I am never disappointed with PF Chang. Consistently great food, nice menu choices, always fresh, nice portions, and excellent service. It was a bit noisy tonight but Saturday night and a packed restaurant...to be expected I suppose. They honored my reservation even with a line out the door. We shared the chopped chicken salad & crispy honey shrimp. Great choices! Yum! Nice bar choices too.

Hostess had a major attitude which started the evening poorly. A bug was in my soda glass, the manager did comp the tables appetizers but still disappointed i also thought the food was overpriced. While tasty I didn't think the food was worth what was paid. I will not be returning to this or any other PF Changs in the near future.

What can I say? LOVE the Northern spare ribs and Dan Dan Noodles!

My girlfriend and I love pfchangs. However we waited over an hour for our food, and when it came my pad Thai had dirt in it, quite literally DIRT. I bit in and it was like having a mouthful of sand where you can hear and feel the grains. We were given a free dessert for the trouble and they were willing to replace my meal, I just didn't want to wait anymore. Edit: we just recieved a gift card from corporate pfchangs so we will give them another try.

I love Chang's but not this location. The service sucked. I waited over 35 minutes to find out from a manager, not my waiter, they had burned my entree and I waited another 5 minutes to get my food. I was alone so, it wasn't a table number issue. My waiter had no personality and was having issues with two other patron tables I was viewing, since I had nothing else to do. Avoid this location but, enjoy the others. When it came out, the food was great.

Food was nice but service was pretty slow even with a handful of guests. We ordered lettuce wraps which was pretty nice and Ma Fu Tofu which was Ok

PF Changs never disappoints and remains our favorite destination for Hanukkah and Christmas Eve meals. On today's list is Orange Peel Beef, Crispy Honey Chicken, and Salt and Pepper Prawns.

We've been to this chain spot several times in the last couple of years. Service can be a little slow at times, but we've always found the food to be exactly what we expected - which is truly a good thing. LOVE the crab won tons, but then again anything fried and bad for you has to be good, right? The kids have a ball making their own custom mixes with the vinegar, oil, and soy sauce. Good place to hit if you want good food, good ambiance, nice staff, and no surprises!

Shellfish allergy? Avoid it. They accommodate your allergy but I felt like a child ordering off a selection of 4 choices. Friends loved it but I'd rather wait in the car.

I ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken. My food was barely warm and the chicken was soggy and not crispy at all. I was also disappointed with the size of the meal. They claim to have family style meals similiar to Buca's however the portions are barely enough for one let alone a family to share. I was also unimpressed with the white rice. I expected a better quality and a larger portion of the rice as well. In my opinion most take out places have better quality, larger portions and a cheaper price tag. I'll try it once more but if I have the same experience I have to say I won't be be again.

The place was mobbed and people were being told there was an hour and 45 minute wait when we arrived. We had reservations and had to wait nearly a half hour. I had never eaten there before and now that I have I don't know what the attraction is. It was so noisy we had to shout to talk. The food was expensive and mediocre at best. And it's as far from being authentic Chinese as it can be. Everything we had was overcooked to the point of being tasteless except for the filling for the lettuce wrap which did have a taste--burned. The desert was good. I don't plan to go back.

Great dinner on 12/17/14. There was about 25 of us in a party, Our servers were superb. Plenty of food and desserts are excellent. Sue M.

Did take out. Wonton soup broth had no flavor to it, and was surprised to find shrimp in the soup. Wontons were gummy. Not good. Chicken lemon grass dumplings were very good, pan fried they had crust on them the way pot stickers should. Dipping sauce was salty and added nothing. Wontons in spicy chili oil had heat. Good. Dan dan noodles made with chicken are lacking something in the flavor department. Would be better made with pork or beef. Take out prices are about double what you would pay for take out at another restaurant. Best thing about take out is you can order online and they have two reserved spaces up front to park in.

I ordered takeout from the warrington location. When I picked it up and brought it back for my-coworkers, the food was cold, the rice was undercooked and the eggrolls were so greasy, we had to wrap them in a paper towel. We ordered a side salad and they forgot the dressings and also any side dips. I work in a building with over 50 co-workers we all agreed it's Jade Island from now on. How can food be cold when it's 97 degrees outside. The rice that came with the lunch order was tablespoon that's all!!! The place was completely empty at 12:15 in the afternoon now I know why.

We love the food at PF Chang's. At the particular branch the hostesses are downright rude. They will quote you a 30 minute wait in the evening and then at 45 minutes call you a liar and say they said 55 minutes while rolling their eyes at you in front of your small child. Despite this being my little one's favourite restaurant, we will be coming here for the last time today. They need new staff.

I will not be coming back here. First off, my table had to wait for over an hour to even get our orders taken. It took 15 minutes to even have our drinks brought out to us. We had to seek out the manager for the horrible service, and after requesting help, he was less than enthusiastic to help us. The food was over salted, over cooked, and not to mention not to the standards that PF Chang's is known for. If you are in the mood for PF Chang's, I suggest taking the effort to go to another location if you do not want your time to be wasted.

