You'll recognize this place from the outside by the distinctive neon arrow sign. This place has long been a staple for locals. In the West Lawn area, there aren't many bars in walking distance. If you aren't a member of the nearby Quoiting Club, then the only real alternative is Victor's. It's a nice place to hangout after work or on the weekends, although it's a little cramped. The bathrooms also leave a lot to be desired. There's a jukebox, dartboard, cigarette machine, and an ATM on hand. The menu consists of sandwiches, burgers, and a wide assortment of munchies, including wings, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings. Note: this is one of the few joints in Berks County that is able to allow smoking indoors (which I believe is based on food/alcohol sales ratio). If you're sensitive to smoke, I'd venture elsewhere.
