This place is incredible! They are so nice every time I come here and so welcoming. We come here every couple of months and have never had a issue.

First off, It was dirty. I felt a little dirty when I looked around and saw leaves and dust all around. Made eating less appealing. Go to the the Lees on 611. Love that one.

Not sure why the bad and so-so reviews - out of all the Lees that are left, this is probably the best. I've recently had the Italian, chicken salad, and cheeseburger hoagies and they've all been superb. My mouth actually starts to water when I think of the beautiful, delicious, messy cheeseburger hoagie that no other sandwhich place or other lees can duplicate - I honestly think the other lees franchises in the area should come to warminster and learn how they make the sandwiches here.

So, I'm at a stop light on a very busy four lane highway and I am in the passing lane, stopped along side this bozo eating a cheesesteak hoagie out of his left hand while text messaging with his right hand, hello, who's driving? He makes a quick right hand turn, no signals of course, but I'm starving and still thinking about his cheesesteak hoagie... Meanwhile, I've been on a semi diet, trying to shed a few hundred pounds before I have to slip my ass into shorts and then my stomach starts talking to me... Hey, I'm starving down here, feed me! What are you doing, you just passed an ice cream stand and I want, no I need food! Ice cream is not food, but maybe we'll see a water ice stand, we need to slim down a bit, I've fed you quite well over the past two seasons. In the meantime I'm still seriously thinking about that cheesesteak hoagie, bastard. Stomach is growling at me now; you, you, you just passed a soft pretzel stand, you know how much we both love soft pretzels, think about it, mustard, salt, soft doughy goodness and one will fill us both up. Yeah and we already look like the Pillsbury dough boy. Nah, I'm thinking a nice crisp salad is in order for lunch. That's when I saw a Lee's Hoagie House, now I have never been to a Lee's Hoagie House, but it screamed cheesesteak hoagie to me and my stomach grabbed its walls screaming, do you want to know what hunger pains are, huh, squeezing tighter and saying, the only thing I have down here is that marble that you swallowed when you were two and the queso fundido that I still can't digest from two years ago! Why can't I live in Maine, where lobster abound or Boston for a good hearty chowder, Maryland for crabs, back up to NY for awesome pizza, the Carolina's for plentiful shrimp, N.O.'s for paella, jambalaya or gumbo, the Midwest for mouth watering steaks, the SW for spicy Mexican food, the Pacific West for salmon and savory fish dishes, Alaska for even better crab, oh forget that one, Sarah Palin lives there. NO, I have to live in the land where it all started and the founding fathers were plump and I'm sure there is a clause somewhere in the constitution that states any food introduced to Philadelphia had to be calorie laden and totally fattening! I mean come on, cheesesteaks, hoagies, soft pretzels, sticky buns, America's first ice cream company, Tasty cakes! Is it really healthier than eating at freakin McDonald's? Are cheesesteaks the cure for herpes? I mean they're everywhere! Maybe this is the downfall of the Eagles, that and the wings. Oh and folks from all around ask, where is the best cheesesteak? Hello, it's a cheesesteak, turn around, look straight ahead, they're everywhere! Make it different to change it up a bit, add a lobster tail and call it surf and turf, add crumbled bleu cheese, add a slightly fried egg or two, hey, I think I'm on to something! As I rubbed my stomach, I said, let's get something to feed us and so we did and this was on the seventh day, so this is cool right, resting on the seventh day of your diet counts... The guy that owns this store was the original manager of the first store in Philadelphia, he has been doing this for 30 years and he is hilarious, maybe because he was wondering who I was talking to and knowing that he would, as one of the founding fathers of Lee's be plumping me up. I ordered and I ordered and I drove home eating a cheesesteak, the meat was slightly medium, a huge plus, skip the damn veggies, except for the sauteed onions and mushrooms, with grease dripping down my arm and cheese oozing all over the steering wheel while I grabbed for a cheese fry and onion rings, piss on traffic, belly purring for more, more and more. Then I had to slam on my brakes as a slim, petite lady stepped out in front of me wearing the coolest pair of shorts... Hubby's wings and hoagie were only inches away as my stomach said, forgetaboutit, you'll never be as slim as her or look that good again. Damn, that's it, I'm swallowing a few more marbles!

Not so great or clean. Ordered a turkey hoagie and asked them to scoop the roll. Dirty fingernails and no gloves. Turkey was plastic wrapped like they got it from Shop Rite and not real fresh. They went cheap with 4 slices of turkey and charged almost $9.00 bucks. Primo Hoagie's has them beat. They wear gloves and fresh slice all lunch meats. For the same price they pack it with three times the meat giving you your monies worth. WaWa makes a better hoagie than Lee's for less.

Lee's Hoagie house remains a staple among the shops that produce philadelphia hoagies. Their cheltenham is a wonderful mixture of spicy meats and cheeses topped with veggies, their hot pepper relish and oil and vinegar mixture. The bread at Lee's leans to the soft side, and the meat is not cut to order but you still get a good sandwich.

So, there are Lee's Hoagie Houses everywhere. This one was a real disappointment. If I hadn't been so hungry, I should have just left when I walked in and it reeked of bleach and yet somehow still looked dirty... I got a grilled veggie hoagie. As a vegetarian, I can safely assume I'm not in the target demographic for Lee's, but I still enjoy a big veggie hoagie. This sandwich was huge - I don't want to imagine the person eating a whole meat one alone - but the quality was negligible compared to its quantity. Sorry, Lee's, I don't get it.