Been coming to the Warrington location for years and never disappoints. Highly recommended selections - dynamite shrimp and chicken lettuce wraps to start. Main course gotta do mongolian beef with white rice. Greatest ending is the banana spring roll which comes with a scoop of the most amazing coconut pineapple ice cream!

I was nervous after some negative reviews regarding service, but I would easily give the service and waitstaff 5 stars. It was our first time, and we were seated immediately and attended to throughout the entire meal. Wait time wasn't an issue, especially considering we were there at 5:00 on a Saturday. We told out waiter it was out first time, and at the end of the meal we were given two 10 percent off coupons by the manager to use at another time. The food and portions were decent. For some reason, I always thought PF Changs was known for using very fresh ingredients and I thought the portions were going to be HUGE. I ordered the Shrimp and Lobster sauce. For the price, I imagined 5-6 hefty sized shrimp, but it came out as a plate of a trillion mini It's your basic chain restaurant quality food, but we enjoyed it.

What a difference a week makes. After having several issues last week, today was much better. Great service. We were greeted with a smile. Fast service, food came out the quickest I've ever seen. Friendly waitress as well. Good food.

I came in from out of town and a friend suggested this place for dinner. In my home state it's 45 minutes to the closest PF Chang's, so needless to say I hadn't had it in awhile and I was happy to try again. I think the best part of my experience here was the short wait. I'm used to waiting 2 hours for a table in Virginia Beach so the 15 minutes was a breeze. Aside from that there were a lot of things lacking. The waiter forgot to mix the sauce at the table and that's like one of Chang's signature things! I had the Mongolian beef and it was grisly and tons of scallions to hide the low quality of the beef. I ended up enjoying my wonton soup more than anything else I was served. Overall I think I'd rather drive out of my way back home than get dragged here with my Philly friend again!

Weeknight for dinner after 7:00 and were told it would be at least an hour and a half wait? So we decided to check the bar before we were going to leave and saw a mostly empty bar. We sat right down, got drinks and food.....no problem. Had the Crispy Honey Wok. Delicious! Would go back again. Right around the corner from me.

  • Christine L.

It was ok. We got seated right away, the server, Lacey was nice :) Our drinks took a little while. I ordered the beef with broccoli, and it was so salty, it was almost inedible! We decided against dessert. Experience was average. I'll be back if I'm ever in the area again...

I just love P.F. Chang's. The staff is pleasant and courteous and the food is very good. I have developed Diabetes and have to watch my sugar intake and the staff is very helpful in assisting me with making the proper choices. I had the salmon and it was delicious. My wife enjoyed the lettuce wraps.

It was okay. Not spectacular. Though I have to say, I like the lay out of the restaurant. Okay, lets get to the important stuff. The food. The soup they have was okay. Can't remember what it was but it wasn't the greatest. We ordered the Mongolian beef. Again, food was okay. I just did not like the overall taste of the food. . but if your hungry, it will do the job. I say skip to the dessert because the dessert is def. hands down, the best. Ordered the Spring Roll Banana desert with Ice cream. That is def. something to try. Waiters are nice. They are more attentive then most restaurants and we dine in frequently. Overall, okay experience. Read my other reviews and you will see the difference!

The food would make this place 5 stars if it were not for the following: THE WAIT: Waiting for a table is brutal. Come an hour before you want to eat because chances are that's how long you'll have to wait anyway. THE HOSTESS: There's one in particular I don't like. She's young with blonde hair and a bad attitude. Learn to smile, girlfriend. THE SEATING: Ugh. The seating situation here is just unfortunate. Everywhere is cramped with the exception of the very few booths they have. I absolutely hate the layout of the tables. They are all cramped together in the middle of the restaurant. No me gusta. THE WAIT....PART 2: Waiting for your server, waiting for your drinks, waiting for the food. All the WAITING. Everything takes so long. It's frustrating depending how claustrophobic (or hungry) you're feeling. THE LIGHTING: A little too dark for my liking. I understand the whole romantic appeal with soft lighting, but anything romantic about this restaurant goes out the window because of the personal space you share with pretty much every other customer. I mean REALLY. You can literally hear your neighbors' conversation. Okay I'm done with blasting the seating. The food, on the other hand, is sooo good. Here's exactly what you need to order: PF Changs for Two (Bring a date! Only 39.95) Soup- Egg drop (all the way). Appetizer- Lettuce Wraps. (Don't question it.) Entree- Mongolian Beef. (Absolutely to die for.) Dessert- Great Wall of Chocolate. (Yah. It's exactly what it sounds like.) Great. Now I'm hungry.

OK, as before dinner is and has always been better than standard joints of this type. But not as always the service was fair to poor this time, and it is not crowded today. For a Sunday evening at 6 Pm, it's surprising but as I stated the service is not as good as it has been. Also please add a sugar free Something for dessert. Ice cream, Jello or something. A.lot.of Gluten-free options but come on, it's the 21st century get with the times people...

