I come to this Starbucks just about everyday, it's the only one I know of that has a drive thru in the northeast area. There is usually never any long lines inside like the ones you find in town. Other then that it's pretty much the same as any other Starbucks. They do have some outdoor seating right out front which is pretty nice.

I had a meeting today at this location and it was a nice summer Sunday @12:30. The place was crowded when I arrived with no available parking. I waited for about 5 minutes, parked and went inside. All of the tables were taken with electrical outlets which was fine because my PC was not totally dead. Typical Sunday morning crowd. In less than 15 minutes someone left and I was able to charge up. I ordered my drink and took the last 2 napkins. Bummer. I wiped the table and in 5 minutes the napkins holders were full. I had to smile because this is great service. The place was clean and orderly. The only pet peeve was the free wifi was spotty and it took several attempts to login. Meeting was great and it was another successful Starbucks boardroom meeting. :)

The only bad thing about this place is on how to get into the place to order your latte. It's hard to get in if your coming from 95. The staff is super friendly and my lattes are always on point. I usually order vanilla lattes and they put just the right amount in it.

I went to this Starbucks a few times and some of the staff are, not very friendly not saying it's horrible place but they stand to be a little more polite.still i would go back,. Im confident they can do better.

This location sports a drive though but navigating into this location. Coffee alright..slow and not particularly friendly customer service. Don't make a special trip.

This is a pretty good Starbucks. Location is difficult, but if you are traveling anywhere other than east on grant ave, just turn into westbound grant, pass the star bucks, and almost immediately there will be a shoulder where you can make a u-turn. It can get pretty crowded in this one!

This Starbucks is hit or miss. Sometimes I get really good service here, and other times not so much. I can say the same thing about the drinks too. It's nice that this location has a drive thru, but the location is a bit inconvenient. If your driving north on Academy, you have to make a u-turn (if you can because that intersection is crazy and has a camera). There is a lot of nice seating, but they could do a better job in the cleaning department.

I typically will make the u turn to stop here since I prefer Starbucks coffee to DD. Recently the service has gone way downhill! The people who currently work here are indifferent and unprofessional. Last week I stopped for a BLACK coffee at the drive-thru. I received the wrong change and drink- upon informing the barista, I waited for over 5 minutes for a plain cup of coffee. To top it off, the barista told me I was wrong, rolled her eyes at me and did not apologize at all. I will not be back to the drive-thru after many negative experiences.

Great crew. Typical Starbucks. (with a drive-thru!)

Echoing many of the comments here, getting in may be the biggest downfall to this Starbucks location. Service is friendly, the place is clean, and they even have a great drive thru. Coming from Academy road means a turn at a busy, ugly intersection. Making said turn without your morning cup of coffee doesn't make it any easier...

Really nice location and the fact that they have drive-thru it's a big plus . But it's really dirty for a Starbucks . I would expect a better care of the shop to follow the Starbucks standards . I do have a feeling that they are grossly undertrained too . Because some of the employees are really lost during rush hours .

The corner it sits on makes it difficult to approach in a car, unless you are traveling east bound on Grant. So I usually park across the street and try not to get hit while legally crossing the street. Yeah, the intersection is that busy. But once you make it, you can reward yourself with a six shot venti Americano. You'll need the jolt to make it back across the street.

Good spot. I knock out my school work here on the weekends while downing espressos. Hard to beat it!

This is by far one of the best Starbucks in the northeast. But not really that many. Wish was as many as Dunkin Donuts. I stop in once in awile for a good strong hot cup of coffee. On pricy side. But if it's strong I'll pay it. I like there holiday frappicno in the holiday seasons. But that's about the only time I get them. Alot of seating on the inside and out with free WiFi. I enjoy on a nice spring day sitting out side enjoying my coffee. It's a starbucks that can't be missed across from the airport and on the corner of grant and Academy roads. They can get kinda busy on weekdays early in the morning. So you are looking sometimes at about a 10 min wait. Not to bad I guess, depending on what you are ordering and how many people they have working.

Haven't been to a Starbucks drive through in quite some time, decided to give this one a go. No. Not only did it take roughly 15-17 minutes entry to exit, my drink was entirely wrong ( see photo). I used to work Starbucks a long time ago, and I totally understand how busy it gets . And of course if you choose a drive thru ( I wasn't in a rush) you understand that there may be a little bit of a wait, and that's fine! But I do think 17 minutes is pushing it. I noticed about after 5 full minutes we didn't budge a bit. Eventually I pulled up and ordered " Iced tall 2 pump SFV light ice coffee in a grande cup" which I did have to repeat back because the barista repeated back " Okay that's a venti iced americano??" So imagine waiting about 15 minutes rolling up -- driving away because I felt pressured with the line behind me.. and seeing that I had a an all iced coffee. As in, there was so much ice in the cup and i am NOT exaggerating, I had trouble putting my straw in!! I literally had to maneuver around the ice cubes so my straw would fit.. remember i said LIGHT ice right ? 4 sips and it was gone... glad I spent that money.. Wouldn't return on that poor experience. Enjoy that photo fail.

Not only is this location at a weird intersection the drive through also sucks tremendously. If you don't mind waiting 15 minutes or more for your order then you found the spot. So you must be thinking I was there at the wrong time of day, like during morning rush? Uh No! This is their MO, morning noon and night.

Each item we ordered (4 total) came out wrong. The barista was new but if he was that inexperienced he shouldn't have been making the drinks yet. We did get a $4 gift card to make up for the bad experience and wrong items but we won't be back to this one.
