I disagree with Mary's comment. We came on at 7:40 on a Sunday and found out they were closing at 8:00. We were going to leave but Christine sat us and brought us a pizza in a matter of minutes. Then pizza was very light and the crust was well baked. Good Pizza!

I've ordered from this restaurant through eat24 numerous times. They aren't the quickest with delivery, but I understand that and plan around it. Today, the food was taking longer than normal so I gave the restaurant a call. The woman that answered the phone was very rude and was obviously annoyed that I called. She told me that she "has a restaurant full of people." The delivery guy showed up a few minutes later and one of the items on my order was missing. I declined the food. I will never order from this place again.

This is the worst service I've ever had in my entire life. Christine is a despicable waitress. She was rude right away and I witnessed her being rude to other customers as well. And a 20% gratuity automatically charged on the bill!! Thats a joke! It's too bad that the pizza is so good because I'll never patronize this place ever again. I suggest you don't either.

Great new location very good service! They have the best square pizza and awesome wings! They also deliver and are family owned and operated!

As Mike S. says, points for being family owned and operated - I always try to support local businesses over chain restaurants. Visited tonight (1/23/15) to dine in with family of 6. Kids and my wife loved the wing bites which I didn't try since I'm a vegetarian. Side salads were good considering the time of year. We ordered three "trays" of pizza that are based on that NEPA abomination known as a "shell" crust; a pre-baked fluffy thing that resembles slightly browned Wonder bread. As you might have guessed, I'm not a fan - but it was good as that style of pizza goes. I did not notice until later that they also offer a round format ; but a conversation with the cashier implied that these might be pre-baked shells as well. We ordered one pizza topped with sausage, one plain, and one with half mushroom and half onion. Toppings were good but somewhat sparse, especially the mushrooms. Wait staff was completely incompetent. No refills offered on drinks, and they brought three huge trays to the table where there was clearly no room to put them, and left with us holding onto the trays rather than moving one of the many empty tables or bringing a stand over to hold the trays. We had lots of pizza left at the end of the meal, so they brought over a box to put the extra slices in, but there was no room on the table to execute such a maneuver and it didn't occur to them to clear some dishes or offer to box the leftovers in the kitchen. When the bill came, they said nothing about the 20% gratuity they had taken the liberty of adding on (I did not notice any statement about that on the menu, which was a photocopy on plain paper). Might be back for take-out, but I think I would rather go to Pappas if we're looking to dine in. Also looking forward to Roma's opening up in their new Dickson City location (slated for this Sunday, I think).