This review is specific for the Warrington location. Had a pretty disappointing experience last night, and looking at recent reviews, this sadly does not seem to be an outlier. Restaurant was not very busy (it was a Tuesday) with plenty of booths open and they sat us at a middle table sandwhiched between 2 large family parties of 6 or more. Minor detail but first clue as to an "off" experience. Server can best be described as aloof - not that engaging, not that present and definitely not that concerned if our food was ok or we needed anything. The chicken lettuce wraps are typically consistently good, last night they were almost uneatable. The chicken was very fatty, and the portion just seemed like it was scooped out of a pan that had been sitting for a while...hard to describe but it all was stuck together in a form, as opposed to the typical "grainy" texture. It was hard to distinguish the chicken from the other ingredients, sort of like a mush. The mongolian beef was not as flavorful as usual and several pieces were very very well done and tough. Tried the shrimp with lobster sauce - I always have to "relearn" the lesson to stick to the basics here. First, there was probably a 25 minute gap from being finished with app to entrees appearing. The shrimp were tiny (would rather 3-5 nice size shrimp than 12 mini shrimp) and the entire dish had a congealed film over it -- it had obviously been sitting under lights for some time. Not surprisingly I was not impressed, it was bland and almost tasteless. I had to stand and peer into the kitchen in order to catch the attention of the waiter to ask for a check. As did the table next to me. Ridiculous. First time in recent memory we did not tip 20%, I didn't want to reinforce the poor service - we tipped closer to 18% - symbolic gesture, but overall the experience was poor and not a typical PF Changs experience.

My boyfriend and I came here spontaneously tonight for a drink and a quick bite. The Mongolian beef was a party in my mouth and just when we thought it was over, chef Steve hand delivered our pineapple coconut ice cream with fried banana. What a way to make us feel special. Everything was delightful. Service was prompt and I'm glad we made this stop because it was awesome! Highly recommend both dishes paired with a fine cab.

They used to have chopsticks for kids, but they got rid of them... other than that, the food was great. Although the rice to meat ratio needs more balance.

The waiters REALLY need to be better trained and care about the level of service they provide. Ordered the new hot spicy limited dishes - the dumplings were very good and the chicken was also good but the beef dish was really of poor quality and chewy. Would have expected much better. The music was also different than other PF Changs which had a cool funky new wave soundtrack that went well with the dining experience. What they were playing belonged in a sports bar.

WOW never again at this location. I think paint drys faster then the time it takes to get our food. The waiter continued to give us the wrong food and then poured water on my shoe. The food was good but it seemed it was rushed. We asked about our food and our waiter said it was in the window and 15 minutes later we finally got it. 1 star because you have to

I can agree with some of the reviews that give this place poor reviews for the service, though I've only been here twice, and called once, the service was bad twice, and average once. I can't really understand why people go there other than there are no other decent options and/or people just don't know any better. What I cannot agree with is the food being good. I eat ALOT of Asian food (Wife is Chinese, her kid's grandmother is Thai) and this stuff isn't Asian food. It's not even close. I tried twice, the first time was so bad, I stayed away for nearly a year, but I figured maybe I had a bad experience and that I was being too harsh. The second time was just as bad, so I think I'm being fair in saying the food is just not very good. If you want a decent Asian dining experience outside of Philadelphia Chinatown, Try Golden City on 309. It's pretty good. If you don't mind the drive, You really can't miss in Chinatown. Sang Kee is awesome.

A horrid experience. FOOD POISONING. Upon entry you will notice that all of the servers are huddled around the hostess center in congregation. This is the epicenter of the neglect to the patrons at this establishment. Our waiter seemed to be nice but this was eventually overshadowed by his inability to bring our food in a timely manner and with some of our food not being brought at all. The odd part was that the restaurant was at 1/3rd capacity at best. Our appetizer was under cooked. The silverware was FILTHY . We asked for replacement silverware and it was filthy again. I mean literally had what one could mistake for sticky Soy sauce or Honey remnants all over it. Our egg drop soups never came. Our server just completely forgot them. Our entrees were very underwhelming to say the least. I've always under the assumption that PF Chang's served top quality cuisine until my actual visit. But to bring this whole horrid over the top. After leaving the restaurant, about 2 hours later I became very nauseous to the point where I vomited multiple time. I spent the second half of my Saturday feeling flu like symptoms with chills and sweats. After about 5 hours of vomiting and rest. I was able to nurse myself back to health. Needless to say this was my first and will be my last visit to PF Chang's

The food was great. The service was terrible. We were there to enjoy a nice relaxing dinner but our waiter made us feel very rushed. Our waiter immediately started complaining about a table that had just left. I guess he didn't get the tip he was expecting. Wonder why? Our meal was supposed to include soup which we did not get. He looked completely annoyed when we said we were going to have dessert. We were going to order more drinks but the vibe was awkward so we decided to go. Very disappointing.

