They serve coffee flavored water! Don't mess with me I am from NYC and need my caffeine! But they get 2 stars because their bathroom is the cleanest I have seen on the east coast! It seems the further you get away from NYC the cleaner the bathrooms!

This starbucks is on the ground floor of the Bellevue and just an awesome place to stop for a cup of coffee. The baristas are quick to remember your name and your drink (if you order the same thing regularly.) Life Saver!

Like Daniel, I practically live at this Starbucks during the school year. But not just because it is across the street from school. the pastry and sandwich cases are always well stocked, which is great for when I need a sugar rush with my caffeine fix. The staff are really wonderful--always fun, always friendly, and they always know what to make me. And don't forget Emilie--the best, most funny, most friendly, most awesome barista ever!

Everyone who works here is friendly, helpful and thoughtful. They remember your name, your order and then also recommend other things they think you might like. You guys are the BEST! As a University of the Art's student I am ALWAYS at this Starbucks. Let me say, I am absolutely in love with it and its staff. Everyone there is very knowledgeable, and oh so outgoing. Go there 2 times and by the 3rd they know you and your drink. Shout out to my favoritist barista in the world: Emilie!

When I used to commute to Phila. University from South Philly, I would stop at this Starbucks around 630am every morning. Very welcoming and friendly in the morning, would always shake me from a cranky mood. Even offered me a free venti vanilla latte after I fell asleep at the back tables and knocked everything over. And THEY apologized to me about the table going down! Too considerate, if you ask me! :) On top of that, quick service, great location, nice study/work spot too!

Not the closest starbucks to my work but I still go here every morning. Lisa and Carol are AWESOME, remember my drink every time and even got me started on a starbucks card so I can get free stuff since I am in so much! My 5 stars goes to them. The other staff members are also very friendly and usually have a line out of there in no time, with no complaints.

I stop in here every morning before work (and have been doing it for about two years now). The staff has always been nothing but friendly to me. I have no idea how they're so perky so early in the morning, but it's refreshing. I always get greeted by name and my drink is started as soon as they see me. Overall, I have a great interaction every morning!

One of my favorite Starbucks for on-the-go coffee, certainly not for doing work. Not sure if there is any seating at all. However, because it's a little hidden in the Bellevue there's never a line and they've never messed up my order or anything. One of my free drink voucher thingies was expired and she was nice enough to still take it! Taking a star away though because coffee shops should have some area to meet up and chit chat or do work I think.

Hey, Went in at night to get an espresso. I order. Three employees were behind the counter, 1 "customer" in front was standing talking to an employee, obviously his friend for about 7 minutes. No one else was waiting for a drink. I finally asked for a refund. The cashier gave me a refund for the amount of the drink but NOT the sales tax. When I asked why I was not given a FULL refund, she stated that they don't refund the sales tax. I've never had this occur before, I don't ask for a lot of refunds in life, hardly ever really, but when I do, they refund the sales tax. You might want to retrain your employees on simple cashier principles. The median age of your employees was about 18. No manager was in sight. I tried explaining that I was due my tax and they just raised their voices.

Cold and needing some wifi, I stopped by to grab some hot chocolate and a break. First of all starbucks hot chocolate is awful. Wawa's is miles better, plus it's a third of the price. Employees at this starbucks were disinterested and unfriendly. They did not even offer whipped cream with my drink which may or may not have helped the powdered mix and hot water taste I will stick with delicious Dunkin donuts hot chocolate!

Rudest customer service ever. As a frequent customer of all starbucks, I have never been so insulted. A polite query into asking when they open is retorted with a snappy "we open when we open.". Real classy guy. Wow. Just the customer service I expected at 6am.

Very friendly baristas at this location. It's in the Bellevue so the architecture is beautiful. There's a seating area in the back corner separated by a wall. The first time I was here I didn't see the seating. There's also outlets underneath the bench seating so it's a good place to charge your phone. It's very clean too.
