Ok, so the only reason I'm not giving this Panera a 5 star rating is because my parked car was hit in the parking lot with a nice little dent to be found in the bumper walking out of the location. **End Rant** This is an better-than-average Panera. From the outside looking it it may look like a smaller location with inadequate signage, however when you walk in you realize just how much bigger this location happens to be. Making you way over to the counter to order I was pleasantly surprised that during the height of a busy Friday lunch hour, there was no line and plenty of staff ready to take my order. Upon completing your order they now give you a device that helps them find your table - so no more waiting to pick up food, no more straining to hear them call your name. None of that, that is all gone with this new system that you bring to your table and the wait-staff finds you! Very nice. Additionally there is ample seating both booth and table, and I felt very comfortable bringing my backpack complete with laptop and headphones to spend some serious time in the location if need be. The business is well kept and comfortable. My only gripe is that parking lot of theirs. They share this lot with other business' and it is entirely too small. Be careful where you park.

I've been going to Panera for about 10 years and I've never had a French onion served without cheese nor croutons. I would have dealt with the food, knowing that it was a Sunday afternoon at 1 (most locations are packed at this time) but not when I go to the area (where you usually pick up the food) and I see 10 employees just chatting because it's a slow afternoon and the prep area is a complete mess (floor, prep tables, containers where food is stored). As I'm writing this, the line starts getting to the usual rush that I am used to seeing. I only wonder how dirty is the prep area now.

Service is awesome! The manager is super nice and whenever there is a problem they always go above and beyond to fix it! Food here is amazing and coffee is to die for :-) Love love love this place!!!

This location doesn't even deserve a star! I have frequented this location twice within the last couple of weeks. The staff needs to be trained in sandwich preparation. First time, ordered Steak and Cheese, 1 sliver of meat and no onions, thought having a bad day. Tried it today at 1:30 and ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado - no avocado and when they wrapped the sandwich they mutilated the top pieces of bread and one piece of bacon between the two halves. The trash said YUM. Stay away don't waste your money at this location, take the drive to Warwick, atleast they are trained properly!!!

Panera is probably one of my favorite places to eat in general. I eat at this Panera at least one a month, if not twice. I like how they bring your food to your table instead of having you wait at the counter to get it yourself. I do wish there was more parking though, I always have to circle around or park in the next lot over to fund a spot. In addition, it can be a pain to get into this lot if you are trying to take a left into it. I usually have to drive by and find a place to turn around. In the end though, parking issues aside, Panera itself is always great.

We all know and love Panera. Nothing over interesting about this location. It is on a main road, so please be careful when trying to cross. It's nice to have a cafe in the area, but I must say you can get cheaper more personal service elsewhere. What I do love is the tuna on rye, and the cheddar broccolli soup, to die for!

I like Panera, a little on the pricey side but probably one of the better "fast" food places out there. Their broccoli and cheddar soup is still my favorite! Get it in a bread bowl.

I come here when I have some free time to read or if I want to get some studying in. Can't beat free WiFi and usually its not too busy or loud when I go. Yes...The food is overpriced and you do feel like you paid 10 bucks 4 a barely-there platter with chips and a water but hey Wha-chu-gonna-do!...To save a few bucks, I recommend their bagels and any of the cream cheese spread esp the honey walnut cream cheese. I know it sounds weird but i spread it on an Asiago bagel and I'm in mmm mmm heaven! I recently ordered the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and really enjoyed it. Their bakery menu has the usual suspects cookies, muffins, croissants etc. Always something good. They must be doing something right... I like em!

I stopped in to this Panera to pick up soup for a friend. She works down the street && has been under the weather. We went during lunchtime so I can understand the line we waited in. What I wasn't expecting was the attitude of our cashier. He seemed like it was a bother to have to deal with so many customers. I forgot to present my Panera card && remembered just after my transaction. I was told that it was to late and was rushed off. I'm glad I read my receipt where it clearly states that I can input the info online to be redeemed. The food was ready soon after and we were on our way. If only the customer service was better I would have rated better.

Don't go hatin' on my Panera. Yes, parking at this location is abysmal and the line situation is a problem, but the staff is so kind (every time) and the food is solidly consistent. You may already have an affinity for their iced green tea, but if you haven't tried it, it is a must.

Since I moved here a little over a month ago this place has become one of my favorite spots to grab lunch especially since it's so close to my new home. I've always had great service and today was no different. I ordered my favorite dish: Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bread bowl. Got to the area to pick it up and the guy told me they were out of bread bowls and apologized over and over and mentioned that the girl who took my order should have known that. He offered me a free half sandwich which I accepted since it would go great with my little cup of soup. As he was making the sandwich one of his coworkers found a bread bowl and he still gave me the sandwich for free. Yay lunch for tomorrow!!!

I'm a big fan of Panera Bread, but trying to get in and out of this location at lunch time is a nightmare. The tiny parking lot is shared with the Pier 1 next door and is always overflowing between noon and 2:00. The Days Inn, which also shares the parking lot with Panera, has numerous signs that say "Parking for Days Inn only. All others will be towed" which, when you inevitably need to park in their lot, leaves you panic stricken as you wait for your sandwich. The inside of the restaurant is very nice, the staff is friendly, and the food is the Panera quality that you would expect. But the parking, man... It's bad.

Wanted to try their soups but they weren't ready at that time so I went with one sandwich and one panini. Can't remember exactly which ones, since this was awhile ago, but the important thing is that they messed up both of my orders. I paid for much more expensive one but got some cheap, regular, so-so sandwiches. There was a long line so I didn't want to make fuss about it. So basically not a great experience. But maybe I will try another branch.

I went here tonight with my cousin and it was my first time trying Panera Bread. I've always wanted to try it because I'd hear how good the sandwiches were. Walking in, the menu was easily outstretched and readible with all the food split into categories. The girl who waited on us was very nice, although there were about 4 different people who treated us one by one. One person for menu orders, one person to give the drinks, then two people to give out the actual meal. Very organized. Everyone was pleasant. I really liked how they call your name when your food is ready, to which you stand under an "orange light" awaiting the food and drinks. When we sat down, the atmosphere caught my attention. The walls were colorful much like the restaurant, and the booths were decorative with flavorful designs. Hell there was even a fireplace! Touche, Panera. Also a plus was how clean this place is, there was a guy vacuuming the same area for about 5 minutes before moving on to another one. As for the food, simply delicious and fresh. I tried the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich that came with a lightly spicy chipotle sauce, tomatoes, honey smoked bacon, and chicken all neatly piled ontop of warm toasted French bread. What I also liked was that they give you a choice of either fruit, chips, or bread to go with your meal. Very impressed with my first time. Four stars!

I really want to like Panera but they desperately need some healthy options. I ordered a chicken panini and it was horrible. Served on cold bread with what looked like chicken scraps from McDonalds. When I brought to their attention, they whisked it away and made me one from an actual chicken breast. The second time was better but average and over priced at best. Please get some healthy options and fix the parking situation. I give up.

I have rarely had a good experinece in this Panera. The organization of the counter is confusing; I rarely go where they intend me to. And when I do I cant see the menu. The staff is not friendly. The manager is not helpful. I know this because they have screwed up my to go order on SEVERAL occasions. I know shame on me for giving them a 2nd chance. The food itself is as expected; although beware the sandwiches have large calorie counts.