Not a good way to start off 2014. Not sure what the deal was with this location tonight. Food was super slow... Took 2 hrs (not exaggerating). Waiter packaged desert to go for some reason and made us package our left overs ourselves. Never asked us for refills on our drink. We probably should have gotten a manager but we swallowed our pride and left as our time was more valuable than the service. Love PFs but not this location.

Gluten Free Menu....I LOVE YOU!! So found out a couple cool things, 1-ask your server if it is a "salty dish" and ask for it to be reduced 2-they have a great happy hour 3-I still need to find out which drink has a ball of ice in it....? 4-you can get all gluten free sauces They do a great job every time I come in, and the lettuce wraps and egg drop soup are my staples. Solid.

Had reservations and were seated immediately. We got our appetizer about 45 minutes later (the dumplings were very good). Entrees came about 20 minutes later. Food was ok at best. We'd prefer to go to the local Chinese restaurant. Service was just very slow.

OMG! Went on a Saturday night and waited for an hour and a half. Couldn't really get to the bar for a drink as the chairs were so close! Bar tender was put off waiting on us as service bar was consuming them. Guy standing at takeout area doing nothing couldn't get us a drink either. Waiter was very nice but food took forever too! Wouldn't go back for over rated Asian!

I have been eating at P.F. Chang's very regularly and when I am on the road, I always get the same great food and great service. I haven't ever had a bad meal, or a bad experience here and I highly recommend it to everyone!

  • David W.

PF Chang's does "franchise" better than most. The food is interesting, if not impressive, and the ambience/decor offers Asian flare to a modern martini bar aesthetic. This particular review is meant to acknowledge the great service we had their the other night. Our server had us cracking up all night, and went above and beyond to meet the needs of my family. He earned every penny of his 30% tip! Nicely done, dude!

Good food and atmosphere with great service. Very fresh tasting Chinese food for not that much more than your basic run of the mill takeout Chinese. High quality food with a good selection.

What could have been a bad evening ended up being good thanks to our server. We drove an hour to come here after having only been to PF Chang's in Boston. The meal we had in Boston was when we were starving and exhausted, so we were anxious to see if the food was so good because of the circumstances or because it's good. Made reservations, were seated immediately, the restaurant was relatively busy for a Monday. It took a really long time for our appetizer to come out, we were really hungry, but not complainers. Without us saying anything we were told that our appetizer was taken care of by the manager due to the wait, it was a nice surprise. We were seated near a teenage boy's birthday party and a crying baby. I could see from my seat that the people in the kitchen were screwing off. Our poor server seemed a little agitated by another table and the kitchen, he was obviously having a bad night and trying not to neglect us despite everything going on. Our entrees were held up by the kitchen nonsense too, between our appetizers and entrees the manager came over and offered us an "extra" plate of sesame chicken that the kitchen made by mistake, free of charge. We gladly accepted. The food was good, when they say spicy they mean not really that spicy, I'd call it corporate spicy. The mixed drinks were sweet, but fun, I really enjoyed the black tea gimlet. The mini-desserts are a great idea, I got the chocolate peanut butter crunch. We made sure to tip our server extra since he tried so hard, he came back over to thank us, really nice guy. Overall I would say if you just want Chinese food, get it from a local place, but if you want a night out with Chinese food, come here.

This time i ordered for pickup and food was awesome and yummy. The Mongolian beef is tender as always, Beef Lomein is the best, The Baby Bhudda is very juicy and fresh. Great experience. Thanks.

This was the worst of Chang I've ever been. The Mongolian beef we had was burned and not fresh. Even the vegetarian dish we got was bad . We both got sick after eating here

I come to P.F. Chang's at least twice a month. The server Zach is amazing. I always request him when I come. He is a hard worker and very thoughtful and pleasant. Although the Princeton, NJ location is closer to me, I dirve to Warrington, PA so Zach can wait on me.

A one hour wait for a reservation for 12 is excessive and unfair. The food was good, but salty. This chain seems to have a monopoly on "saltiness." The service, once we were finally seated, was excellent. Our host was told that the restaurant's credit card system had been compromised, so the payment by credit card was handled in an unorthodox manner. Despite these problems everyone seemed to enjoy the meal.

So far I've been to P.F. Chang's once and was delightfully surprised. The fried green beans appetizer was delicious, as was the beef and broccoli I ordered. Its not often I can say I enjoy every stage of a meal. The service came off as professional and helpful, especially when I had questions about certain items on the menu. Just as a note, I found the restaurant's interior to be very soothing. I'll be making a point to come back soon.

Our first time there, and everything was good. Friendly greeter when you enter, friendly and knowledgeable waiter. From the lettuce wraps, to chicken and beef entrees, followed by a crisp cold one, all with a nice atmosphere made for a great outing. Also the prices were very reasonable for such a nice place. We will be returning.

Two of us went to PF Chang's for lunch on 7/26/2015. The service was outstanding. Our server, Shane or Sean, was professional and attentive. The food - from the lettuce wraps to our entrees to the unique strawberry-cucumber non-alcoholic drink - was delicious. Our last visit to a PF Chang's was in (around Voorhees NJ). I swore never to return due to the underwhelming food. I am pleased my husband had a gift card and we decided to give this location a try. Will be returning.

