You know, I had written off Vincenzo's when they were in their old location, but with a move to Dormont and perhaps a change at the helm (?), something good, improved has come along with it as demonstrated by a recent delivered meal. A fantastic and generous Pennysaver coupon deal got Kay and I two large pizzas and a whole Italian hoagie one lazy, worthless evening, and I couldn't find much to pout over. There is a Pittsburgh-style pizza: Thick 'n doughy. However, Vincenzo's apparently has something to say about that, offering a pillowy, light-in-the-loafers crust that nearly floated out of the box. Both the mushroom/pepperoni and the pineapple/bacon pies we ordered were piled with fresh toppings. The fungi was fat. The cured meats were oily, sweet, piquant, and brackish. The fruit was succulent like that which falls off of Paradise's trees. The cheese/sauce tandem was almost akin to dessert. This was a rather successful pizza. The hoagie was another winner, its juicy, tangy, crunchy fixings well-stuffed within a dissected and toasted bun, the grinder itself showing the world what subs should be, and they ain't being hawked by celebrities or a guy named Jared. Ordering was a cinch, delivery was faster than a thought, and overall, Vincenzo's saved dinner. I've even better such meals, but they are few in number. Order from Vincenzo's. 'Cause I said so!

We used to order from here all the time; great prices with a lengthy menu. It is now HORRIBLE service. I get delivery; it takes over an hour to get on a Sunday night. Missing side salad & side of ranch. I call them to see what happened & the guy which I'm assuming was some sort of poorly trained manager? Well, he was a complete a**hole. He said the side salad would be extra & forgot the ranch. I mentioned that it always came with a salad and he said "not anymore but if you'll pay an extra $3 for it, we'll make it." Then I asked about the ranch and he said, "I left a note for them. They didn't get it. If you want either, you'll have to pay extra." So, then I was like, "I left my phone number so that if there was an up charge or issue, you could call me..." His response, "yeah, we could have." I even gave a big tip, as we always do...and now I wish I didn't. I can't believe how rude this guy was. We will never give them another dime. This place can shut down for all I care at this point or atleast lose the a**hole that is employed there.

I started to order from them because of a menu mailed to me. When I first started to order from them they were great. In the past week weeks they have become horrible! Is there a management change? EVERY order is missing something. When you call about the missing items they say it's not their fault that their online menu does not charge for that item, so you don't get it. It's on your bill. But it doe not have the updated correct dollar amount. When you try to talk to them they get a mega attitude with you. How is it my fault you can't set up an online menu correctly? I have stopped ordering from them and will find one of the many other choices to choose from.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza. The crust is thicker and the sauce was a little sweet.

You would think a place that delivers to you once a week sometimes more would know how to get the food to you. Then call.and say someone else Will bring you the food because the driver doesn't know the address. Umm no thanks, keep your cold food, I'll go elsewhere.

Worst food I've ever had in Pittsburgh. Ordered buffalo chicken rolls and there was no buffalo sauce in the rolls at all and looks like they used chicken scraps (meat was super dark and fatty). Buffalo fries were burnt as can be do not go here.... EVER

We stopped in one evening, knowing nothing about them, and ordered 2 pasta dishes. The eggplant parm was delicious as was the Tuscan chicken. A delightful Italian eatery. No frills inside but the food is fresh, all veggies in both meals were fresh and cooked perfectly. Recommend!!!
