    I've been going to this one over the last few years. I've had my ups and downs but the last two times have been great! The service was great. I had Mariana the first time and Greg the second. They both were super friendly and accommodating (made sure my sons food came out first). The menu is constantly changing which is great. The first time I ordered the French Onion and the Kickin' Turkey sandwich combo. The soup had a lot of flavor, not what I was expecting. The sandwich is amazing! I ordered it the next time I went there along with a salad. I would just say the salad had a little too much dressing on it, but plenty of chicken! Great prices for decent chain restaurant food! Plenty of parking and late hours! It's super easy to get to as well.

    Who ever came up with the idea of putting honey BBQ sauce with the 4 cheese macaroni should be forced to eat it everyday. That's how bad this combination is. The crosscut ribs are a choking hazard... it's bone pieces with flakes of rib meat on it.. the boneless chicken wings were less than average. There is just no hope for this place!! Is anybody in management eating what they are serving?? I bet not. I do feel bad for the waiters and waitresses that have to rely on tips and are not even getting minimum wage. I do however feel offended when the bill has the suggested amount of tip on it. Not going back. And for the manager that came and talk to us.. save your breath your not helping.

    I was staying in the Hampton Inn. Long day of traveling. Wanted to get something quick for dinner. Saw that Applebee's was close by and thought great. Ordered three entrees. When I got back to the hotel there was no silverware. No napkins. No sweet and low which I expressly requested. Not happy.

    This was my second time coming to Applebee's and I had a wonderful time! Aaron served us and he was the best server that I've ever had. He really made the lunch a fun time and he interacted with us which was very enjoyable. Along with that, all the food was really good and and pretzel appetizers were amazing! The only complaint I have is that Jessica, the hostess, that seated us was very rude and didn't really say anything to us and had an attitude which kinda made my party uncomfortable to start off. All in all it was a wonderful experience!

    We like to go to Applebee's after 9 for the half price apps. Their apps are the best part of their menu. Try their brownie bite too. So good! That us why they put up the price. Now for an inside tip..... The Steak is horrible. I have no clue what recipe the chain uses but it must be nuked in a microwave. So if you want steak go I Texas Roadhouse! I had steak twice at two different locations and it was all horrible.

    My girlfriend and I went out to this Applebees this weekend, and it was a not a pleasant experience. To start, we ordered the Queso Blanco dip. It was served with a noticeable skin formed on top of the dip (which was somewhat disturbing). It'd obviously been sitting out for some time, though in all fairness the dip itself wasn't bad. However, the chips served with it were stale. Later on, the manager tipped over a glass of Pepsi (which dumped straight into my lap) when our entrees were brought out. Accidents happen, I get that, but after they cleaned up spill they just left, didn't say a word. It wasn't until the waitress realized I seemed somewhat frustrated over having soaked pants that they offered to comp my meal (let alone brought over a towel for me to clean myself with). The food itself was okay, but bland. My girlfriend got chicken tenders (no complaints) and I got Cajun shrimp pasta (the pasta was honestly tasty, but the shrimp had no flavor/seasoning at all).

    Service was awful. We sat at the bar and Freddie the bartender was more interested in serving his friends shots. We arrived just before the friends did and got served after. We had to ask for the check 3 times. Its not like it was crowded or anything.

    This Applebee's is right near the hotel I always stay at when I am in the area. Sometime work needs me to go from 5:30AM to 9:00PM to get things done. When I get done with all the stuff that needs done I want a big plate full of tasty calories and a beer. A lot of restaurants are closed or getting ready to close, but this Applebee's is open. The food was excellent and the service was pretty good. I got the Bourbon Black and Blue Burger, which has something like 1600 Calories, but at that point I don't really care. A couple of beers and a nice chunk of beef and I can just walk back to my hotel. I like this Applebee's and I will be back.

    We came to Applebee's in Wyomissing on New Years Eve to a cheerful staff, excellent service and well prepared food. Our waitress Krystal was was friendly and fast, and the host staff was friendly to everyone that entered. You wouldn't know that this staff was stuck working on a holiday by their positive morale! My girlfriend jokingly suggested that the only way they could improve is adding Chicken Alfredo back to the menu. Thumbs up from us!