We frequent P. F. Changs because the hubs loves their salmon and my mother in law is a gluten free vegan. They have an extensive gluten free menu, and she's thrilled because she doesn't just have to eat a salad like she does at every other restaurant. The service is always great here and we always try to make reservations because they get packed. They've recently added sushi to their menu. We tried the avocado roll. It came with a surprising yellow sauce that was a curry aioli. While they have typical chinese fare, they have a rotating seasonal menu and there's always plenty of healthy options that aren't in some special "are you watching your weight" section. Last time we ate here, hubs salmon came out undercooked and they rushed it back into the kitchen and were full of apologies. I know it's a chain but it's reliable and a good place to go if you have picky family members with dietary restrictions.

I usually do not like to go to chain restaurants, but this is an exception. In particular this location has awesome service and very nice and professional servers! In particular their curbside service for pick up is awesome... You don't even have to get out of your car!

Last night I came in with my husband for dinner & we had such a perfect experience. Victoria took great care of us, from answering our questions about the food on the menu- to keeping conversation with us. She was very polite & professional. The food was just as amazing as our server though! We had sesame chicken to share & wonton soup! (Which never disappoints!) will be returning!

I rarely review chain restaurants, because people pretty much know what they are getting. I'm giving this location a 5 because of the outstanding service we received tonight. We went in for a late-ish dinner (7:30) on a weeknight and were seated right away. Although the restaurant wasn't full, we waited a really long time without any service. No acknowledgment from anyone. I went back to the front to ask about our server, and no one seemed to know who was meant to have our table. The server from the table next to ours, Christian, jumped in and saved our dinner. He comped us egg rolls for the wait and was very attentive the whole meal. The manager even came over and gave us an appetizer voucher. You never get service like this for a minor inconvenience anymore. My husband and I were impressed. He's not a huge fan of Chinese food in general, but they won loyal customers tonight.

Our server Danielle is delightful and attentive. The dynamite scallop roll is delicious. I gave it three stars because it's a corporate restaurant. But, I'm completely happy with my experience.

The staff were genuinely pleasant and professional, with an impressive knowledge of the menu. While I enjoyed the flavor of the food and found the prices fairly reasonable , I was surprised to find the serving sizes were not as generous as other restaurants. The chicken lettuce wraps, one of their signature appetizers is a simple dish with a surprising taste. I also would recommend their hot and sour soup for those looking for a hearty soup with a little kick. Their menu offers a considerable amount of variety from chicken and pork entrees to vegetarian and gluten free options. As for chicken, my meal of choice would have to be the Chang's spicy chicken with brown rice. Again, there's a little kick but nothing offensively spicy. If you make it to dessert and you have a minimum of three people, go for the rich Great Wall of Chocolate. This layered chocolate cake is way too tasty and extremely sharable. Nice ambiance, professional service and an overall enjoyable experience. If you want more bang for your buck, I say pay a visit during happy hour for drink and appetizer specials.

Just came back after eating at this PF Chang, Had a HORRIBLE experience here today April 18th at 4:30pm.Server name was Stephanie, we asked for a Wine Bottle, She brought after 10 mins., a Glass of Wine.We said we ordered Bottle, She said okay I will get that along with Appetizer. We waited another 10 mins. and Appetizers came, we asked for Vietnamese Spring Rolls, She brought Curry for us, We said we did not order that Appetizer as well, she said Sorry and went Back, Imagine No Bottle of Wine yet after being in restraunt for 25 mins or so, Then she comes and she has Wine Bottle Finally, and she is trying to open it and can't Open it so she takes the Bottle to the Bar and comes back without the Cork, Wine Bottle in Badly opened Wrapper(me, my wife were just happy to see the Bottle!!), Now Pours the Wine goes away , what's wrong here?Wine Bottle has no STOPPER on it, we asked someone to get us stopper and stephanie comes back with SAME CORK(AHHHH...maybe she found it from Trash CAN??) We were just weeping from inside, now she is pushing the Cork Hard on Bottle and it won't slide in, we stopped her and asked for a stopper,s he says they don't have any, i asked my Wife if she wanted to LEAVE, WALK AWAY!! right now, she said let's eat we are hungry, Boy this was some experience here, NOW I can just jump on Server and say all her Fault BUT Wait where is the MANAGEMENT of PF CHANG?THEY WENT PAST MANY TIMES BUT NEVER BOTHERED TO SAY SORRY FOR ALL THIS, I WOULD NEVER GO BACK WITH MY FAMILY TO THIS LOCATION Because of BAD MANAGEMENT, I would recommend everyone to to do so, i have been to many other locations of PF Chang Love their FOOD, But Managemnt of this Location is Sleeping....

