The food was typical, inexpensive Chinese food. I ate at the buffet and the sushi bar. The food tasted fine. I did not order any hibachi. I was surprised that the price was so cheap. Seating was clean. The waitress tried to take our credit card receipt before we had signed it and left a tip.

Located in Pittsburgh Mills Galleria. It's essentially your standard Chinese buffet. One nice thing was that they also offered sushi on the buffet which I have not seen at other Chinese buffets that I've been to. Very clean. Seated and able to proceed to the buffet immediately. Service was very friendly. Reasonable prices. The food was good but not fantastic. Wonton soup was bland, egg rolls had minimal filling, chicken and broccoli was good so was the salt and pepper chicken. The chocolate pudding had an odd flavor and was a little runny. Fried buns were good. Husband enjoyed the sushi which was fresh. Overall, I think this is your standard Chinese buffet with the bonus that they have sushi too. I would return if in the area and very hungry for Chinese. Otherwise, I wouldn't go out of my way because I didn't think it was anything special.

Food was good for a buffet. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Was charged an extra $3 for all you can eat crab legs. Went to the buffet multiple times over an hour and there were never any crab legs. I asked that the additional $3 be removed from my check and the manager refused. Multiple families complained and management did nothing. Will never go back.

Horrible mistake coming here. I don't know what was worse, the clientele or the food in the steam trays.

Food's not going to set the world on fire but for the price, it's a great deal. Full made to order hibachi (chicken, pork, shrimp, sirloin steak). Decent sushi rolls. Above average Chinese food. Plenty of salads and desserts. If you get rolls and the hibachi, it's an excellent meal. If you just stick to the hibachi and avoid rice and noodles, it's both tasty and healthy meal.

Quickly seated. Polite and attentive staff. Buffet Food was clean and as expected. Salt and pepper chicken had mostly breading but still tasty. Servers ptetty and smiled often. Recommend!

The best thing about this place is that it is very clean. I give it three stars because it is your standard Chinese Buffet. Nothing was wrong although some of the food was on the bland side that is to be expected when the aim is to serve large quantities. There was a sushi buffet includes which was a nice touch. I would come again when I feel like eating a lot of Chinese food.

In the Pittsburgh Mills Mall, cross Macy's next to Panera Bread. Now they have $7 for lunch 11-3:30. As normal Chinese buffet. Seafood and Sushi bar are very good. It's perry new. Very clean. Service is good. Hot tea is too light. Thought it was hot water. That's my only complaint. believe it was a Japanese grill before.

Great if you hit them up on a peak hour when food is fresh. Frequent here when littles are free lol. Foods pretty good. Have frog legs and crawl dads, sushi and plenty of the originals. I love their dumplings and general Tso. Great for work and pay by the pound take out whatever can fit in a box lol. I love going here with the family low price and they have free for all on desserts and ice cream. If you expect being immobile the remainder of the day its one of those meals that creep up and have u feeling fuller by the hour lol. If u wanna avoid paying by the sushi roll they are great as well...even have a hibachi station where you can pick ur own raw food and he will cook it for you on the spot....the ambiance is the best it used to be up scale sushi and hibachi joint so it still looks super fancy just without the ridiculous high prices! Great place......if your looking for date type of service try elsewhere.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
