One word: BREAKFAST Granted it is a Wendy's and their burgers are a slight step above hockey pucks, they do however make a solid breakfast sandwich. This has become my go breakfast option when flying out of PHL early in the morning. It is not too pricy and and they will cook the egg on the runny side if I ask. I will often make the trek from terminal E on the opposite side of the airport to grab one of their breakfast sandwiches.

Just an average Wendy's. Food seemed a little over priced but I assume it's because it's at the airport. The staff were friendly and it did not take long to get my food. I got a double cheeseburger and it was good, but nothing special. Would eat again.

Worst service ever. Can you at least greet a customer? Jasmin has to be the rudest cashier I've ever had. She literally walked away when I was ordering. Kept putting her fingers in her mouth. I was disgusted, if it wasn't for my daughter wanting Wendy's, I would have walked away.

Very unlike a regular Wendy's experience. This Wendy's is always crowded. Pros They have a few staff members who are very friendly and courteous The food tastes just like a regular Wendy's location. Cons They have many more staff that are discourteous and find working to be a chore The line to pickup is insane, very disorganized-they should ask names instead of numbers. They are so slow And if you order anything out of the ordinary, for instance a hamburger rather than a cheeseburger, 9 times out of 10 you will get a cheeseburger anyhow. Not my fav location to say the least.

This is my go-to spot for a quick pre-flight snack. It's the cheapest and most consistent food in the B/C terminal. Frosties and Go-Wraps are always great and easy to carry on without making a mess. Also, you won't find a better deal in the airport.

Terrible. First, they made me the wrong sandwich. Okay, not a big deal. But, the corrected sandwich had a hair in it! Gross.

Excellent especially for the airport. The chili is fresh, cheap (1.50 for a reg) and tasty. And very filling. Their frostys are nice and cheap too. Staff overall is very nice and pretty quick during the lunch rush.

Eating at an airport is a total crapshoot. As in, it's impossible to predict a level of quality in advance, chain or no. Also as in, it's usually crap food that makes one want to go on a shooting spree. The Wendy's located in Terminal C is -- at least on my recent visit -- a rare winner. My girlfriend and I were shuffling along listlessly, in travel fog and starving. We picked Wendy's pretty much at random (neither of us would call ourselves "fans" or even regular customers, in the real world). The lady who took our order was nice and friendly, making her perhaps the only pleasant employee I have ever encountered in numerous trips through the warren of sadfail that is PHL. Our food was reasonably priced (only minimal captive-market gouging), and our meals were prepared rapidly. They were also hot. And actually pretty GOOD. (Disclaimer: have I mentioned that we were starving.) Honestly, given the surprisingly speedy, affordable, and even tasty, elements of our meal, I'm tempted to give Wendy's Terminal C a four-star rating. The staff on duty during lunchtime 8/25 deserve to be recognized for doing their franchise proud. Unfortunately, I must restrain myself: the fries were a bit too salty, and damnit, IT'S A FREAKIN' WENDY'S. I do, after all, have standards. ;-)

East Coast hamburgers rock hard over west coast Cali-Pussy-Sodium-free-burgers! This Wendy's is no exception. Good food in a fast-food burger.

after traveling overseas for 2 weeks - I was seriously jonesing for burger and fries. Wendys is usually one of my favorite fast food burgers the few times a year I eat them. The combo meal tasted of despair. The servers were very quick and friendly so I don't think that they had time to build up any dislike for me personally - but the food made argument with that conclusion..

Frosty Fail. 1. Despite the sign advertising vanilla, chocolate, and caramel (what I really wanted) flavors, they only had chocolate. 2. I specifically ordered a frosty shake, but I received a regular frosty. Normally, this would be ok with me. However, rushing through an airport trying to eat a frosty with a spoon is a MUCH different experience than drinking through a straw.

So twice in one week I've been. Yes it's an airport. Yes it's a Wendy's. But really? No OJ. No cinnamon roll. Etc. It took less time to tell me what they had. Attitude was like oh well.

The food is very good for a fast food joint that's why I give it two stars. It loses three stars because the staff is clueless, inattentive, forgetful and rude. If you're planning on ordering food here between connecting flights be prepared to wait a while because the staff is SLOW. I've experienced many occasions when the order taker will disappear from the register while a long line of customers are waiting to order. Customers are clearly annoyed and frustrated all the while the manager is walking around apparently clueless and completely oblivious to a long line of paying customers with no cashier at the counter to take orders. I believe they just don't care. When you finally get your food after waiting what seems like an eternity, they always seem to forget something that is imperative to have with your order like dressing for your salad or eating utensils. This Wendy's has lost me as a customer. They really need to get their act together. I'm sure Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave.