I came here before 6PM for dinner on a Friday night and was told that the wait would be an hour 15 minutes to an hour and a half. I waited approximately an hour for a table only to see that the main dining room had plenty of available times. They were most likely short on waitstaff. Food at PF Chang's to me is terrible. It's not real Chinese food. Really, I would hate for someone to think that this is "authentic". All of the main meat/seafood entrees come with a generous side of broccoli. We don't eat THAT much broccoli, c'mon! Save your money and go to Chinatown or even your local Chinese restaurant. Much better food. Unless you're here purely for the ambiance. On a side note. The windex/cleaning agent they use to disinfect the tables has a strong smell. I smelled windex as soon as I sat down. Major turn off.

At PF changs, you have to know what to order in order for the food to be what you expect. DO NOT order any of the soups here-or you will be very disappointed. Only authentic Chinese restaurants can make good egg drop and hot and sour soup. The shrimp dumplings and key lime pie martinis are the reasons I keep coming back to Changs. The dumplings are phenomenal and even better than the ones at Buddakan. The other appetizer we had were the spring rolls-not great, but not bad. I think the next time I come, I will order the crab wontons. For my main entree I ordered the shrimp and vegetable lomein which was the best I have ever had and my husband ordered the crispy honey shrimp which was a little too sweet for my taste, but nevertheless, pretty good. Be sure to try those key lime pie martinis-you will not be disappointed.

The worst place to go. Didnt even try the food. I was really upset by the attitude these people have. There were few people waiting on Friday evening. There were about 4 hosts talking to each other but no one bothered to even say a 'hi' to me while I was standing there for about 15 minutes. I would never ever recommend any one to such a place. shame on you P"F..g" Chang.

Ehhh...not horrible, but not great... I think they're really just using all the ambiance and what not to get over with higher prices. The place was loud, the tables are SMALL, and they stuffed our large party into those crampt tables. The power went out TWICE The food was good, but not much better than my standard chinese restaurant fare. I will say the mini Apple Pie I ate was THE BOMB.com . But, you really don't get to see how much of an emphasis on the word LITTLE it is until you get the container of your dessert

Wow only 3 out if 5 stars out of 42 reviews? I'm really surprised about that. We never have to wait long (we don't go on weekends) the staff is always friendly and the foods great!

I was really excited to try some gourmet Asian cuisine. The waitress said that the food was served family style and made it sound as if each entree was very large. The portions are the same, if not less, than what you get at your standard Chinese take-away. If you prefer fancy Asian cuisine, I recommend you go to a higher-end Asian restaurant, not PF Changs; although at least try it once and see how you like it.

We were disappointed with the fried rice. It had a bad taste like medicine.

Very solid franchise option for asian dishes. We usually get a bunch or appetizers and share them for the meal. Good for people that aren't adventurous enough to try China town.

I give this a very solid 3-stars. Yes, it is a chain restaurant in the burbs, not true Chinese food, and the prices are a bit higher (on an ounce-for-ounce basis) than the average Chinese place. Once you get past that, the ambiance is very nice, service is good, the place is clean, and I think the food is much better-prepared than the strip-mall Chinese places in the area. And, where would you get true Chinese food in the area that you'd actually like? I recommend the lettuce wraps, chang's chicken, and the dessert made with bananas. The soups are not great and you have to be careful of the saltiness in some dishes. Avoid going there at prime time on Fri and Sat nights.

People are willing to pay a lot of money for thai, japanese, malaysian, indian, etc., however, people still have a difficult time getting their heads around paying a lot for chinese. We invariable think of white cartons and delivery, all on the super cheap. PF changs tries to bring in some upscale flavor to the masses. Essentially, those who are willing to pay a few extra dollars for a nice ambience, nice drinks, and attentive service, won't have much issue with PF Changs. Those of us who scoff at the notion of dining at an establishment with more than two locations will likely tell you "OMG it was awful, their noodles were nothing like what I get in china town." If you are one of those weirdos, just dont eat here, mmk? To those who live in the suburbs, if you want traditional american-chinese food in a nice setting and dont feel like heading to the city, PF Changs will definitely do it for you. My parents would never eat at, Penang, for example, but, they loved the Changs, and sometimes you gotta appeal to the masses.

I've been here a few times and am not sure what all the hype is about. To me, the food does not take much different than some of the better take out places in the area. I have tried several appetizers and entrees including Salmon and am just not impressed. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is typically friendly which is the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars, but I'd would choose just about any other restaurant at Valley Square over this one.

I always have a good experience at PF Chang's. I've been several times although this was my first trip to this particular location. This was also T's first trip to a PF Chang's. We had the lettuce wraps, crab wontons, orange beef and kung pao scallops. Everything was really good, I particularly liked the orange beef. Our waiter was a bit of a no-show at first but he shaped up and drink refills were prompt. He also mixed a great spicy sauce with the soy, mustard and chili sauce. Delicious on the lettuce wraps. Yes, it's a chain but I feel it's one of the better ones. A great place to go with a group because you'll get to try several dishes. I'm a big fan of trying everything so I love places where this is encouraged and I don't have to pick off of people's plates. A great mid-week choice for when you just don't feel like cooking.

