So extremely disappointed with our service tonight. I'm from Australia living in Pa now. I had family come to visit, took them to Ben & Jerrys for the first time to order the mini Vermonster. Employee was being rude, stating loudly when my sister ordered that "it's not for 1 person" and after rummaging around in the back found a disgusting bucket with a dirty lid. Was extremely rude when asking how she wanted it, she had no idea what her options were since he didn't bother explaining. Kept telling her to speak up, guess he couldn't understand her accent. Squished the filthy lid on it. Then when my niece wanted to order a mini Vermonster for herself, he was unable to find another bucket and whe she asked had we caught them on a bad day he rudely replied "no we don't have them because no one ever orders them". Funny, we were under the impression this was a speciality of Ben and Jerry's. He did find a dirty used empty ice cream (?) container to throw it all in to. And lastly, a brownie sundae for my mother in law in a generic paper bowl, served with a side of attitude and rudeness when he barked at her "what ice cream do you want" from across the counter. Once again, no explanation given for the options. Almost $50 spent there and we walked away feeling shamed, annoyed, embarrassed and mostly disgusted by the abhorrent way we were treated and spoken to. What an experience for my family to go through. Terrible customer service.
