    So I've been coming here for a while. I've had average experiences. I usually come on the weekends and for some reason they can't get their stuff together at the drive thru. Today I ordered a tall nonfat mocha frap at the drive thru. I pull up and the guy who took my order notifies me that he forgot to put the cup on the station so they didn't make my drink and that he's sorry and I need to wait. 2 minutes later he is about to hand me a paper cup that clearly isn't a frappuccino. I tell him what I ordered, he pulls the sleeve on the cup down and shows me the sticker that says tall nonfat mocha frapp, and says "this is who I'm dealing with". At this point the manager comes over a minute later and says she very sorry and hands me a card that says $4 off my next drink. If I remember correctly those drink cards used to cover any drink now it's limited to $4. Anyway finally after sometime he brings me out a venti and says "they made a mistake twice and they made a venti, so we will just give it to you" Thanks to the smug guy and the slow service they get two stars. They would have gotten one but the manager seemed apologetic.

    Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru for a hot chocolate, nothing complicated! When I FINALLY received my order, I didn't even get a "your welcome" to my "thank you"!

    The employees were so loud and careless for any of the customers studying or reading... Horrible ambiance. I suggest just grabbing ur beverage and leaving.

    I'm a Starbucks fan. But it doesn't matter which one I go to, there's always a super long wait for what seems to be simple items to prepare. I was meeting a friend there for study group one Saturday morning around 11. First let's talk parking. If you're driving southbound on the Boulevard, Starbucks looks like a drive thru only establishment. However if you make the right turn and another quick right, there's the parking lot. Super tight spaces and diagonal so when coming in, can be a little tricky. There's no walkway to the actual entrance so you're walking over shrubbery just to get in, annoying. I got there early, ordered my tall blonde roast and got it in about three minutes. Cool, but I walk.over to the sugar station to find no real sugar. ...AHHHHH. I WANT SUGAR. not sweet n low and not "raw" sugar. Just regular old sugar, please and thanks. Sooo I drank it black. Whatevs lol. There were couches by the door, regular seating, hightops etc. Place was clean, bright and played nice music at a comfortable decibel level. Loud enough to bob your head to songs you know but not so loud as if you're in a bar. My friend arrived and ordered a smoothie. I looked back at least six times. Took 20 minutes for a smoothie! Sweet Lord. That's just ridiculous. Other than that, l like Starbucks.

    In love!! Starbucks is so good. My personal favorite is the vanilla latte. Starbucks is very convent if you want fast and very good coffee. It's also great because they don't just have coffee they have cake pops, cookies, and much more!!

    Perhaps one of the worse Starbucks I been to. I went through the drive thru and ordered a tall green tea latte. It took forever and when I got it, the green tea powder was in chunks. Clearly not a well made drink . By the time I turned around, the drink had already separated and the green tea powder was all settled at the bottom. So I go into the store and ask them to remake the drink. The cashier was friendly but the barista, all she did was pour my drink into a tumbler and shake it a few times. That is clearly not the definition of "remake." Definitely not returning to this location. They also seem to have charged me extra compared to Starbucks I usually go to.

    i got a sandwich here (if you could call it that) with like two tiny slices of mozzarella, some measly pieces of basil and tomato.... and mostly bread. i mean it was good bread but $6!!!???!!?!? there was no protein or any oomph to the sandwich. i mean tomatoes and cheese arent that expensive.... also ordered a drink i hadnt ordered before and messed it up when ordering. upon rethinking it, the counter person adjusted it at my request but when i got to drink it i realized it was filled almost an inch below the top. i would rather have them put some foam on top to make it full at least. anyway. pastries were good here, and i liked that it was a drive through. very convenient that you dont have to stop to get your coffee, especially when you are in a hurry.

    Fine and well-staffed Starbucks. The only issue is not so much with Starbucks but actually getting in The entry driveway is a bit tight for two way and parking near the shop itself is very limited. Parking is readily available further back which is a smaller deal than getting in here.

    One of the best Starbucks locations I've ever been to. The staff is on point with the service and the atmosphere is quite homey. What I also like are the barista favorites board. Each staff member states their favorite Starbucks drink on the board, whether it's original or customized. I would recommend this location for study sessions; however if you're studying on your own, bring headphones. It may be a bit too loud for your concentration.

    Some say that Starbux is Starbux no matter where you go but I have to disagree. Out of the three or so locations in the "greater Northeast," this is definitely one I prefer. They seem to have the least waiting time (if you're getting something inside), they have enough of the outside seating (3 tables for them and 3 tables for the mexican place next door which are shared), wifi always works gret (I go there a lot when I am working from home) the staff is always smiling and they actually don't burn their coffee as much as some of the other locations. Now, some things could be a little better: 1. The wait at the drive-thru is often much longer than I anticipate and, for that matter, prefer... I am not sure what the cause is but once, I waited for 18 minutes while there were only 2 cars in front of me) 2. They could do a better job cleaning outside after those very nice people who neglect to throw out their trash

    Great staff. They are super friendly. Great indoor and outdoor seating areas. They make the best lattes in town. Drive thru is convenient and fast, especially when its raining.

    Recently, I have had a few issues with the service and this particular Starbucks, I never have a problem in the morning when I get my coffee, but towards the end of the day and on certain days, the service seems to go down hill. I really like this Starbucks because I usually always get what I want and my order is always on point, but recent trips through the drive-thru have not been the best. The past two trips I have ordered two drinks and my first one always comes out, then they always forget my second one. The other day I ordered two coffees, the girl gave me one and left mine sitting on the counter and walked away, I waited about five minutes before another worker realized I was still there. Just yesterday the same thing happened, and I had to remind her I had another one waiting behind her, I don't know what it is, but I go back because the morning staff always takes care of me right, I hope the customer service doesn't keep up this way because I don't want to find a new Starbucks.

    Poor service. I ordered 4 lemonade iced tea and got 4 reg iced teas. I gave it back for them to correct it and they poured out half and poured in lemonade in the other half. The cashier that rung me up have a bad attitude. One if the worst Starbucks I've been to. Would never come here again!
