager then picked up and he couldn't understand a word of English. I couldn't understand him either. So, finally I said "I DIDNT GET MY FRIES." and he said "okay I'll call the driver" and hung up. I've been waiting 45 minutes for the driver to come back and at this point, he'll be lucky if I even answer the door. Update: the driver went back to the store, they made me another plate of fries, and the whole process took one hour after receiving my incorrect order. I should've received a discount, coupon or refund. At the very least, an apology for having to wait until 1:30 am to eat food that I ordered at 10:45pm.

I've ordered from here a few times and it's always blah. Recently got delivery and it took over an hour. I live less than a mile away. The pizza was cold and barely had any sauce on it so it was very dry. I also ordered sausage and I received linguicia.

Grabbed delivery from here a couple of times. The pizza is alright, it's nothing spectacular, but I'd honestly rather go to Domino's because with whatever deal they're running at the time, it winds up being cheaper. I always get the mozzarella sticks because they're generally really good. It's hard not to do that consistently and consistently tasty because they're just fried cheese sticks, but I'm easy to please there. The pizza, however, is incredibly greasy. I get through 2 slices and I really don't feel well. I almost feel sick to my stomach. It's really caked with a lot of grease for my taste. I always try out a place a couple of times before giving up on it, but I think I may just be giving up on this place. :/

Ordered from here last night. Ordered a large cheese pizza, French fries, and a "portaburger". I was completely dissatisfied and I'm never one to complain. The pizza was average, tasted exactly like papa Gino's. The French fries were soggy and cold, my burger was cold and I was lucky if there were maybe 8 pieces of mushroom stuck in the cheese on the bum. Will not be re ordering or recommending this place.

Hands down the worst customer service experience in years. First off the delivery took 30 minutes longer than I was quoted, then when the order finally did arrive the driver was extremely rude and jammed my pizzas into my hand almost dropping them, then when I open my pizzas they weren't even cut AND they were cold! That's not even half though. When I call the store to speak to the manager to let him know I wasn't satisfied I was met with a ridiculous amount of attitude and was told that he refused to believe that the pizzas weren't cut and he was coming to see them for himself because his pizza cook had "been in the business for 11 years". I was met with nothing but a combative attitude and was treated as if I was in the wrong for calling to complain. When I asked again to clarify that he WAS, in fact the manager, come to find out I was actually speaking to the OWNER!? His only defense was that he has been in business over 20 years with 6 locations so there was no way I could be telling the truth, then when addressing his terrible attitude he began shouting so I was unable to even speak. I ultimately stated I wanted a partial refund to which his exact response was "you ordered through foodler, so you need to call them. Your problem is with them." And hung up the phone. I will NEVER order from Milano's again. No customer deserves this type of treatment.

This place's food is garbagè....EXCEPT for the pizza, and I mean the freshly made one's not the single slices tht sit out all day. Mark my words you will be so disappointed, pissed off, and mind you HUNGRY after trying anything else on the menu... it's a complete waste! As for the store...it's your basic "hood" grab and go...it is what it is.

Wow. Just wow. I recently moved, and now live literally five blocks from this place. It took an hour to deliver one large pizza. I am appalled.

love the crust on this pizza...just like New York style... crusty on the bottom, thin and the top melts in your mouth. very friendly staff too. just by chance I went there and was very happy I did.

In a sea of endless Providence pizza joints (can anyone just open more eclectic restaurants in this city?), this one stands out. While it is located in a convenience store, the actual pizza itself is absolutely delicious (can't speak for any of the other food to be honest with you). The pizza however - It's got that New York taste and feel (crunchy delicious crust anyone?). Anytime I went inside to buy something at the convenience store, I always smelled the amazing aroma of brick oven pizza and refused to purchase a slice in fear that I would go against my weight watchers regimen (which is weak as it is). One day I let the devil on my shoulder win and I ate two different slices and was in awe. It was the best pizza I've had in years! Screw Weight Watchers, I'm having another slice - and SOON. I would highly recommend this pizza to anyone nearby (free delivery within 2 miles). Score!

I had such high hopes when this place opened in my neighborhood, but it has turned out to be a big disappointment. Lousy food (mostly microwaved!) and slow service have led me to continue to travel away from Elmhurst for good food... I guess its better than the eye sore that was there. They are lucky to have the college kids to keep them in business!

All I tried was a slice of cheese pizza... but it was great! I will go back for a sub sometime soon...

It's the closest pizza place to my house but it just doesn't taste all that great to me. If I'm having delivery I'll go elsewhere, but I will drop by if I'm walking my dog and suddenly get a craving for a slice of pizza.

So so happy to have this place down the block. No milk? Need an onion? Gotta get in on the megamillions? hungry for a sandwich on fresh baked bread? Dreaming of gelato? Seriously this is my family's go-to place so often, and the owners treat us like family.

Two years ago this place was great. Had awesome burgers and fries. I've actually given it a second and third chance after it changed management (used to be run by Italians, now it's middle eastern) and it was so disappointing each time. Last time I was there, a week ago, I ordered a falafel and chicken wrap. They actually included the butt of the lettuce! I was so grossed out. Their burgers aren't what they used to be either, overcooked and and just meh. Their fries remain the same and that's why I gave it two stars instead of one.

Pretty good place. The store part can be a bit skimpy, but they usually have the essentials. The deli is pretty good and has a good price.. try their "Rocky Balboa Burger".. quite tasty!
