Excellent New York style pizza!! Beer and wine. Meals and homemade desserts. A little chilly with the a/c, but it was a miserably rainy day. Definitely going back.

Wonderful hole in the wall restaurant. Pizza is a part of my life because my husbands father was a chef. We actually call ourselves pizza snobs. I was thrilled to find such great quality at long last. My faves are a chesse and pepperoni or buffalo chicken. All the other food on the menu is delicious as well, everything is super fresh. I also like that the menu is very simple and very well balanced. The service is wonderful, ask for Liz. She goes above and beyond to make your meal comfortable and relaxed. Not to mention she has a phenomenal memory and will remember you the next time she sees you! The only down side is that since it is a little hole in the wall restaurant you have to call and make a reservation always. Taking out food is a great option as well, but since it's always packed it's not a quick pick up kind of place. Food usually takes 25-30 mins, so plan ahead people! :-)

Food was very good. We had calamari, white pizza and pasta with bolognese sauce. The service however was lousy. The waitress was not attentive. She walked by our table three times and failed to notice that we were done with our meal. Another waitress ended up clearing our table. I had to put quite a bit of an effort to get her attention so we could get our check. Would we go again? Maybe not, as we can go to other places with both very good food and service.

Great Pizza This place is stone throw from my house and I'm scared. I'm trying to diet and thus is making it difficult. They serve one of the best pizzas in the state. All homemade food made with top quality ingredients. The plaza that the restaurant is in was just remodeled and they have plenty of parking. The restaurant is small and very inviting. Definitely a hidden gem. Tip: They do pizza takeout Give this place a try and support a quality locally owned business. Thanks

Just what Greenville, RI needed! What a wonderful place to enjoy a great meal. The food and service is always excellent. The staff is the friendliest, most down to earth group that you'll ever meet. Do yourself a favor and go there often.

Ordered take out a week ago and can't wait to do it again. The margherita pizza and apple salad were great. The man at the desk was very friendly, not sure if he's the owner or not. People complain about it being pricey but I'm fine with paying for fresh, local ingredients and supporting small businesses. Will definitely be back for takeout. Great addition to the area.

The menu and the space are small but the food is awesome. The Pizzas are especially fantastic!! We most recently had the Buff-A-Que Chicken Pizza and highly recommend it. We have eaten in and had take-out; both experiences were equally awesome. I was pleasantly surprised that Giuseppe's takes reservations which more than makes up for the small dining area.

Surprisingly fantastic. Really the best thin crust pizza you're going to find in this area. Standouts were the prosciutto, pear and Gorgonzola pizza, and the mushroom, balsamic onion and rosemary pizza. Margherita was great as well. Wine list is nice, although prices are a bit high and pour is a bit short. We'll definitely be back for pizza and to try some of the apps/entrees.

Tried the pizzas, they were real good. Carne pizza was loaded with meats. Prices were a little high

First time trying this place because we were given a gift certificate. The place is very small but we were able to get a table in front by the window right away. Very nice wine selection. We ordered the antipasto plate, arancina, and a Bianco pizza. The arancina was mushroom filled and topped with a cream truffle sauce. Delicious. We also had the mascarpone cheesecake to finish. Very tasty and not too heavy. The service was great and the gentleman I am assuming is the owner checked in with us a couple of times. Will definitely be going back.

Our kids had the pizza and ate all of it. I managed to get a bite before it was gone - delicious. I had the penne Regina and my wife had the scampi - both were great. Appears like a quaint little pizza place with a casual, low-key atmosphere. Food is comparable to any go-to restaurant in RI.

I ordered a take out order from Giuseppe's. I would normally eat out to Italian restaurants but the restaurant was small and narrow. Having your conversations in a whisper voice can be heard from one end to the other. Giuseppe's did do a nice job trying to make it look nice and clean inside.. I ordered a caesar salad for one, the caprese fresco, the penne regina, and a small prato pizza. My girlfriend and I decided to split everything besides the salads just so we could try as many things as possible. When we returned home we opened the bag and were pretty disappointed by the portion size for the price we were paying. For example the penne regina just for the pasta was 13 dollars. Of course I would like to add some chicken, which was an extra 5 dollars. The food itself isn't exceptional nor is it terrible. I personally would go to the numerous Italian restaurants where I can get more bang for my buck, be able to sit down and enjoy my night.

The place is just average. Pizza is not that good, its not horrible, but again not good either. For Greenville locals its probably amazing. I could name 20 better pizzas in RI if I had to. Arancini needs to come with marinara sauce. They are too big and too dry to come with the creamy mayo type sauce. Pasta dishes leave much to be desired. Shrimp are too small (punny), chicken is simmered in dish itself, leaving it flavorless. Sauces are all decent but inconsistent. Chicken Parm needs to be pounded thinner to avoid uneven chicken. The Bolognese is good, probably their best dish. Bread is fresh, the butter is great as well, however you can't get it to go. How hard is it to get plastic ramekins and fill it with butter?? With a couple tweaks this place has a chance to make some noise in the area. "Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning." - Bill Gates

Great new restaurant. More than just your traditional pizza place. Upscale Italian dishes and pizza. Great selection of wines and beer also.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