I had gone to PF Chang's in Boston a while back but haven't been to another one since then, so when I went to visit a friend in PA and she suggested going here I was excited. The service was excellent. She asked right off the bat if anyone had any food allergies/restrictions that should know about (I mentioned that I was vegan) and she directed me to the vegetarian section on the menu. She was very attentive to our table, but not overly annoying and made sure that are drinks were re-filled. I ordered the Coconut Curry Vegetables and it was delicious. Even had enough left over for lunch for the next two days! I'm very much looking forward to going back again soon.

Food OK. Service awful. Waitress, took order, that's all she did. Appetizer arrived, 2 minutes later soup came. Finished soup, meal came. Kept trying to take our dinner away BEFORE we were finished. Ordered dessert. After 15 minutes, went to manager. 5 minutes longer desert came with check. Manager never came over to see if we were OK but did rush by us twice. Go to Plymouth Meeting if you want PF Chang. Better yet go somewhere else.

This was our first time at a Changs. My wife and I went there on a Saturday night 5pm. Made reservations because everyone said it is a must. We were seated right away, no problem. Waitress was pleasant, knowledgeable - did a great job. Everything came out quick and hot. My wife got the crab wonton. I had some too. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. I got 2 egg rolls. Very very greasy. Again, nothing special. Normal size and all. We also go the lettuce wraps because everyone said to. Again, we weren't thrilled. Nothing we got there was bad, but we really don't understand all the hype. I have been to Asia/China many times. And yes, this is not real, authentic Chinese food by far. I got the sweet/sour pork. I have had much better in NYC and even in my home area from the regular chinese fast food joints. My wife agreed. Since it was a 'special occassion' they gave us dessert gratis. Again, nothing bad, except I was surprised to see the egg rolls dripping grease. Really. And both of us said that we really don't see what is so special. We both like spicy food, nothing here was spicy. Oh, my wife had some crunchy honey chicken. Wasn't crunchy, spicy. And we both said 'bland' at the same time and I compared the whole meal to one I would expect to get in Canada. Anyway, we left and both said it wasn't worth it to go there again.

I can't say anything bad about the food. I'm a picky eater and have dined here with other picky eaters and we all find something to rave about! The service was only so-so. Servers weren't quick enough to refill drinks or to check in. The decor is pretty awesome in a Buddakan-wannabe kinda way.

Good food, good drinks, reasonable prices. Portions are decent. Not so much family style, but enough to feed an individual

I love this place for their gluten free menu! They have thought of everything including the sauces! I adore the lettuce wraps and you must ask them about their delicious chocolate dessert - all gluten free!

I've eaten at PF Chang's in Princeton, NJ in the past and thought it pretty good. My wife and I met her sister at their restaurant in Warrington, PA last week. I must admit that I was rather disappointed relative to past experience. Granted, this is Americanized Chinese but at the same time when you request a dish labeled "hot and spicy" on the menu to be extra spicy only to have what is served barely luke warm on my scale of hot, I guess they're cooking for those who only think that they like hot food? It took two complete little dishes of crushed pepper hot sauce to get it warmed up to get onto the scale that I wanted it. Oh well... The server, however, was quite accommodating when it came to getting me more hot pepper sauce and the service was good despite the restaurant being full to capacity for lunch that day (MLK Day).

The things we do for family. When I agreed to go to dinner at a chain restaurant in the suburbs, my expectations were not high. Still, this place managed to disappoint. Things started off eh-ly when our party of eight was shoehorned into a table that would've been just fine for four or five. If you're going to be elbow-to-elbow with with your dining companions, it might as well be with your folks, but this made for quite a cramped meal when drinks and dishes had to be on the table. Any time anyone wanted to get up, everyone else had to stand up and dodge other patrons and an awkwardly-placed coatrack to let them out...and the room was really cold. Small, whiny details, I know, but taken together, it added up to an uncomfortable setting. After sampling my companion's sickly sweet Jade martini, I opted for ginger ale and water. I was happy to see that there's a vegetarian section on the menu and several appetizer options. We ordered the vegetable dumplings and fried green beans to start, and that's when things really started going awry. The dumplings were filled with a singularly unappetizing mealy gray paste, and the green beans were mushy and completely unseasoned - the sauce that accompanied them did have some welcome heat to it, though. When the main dishes came out, the server "auctioned off the food." This practice (you know, the "Who had the pasta? Chicken?" routine) kind of irks me anytime, but it really becomes difficult when the server doesn't know what the dishes are: "OK, who gets the ...ummmmm (inspects plate)...noodles? I think with shrimp?" Those noodles with veggies were overcooked and bland, bland, bland. Most of them came home with us in a doggie bag, and I think with some soy sauce, red pepper and scallions, they might be edible yet. My tofu was the highlight of the evening - crispy and chewy with a garlicky, flavorful brown sauce, although not nearly enough sauce for the plain, not-so-fresh broccoli that was also part of the dish. I like the mini dessert concept a lot, and the little layered desserts-in-a-glass look really cute, too. My red velvet tasted mostly like Philadelphia cream cheese and granulated sugar, but at least it was fun to eat. There were a number of other little service (forgotten drinks, not nearly enough rice at the table for eight people, awkward chatter) and food (moo shu served with tortillas, wtf) issues that detracted from the experience as well. All in all, if you are the kind of person who likes food that has flavors that your tastebuds can taste, I would stay far, far away from PF Chang's.

