    I've been a customer of D'Angelo's for over 30 years at several locations. Always have gotten a good sandwich. The service has always been slow as sh1t though. I've waited over 45 minutes several times after ordering at the counter. Tonight though.... The place was busy. 5 people working (like the Keystone Cops) Customers storming out with their food after a long wait. One gentleman was getting impatient and was finally called for his sandwich. 10 minutes after, a woman was called up for her order, inwhich they "forgot" to make one of her TWO sandwiches!! As she walked out saying "just keep it!!" Another customer tried stopping her to let her take his turn to have her order completed. She was so pissed that she still left without the sandwich even though she paid for it. Then, the guy who already got his sandwich and left was called again!! So there was an abandoned sandwich (it wasn't even the ladies missing one either) Phones ringer at least 20 rings, total total confusion.. Then, my order comes up... They doubled my sandwiches, so that instead of two, I got four!! At least the entertainment was good. A rather "heavy" girl cooking did all of the customers a favor by bending over to pick up something, and by doing so, her baggy jeans came down and showed us all at least 6 inches of @ss crack!! Now in their defense, the kitchen area is way too confined and dangerous. Usually when I go during the week, the female manager witj the cool tattoos and an older woman are there. They at least have it together. Bottom line, if you want a good sandwich, they have one. If you're short on time, don't bother!!

    Wicked slow service I ordered a sandwich and a bowl of chowder took about 25 min and in the only one in line. The ppl behind the counter were talking to each other and not making the sandwich. Horrible customer service

    Placed a to go order yesterday. Ordered three sandwiches. It took an hour and a half. They forgot a sandwich and the other two were ice cold. After we called they did come out with missing sandwich but said there is nothing they could or would do about the cold sandwiches.

    There was a time when a meatball sub from D'Angelo's was a solid and tasty choice. That was about 20 years ago now. Cold bread, unmelted cheese, 2 meatballs slopped together. The meatballs themselves are respectable but some attention to overall quality would be appreciated.

    I don't know what is up with the staff at this place. They told me to hold when I called and it was legit a ten minute hold. I thought they forgot about me, I hung up and called back and waited another 5 minutes. If I wasn't placing a order for someone else I probably would of given up. I was trying to tell the girl on the phone my order, she was messing everything up when trying to repeat it back to me. I hear a soft bang and then she is gone. I am confused for a minute and then I hear her start yelling "I CANT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING THEY ARE SAYING" I looked to check my cell service and it seemed fine, I had just made a call before this one too... A man comes on and asks what the problem is. I said "I don't know, she didn't tell me anything, next thing I know she's upset and now you're taking the order" He reads back what she has down, which is totally wrong. Finally after a 20 minute ordeal I finally ordered the sandwich for the kid I was babysitting. I just tried them today, and I ordered online, I used coupons from Retail Me Not. They asked me for them and I told them they were web coupons, with online codes. They didn't seem to know what to do. The lady asked for my e-mail, and was strange when I said "oh I can write it. It's confusing" then messed it up like I knew would happen. I also walked in and 2 employees just stared at me didn't say hi or anything. They went about their business till the cashier came up. I guess the most important aspect is the food. Which is good and the servings are great. I won't buy without a coupon though, because the prices are so high. So if I have anymore issues with coupons I will probably not visit this establishment. It seems like someone else had the same problem. I'd rate food a 4 service a 2 and give them a overall 3.

    I'm always in the mood for a good sandwich. I've never had a Thanksgiving Feast sandwich until I came here....and it was the best sandwich ever!!! The bread is what made it so good. I was happily doing a little dance in my seat and narrating myself while I ate--that's how much I loved it. I only do that when I'm eating something REALLY REALLY GOOD. The cashier--I wish I caught his name--was super friendly. And also a big Batman fan. Like, hardcore comic book Batman fan. Kudos to him, I liked that. I'm traveling for work and am from Southern California. If D'Angelos is an east coast thing, I will be very sad. But you can bet your bottom dollar that I'll be eating at D'Angelos as often as possible until I leave!!

    Can't complain about the food..always good. However they get all upset if you do not present a physical coupon when you use a coupon code ordering online. Apparently they don't like giving out the current buy one sub get one free coupon.

    If you have never had a thanksgiving sandwich then I would definitely come here and try one. Who says thanksgiving only has to come once a year.