I am from Georgia and have eaten at all 3 locations in Atlanta. I always get the same meals : kung pao chicken or orange peel. I ordered the lunch kung pao chicken here , and off the bat the order was small for the price. The taste of the chicken was not spicy AT ALL, soooo many peanuts, and it tasted like they threw soy sauce all over the chicken. I told them to take it back and give me full order orange peel. Was not spicy either ! Neither dish tasted like it should and I was not offered anything at all for my issues. I was charged for the full orange peel. No discount or anything. THe waiter bagged my leftovers and threw my rice into a to go container, not enough for my chicken and they usually give you a fresh to go container of rice and he didn't. Went to the front when I left and asked for information for corporate assuming a manager would be called over, and I was told to look at the website. So I called, and PFCHANGS offered to give me a gift card for the amt of my meal since the manager should have done so in the first place. Only bad experience out of the 4 .

What can I say about Changs? It is heavenly, best Chinese I have ever eaten. Three words: Changs Spicy Chicken. That is all you need to survive on, amazing. I am not usually a creature of habit until I come to this place & I can't help but order the same thing every time because it's so damn good. Shrimp fried rice changs spicy chicken pork dumplings & the chocolate dome of course :) a must go to!!

PF Chang's in Warrington does a great job handling the long lines and the atmosphere is terrific. The noodles are wonderful and the service excellent. It is still a chain and subsequently, it isn't surprising when the taste of the food disappears shortly after leaving. It is sometimes as if you hadn't eaten at all. That said, the menu has enough choices to keep the party happy.

First time there and probably won't go back.3 of the 5 entrees were Very salty. ALL I Have to say is check your plates before you eat! Major grit on ALL 6 of our plates. Even when our wonderful waitress brought new ones, the grit was still there! YUCK!!!!!!! Nothing like someone else's leftovers..................

Visitied Chang's the other evening with my hubby for the first time in about a year. Even though it was a weeknight and dining room was about 1/3 empty, we were told that there would be a 20-30 minute wait. The bar was practically empty, so I don't know where the rest of the waiting diners were stashed to make the wait that long, but oh, well....we went into the bar and sat down and avoided the wait. Service was good, and they have a nice selection of wines and cocktails. We ordered from the menu and ate at the bar. We typically order the lettuce wrap and slather it in their homemade sauce, but this time we ordered the green beans that were coated in some kind of a batter, with a dipping sauce on the side. The green beans were tasteless, and the dipping sauce was their only savior. It was reminiscent of the sauce you get at Outback Steak House with the Bloomin' Onion, only spicier. Hubby got the salmon and I got the Wok Charred steak. Both were just OK, not bad, but not great. I remember enjoying my food much more on previous visits. Love the little dessert in shot glasses, just to give you a little taste rather than some humongous dessert you'd never finish and if you did, you'd feel sooooo guilty!

The food here is delicious! The employees are polite and real helpful. They give you suggestions as to what drink will go well with your meal etc and they describe the meals so well (it makes you want to eat everything!) The appetizers are awesome, we had the "Chang's Chicken lettuce wraps" MmmMmm!!! We also had an appetizer that came with crab wontons, spring rolls, shrimp rolls, egg rolls, and different kinds of dipping sauce. They also explained which sauce tastes better with each. Also you can make your own sauce if you'd like. I had one of their mini desserts, which is literally "mini" but it was very good. I stuffed myself with the appetizers and my meal so having a small dessert was a good choice for me. The food here can be pretty expensive depending on how much you order and what your personal budget is to spend for a good meal. I myself didn't find it too bad. I can't wait to go back and try another appetizer, entree, and dessert! I know I sound extra greedy...don't judge me lol ;-)

For what it is, P.F. Chang's is a great restaurant. I had never been there before so when I suggested to my parents that we go one Sunday evening, they weren't really up to going somewhere too fancy, upscale or expensive, but we gave it a shot, and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Depending on what you order, some of the dishes are a bit pricey while others are not, but it makes sense because everything there is served family style, meaning you get one big platter for everyone at the table (or at least 2 or more at one table) to share. And don't give me any "Oh, I'm trying to watch what I eat so I can fit into my skinny jeans" excuses, the best part is that P.F. Chang's has a selection of mini desserts (some of which are smaller-scale versions of the larger dessert options on their menu) that are perfect for portion control. Definitely try the Great Wall of Chocolate (a chocolate layer cake with chocolate chips on top of raspberry sauce), though I'd suggest bringing some friends or family along and sharing it with them--the mini size doesn't do it justice!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
